We have been to Eggstasy a few times and every time we leave, we wonder why we don't come more often. This spot is located in Norterra, so there is ample parking. We find the ambiance to be lively but not chaotic. It's your typical buzzing brunch spot in that regard. The last two times we have visited, I ordered the apple and brie omelette. In addition to apple and brie, the omelette contains chicken sausage. I feel like most restaurants don't offer brie as a cheese option, let alone for breakfast, so this is instant brownie points in my book. The service at Eggstasy is always pleasant and efficient. The restaurant runs like a well-oiled machine and we never have to wait too long for our drinks and food to come out.

Went to this place for brunch on a Sunday. Lot of crowd and we were told the wait time is 30mins. We came back after 20mins noticed no waiting. After asking they immediately gave us a table. Ordered oatmeal, veggie omlette with pancakes, butter cake and brioche French toast. Honestly they are look fantastic but everything was just mid. Had high expectation on brioche French toast but it wast upto mark. Butter cake was good. Veggie omelette with pancakes are worth the price due to big portion size. Lively atmosphere and service is fine.

Thought we would have a cute snack before heading to our group hike up north. Ratings and vibes pushed online are misleading. Can't speak to the food or coffee since I didn't get anything to eat. Appetite was lost when this man initiated our experience with a mumbled comment about disliking people at the bar. Proceeded to get visually upset when asked for coffee. My question for diary free cream set him off. His arms crossed and he scowled, saying nothing ensuring I sat with my question as if I was odd. EVERYTHING was extra he ensured to remind me. I'm surprised he didn't charge me for the spoon he set on the bar in front of me. The woman nearby was aware of this and when we made eye contact she snarled and walked away. Maybe it's our race? Maybe it's this place? Maybe it's just wanting food and they hate their jobs. Regardless this place made us feel like shit and started our trip off on a sour note but we recovered no thanks to the garbage Eggstasy threw at us.

Have been here a few times and overall a good experience for the price factor. I would recommend this place. Here are my takes: Food/Drinks: A different take from usual American Diners like Denny's and iHop. Food taste good and comes with a good elevated plates as well in terms of decor. Food is not the most cheapest when compared to Diners but for the taste highly recommend. They have some unique pancake options. They do nice mimosas in the morning and the overall dine-in experience is worth it. Service: Servers has been usually nice during the visits and no complaints from that perspective. Ambiance: They have plenty of seats inside outside but they are almost always heavily crowded. The seats sometimes feels very close to each other as well. Hygiene: For the crowd they handle on daily basis, this is pretty clean place to eat. Restrooms have been decent as well. Price: As I mentioned before, not the most reasonable but for the quality of the food, I would recommend this place for a breakfast or brunch needs.

Sunday morning wait time at 11:00 am is 30 minutes. Of course we are at here one of the hottest, humid days in September. We had to wait outside, they need misters by front entrance. Or provide seating for Senior Citizens. I've read good things about this restaurant. Got seated in 15 minutes. The CS Associates at Hostess Stand are phenomenal. So accommodating and helpful. Maria is our Server and she is super nice and talented. She makes the wait and heat go by, by. Coffee is GREAT!! Pancakes are "To Die For"! Egg Omelets are "SUPERB"! We will be back!

After being turned away from first watch, we went to our other favorite breakfast spot. Their dog friendly patio is a game changer, including Mr.'s and a bunch of umbrellas for shade. Staff is always super friendly. Food is always served fast, fresh and hot. Portion sizes are pretty large so we always end up taking at least half of our meal home for leftovers. It's good value for your money even though the upfront price looks like a lot, but again the leftovers are worth it. Bathrooms are always sparkling clean. Great location next to the local shops on the highway. Their dog friendly patio definitely winds me over every time. Ham and cheese omelet is huge and super cheesy, while being tasty. The hashbrowns were a bit crunchy for my liking. Took the pancakes home for leftovers! Mickey Mouse pancake was a hit with the toddler, the bacon was nice and crisp too. Chicken skillet was a hit for the husband!

My rushed breakfast. The bread was good and thank you for the extra egg.

Score: 2.5 stars Firstly, thank you for letting us immediately know as we were being seated at 9:00am that the table needs to be free before 10:30am for a reservation. What does this tell me? Eggstacy is transparent and they cook fast because they expect you to eat and leave. I didn't expect the typical diner vibe, but with this experience I feel like I'm at a fast food joint with a beautifully described menu that will take me a while to decide. The menu had a lot of overpriced items, so my husband and I decided on the two egg breakfast for a little over $13/order. H: "I'm surprised you didn't get pancakes." Me: "Well, I figured toast would be faster." The gentleman next to me ordered something similar, and the plate looks decent. Was it worth it? Umm, going out for Sunday breakfast and paying close to $40 for two people being rushed to eat... IMO no. On my plate I found an extra egg because one yolk broke, and I ate one pineapple chunk off the fruit kabob. I shared with my husband the other pineapple chunks because the other fruit were squished and unappealing. Overall, it is hard to rate 2 eggs, 2 slices of toasted bread, and fruit on a stick. I'm shocked at how simple this order was compared to it's $14 pricetag. I'm shocked I was rushed to choose expensive simplicity instead of enjoying a relaxed Sunday meal after reading the elevated menu carefully. Our server should get a reward for dealing with a difficult customer. 1 star. Thank you for the extra egg, and the bread was really delicious. However, not worth the price. 1.5 stars.

