I was in town for a Jiu Jitsu tournament and I came here for breakfast on Sunday July 30, 2023. There are 6 locations throughout Arizona and this one just around the corner from where I was staying. The name immediately caught my attention (because anyone who knows me know how much I love eggs) so I quickly yelped the spot to see if it was worth checking out. After reading the reviews and looking through all the mouth watering photos, I knew I had to check out Eggstasy! I arrived a few minutes before they opened at 7am. A line had already started forming and within half an hour, the place was packed. After perusing the eclectic menu featuring everything from breakfast fare and sandwiches made from scratch from fresh and seasonal ingredients to crepes, waffles, pancakes, avocado toast and of course, eggs... they offer as many as nine different styles of Eggs Benedict!!! Their "play" on words makes for a fun menu. Usually I'd order the Eggs Benny, but the Brioche Croque Madame caught my eye. It's basically cheesy béchamel, bacon, fried egg and dijon mustard. The portions here are HUGE! I actually ended up taking half my entree back with me and ate it for lunch. It was soooo good!! Based on the other Yelp reviews, I knew the service would be good but I didn't expect the service to be over the top eggs-cellent!!! My waitress was Rashe (aka "she" pronounced "shay"). She noticed that my egg wasn't oozy - it was slightly over cooked; she apologized and she took it back. I literally didn't even notice or say anything. The manager, Michael, came back with a fresh egg and even apologized as well. I totally didn't expect that! I would have been fine, but they insisted that I get a new egg. I was blown away by the service and experience here. Kudos to the team - it starts at the top! I had ordered a coffee with my breakfast. When it was time to pay the bill, Rashe had brought me a box for my leftovers and had poured my coffee into a takeaway cup. I wasn't expecting that, either! I work with businesses in my professional career and I will be highlighting this experience in my presentations. Customer service is expected, but to really shine in customer experience, it's about going above and beyond (something that many businesses