Love love LOVE having a great brunch option in North Phoenix! Eggstasy is a larger restaurant with plenty of seating inside and outside. I really appreciate that the outdoor patio is in a corridor so there is plenty of shade in the morning. A friend and I met for brunch and were quickly seated on the patio as requested. At 8:30a on a Saturday the place was already buzzing. Eggstasy has really great coffee, so we decided to get just a basic cup of coffee with brunch instead of our usual mimosa. She order the skinny b**ch which is an egg white and chicken sausage breakfast burrito, and I had the Denver omelette with egg whites. Both were super tasty and great healthy options! Our waiter was so kind and checked on us regularly. The portions were also massive so we both took half our food home. Overall, the price point, atmosphere, and food make this a #1 spot for brunch in North Phoenix!

I will start by saying -- good is good. Environment is miserable! We had a work group for brunch -- 9 of us. First of all it is June in Arizona and it was 102 outside. Sitting. At the table we were all sweating -- miserable to try and drink and eat in. We were by a window with no blinds and the sun blaring in. The "garage doors" were open and everyone was fanning themselves. If we didn't have such a large group, we probably would've left and went somewhere else. But we had a reservation and a table here. The manager walked by several times, saw everyone fanning themselves at multiple tables and didn't seem to care. They need to install some fans or circulation of some sort as it is hotter than crap This time of year. Close the doors and turn on the air. Also, where we sat faced a station where all the drinks were kept, it was broken, the servers eat right there. It was very awkward when we were trying to eat our food and this is what we saw. The food was good. We had multiple items. Some pictures are attached. Overall 4 stars on food. Our only complained that everything was warm, nothing was hot or fresh. I understandable on a busy Saturday morning. Our server was amazing. He took care of us. Drinks were always full. Everything was great. Will come back for the servers. Although, multiple of them did comment on they understood how hot it was when we were all fanning ourselves with the menus. Overall, I have been to this location several times and never had an experience like today. Granted, I was not there in the middle of summer either. Due to the environment, and the heat outside, I likely will not come back until it's cooler outside.

I just love the breakfast and the service here. It is consistently good. Now it is on the expensive side but these days when you get a great breakfast and great service I find that I'm willing to accept a little bit higher price prices. And I love their amazing Patti sausage. It's probably some of the best I've had in a very long time and it's consistently good. We came here for an early Father's Day and everyone enjoyed their food and of course, I had a nice little mimosa to spice it up for the day ! You can see from my pictures. The food looked just as good as it photographs. Enjoy.!

Came here on my last day in Arizona. We came right before closing and the hostess and waitress was so kind to seat us because they really considered not serving us. We sat outside and ordered immediately to help them out. I got the steak and egg skillet and the lemon ricotta pancakes to share. It was the best steak and eggs I've ever had. It all tasted so fresh. The fruit on the side.. oh my! So good! The lemon ricotta pancakes were a skip for me. But they were good.

    Banana Macadamia Pancakes

Great brunch spot. Definitely eat outside if the weather is nice, but even on warm days, the outdoor seats are in a good shady area. Got here on a Saturday around 11 am and was added to the wait list of 15-20 min with no seating preference. My coworker arrived and we were seated outside within the given time. Staff were kind and accommodating, despite it being busy, and a few special requests made on orders. The menu offered many choices, from sweet to savory. Food didn't take long to be served and their portions were huge, covering the whole plate. All were fluffy, fresh, and well cooked. Looking forward to visiting again and trying out other dishes, but will order the banana macadamia pancakes again because it was heavenly! I mean, look at it!

Popped in after a hike at thunder as my coworker friend is a regular and she said it's a good breakfast spot. She was not telling any lies. The hunger post hike was real so opted for the angus steak and eggs, with hash browns and regular pancakes. The hash browns was crispy and crunchy just like I like it, steak was medium well and flavorful as were the pancakes. The whipped topping for the pancake and syrup combo, wow. It really topped the pancake off. The waiter was very good at service, Xavier, and he even said he loves the steak and I see why. Location is nice as it's I the happy valley mall area so you can walk the food off after. I had plenty of left overs from this meal, that I plan to put in the airfryer!

The interior is pretty long with a large number of seating inside the building so we had no trouble getting seated right away by the hostess. We decided on food relatively quickly due to previous experience with the business, however, our waiter never came around to take our orders or even give us water at the table. We saw one girl with dyed hair who unassumingly could have been our waiter since she was in our section but only worked with one particular table and ran to the back after each time, but never addressed our table or came by. We eventually had to flag a different waiter down who was able to help us place the order and service us for the rest of our visit, she also informed us that this other "Waiter" was supposed to help us but she wasn't sure why she never made an attempt to do so after having us wait 20 mins and other tables were being serviced. We ordered Flordian French Toast and Elote Breakfast Burrito (plus a couple sides and drink) which were both really good, and filling. Prices weren't too bad for what we ordered and was able to take our mind off of the rather long wait to get helped. Not sure if we'll come back to this particular location again, but it was nice trying the restaurant out another time.

One thing to know is there is no table service. You order at the counter and they have a lot of choices so if you have never been there it's hard to decide while other people are waiting behind you. I came with my mom and we were craving pancakes so again didn't get any eggs which is what they are known for and their breakfast pizzas. So I'll come back to try those. We split buttermilk pancakes and a cinnamon roll. They do have real maple syrup but of course they up charge for the good stuff. The pancakes are ok but don't taste like buttermilk pancakes. They looked good but it definitely tasted like a mix and not a good one. They were way overly sweet. They weren't terrible but just not great. 4/10 on the pancake scale. The cinnamon roll also tasted like a store bought premade roll. It was also kind of burnt and didn't taste like anything. The only good thing was the coffee which I was highly skeptical about because it was serve yourself from a carafe. But it was good and strong. Nice views of the mountains and the patio is dog friendly. I want to like this place because it's in my neighborhood so next time I'll try the eggs dishes. Also they have several veggie/vegan selections so I'll come back for those too and to bring my dog.

The staff was friendly throughout our stay, and the overall property has a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to enjoy the sunshine and scenery. We booked an upgraded suite with a separate bedroom and TV room, which gave us plenty of space to spread out. While the layout was great, the room itself could use some updates. The bathroom fixtures were older--the Kohler toilet didn't flush well and was a bit noisy, and the tub/shower combo had rounded sides that made it tricky to stand comfortably. The shower water also never got fully hot. The room had a slightly musty smell, and the carpets would benefit from a deep cleaning. The balcony screen door didn't close tightly, which let a few flies in, and access to the second floor required two sets of stairs since there's no elevator in that section. Even with those issues, the resort's location, views, and overall vibe made the stay enjoyable. With some room refreshes and a bit more maintenance attention, this could easily be a standout property. The setting alone is worth experiencing.

I found a great AAdvantage Hotel deal at the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort and booked it. While it was a great success of a visit in terms of AAdvantage miles and loyalty points, my actual experience at the hotel itself was less to be desired due to the customer service and a big snafu on their part. I also have Hilton Gold status, though as I booked the hotel through a third party site (AAdvantage Hotels), I could see the stay and the stay history in my Hilton app, but I did not receive any benefits for staying there, which was fine as I didn't expect any anyone. I arrived in person to check in and already reserved and prepaid for a King 1 Bedroom Standard Suite, which had a nice view and reasonably spacious room (but not too much larger than a regular room at another hotel). The room was certainly not upgraded though there was parking available right in front of the entrance. I did not receive anything else at check-in nor did it appear that I'd get my regularly complimentary water. I did pay the daily resort charge which includes high speed internet access, access to the Falls Water Village, an hour at the tennis/pickleball court, an hour at the afternoon golf practice facility, two hours for a mountain bike rental, 20% off seasonal spa services, and 15% off select golf apparel. While I didn't use it, I had easy view and access to the Falls Water Village where you could lounge and play all day on their sun-marked terrace where you could find free-form pools, hot tubs, and cabanas. They even have a 138-foot enclosed water slide. When I checked out, I was told that a bill would be sent to me shortly since I did it on the app early, and when I received the bill, there was a charge for my room at the restaurant at the top of the hill called A Different Point of View. The catch is that I never went to eat there during my stay (or at any onsite restaurant since I live in the area and had my meals offsite). I reached out to the hotel who insisted that I did go there to eat. I promised them I didn't eat anywhere onsite and that they need to look at the receipt and see if it actually has my room number. They confirmed it did and that this meant I ate there. I told them to find my name on it and let me know if it was on there. After several more back and forth conversations, they confirmed it wasn't me and would remove the charge. They then mistakenly charged me double. Then they removed one charge, but it took more than a week before they removed the other charge. By the end of the exchanges, it felt like they were blaming me for their own mistake. While the resort is aged and rather pleasant, there certainly are training issues regarding the customer service offered at this property. I do not plan on staying here again in the future.
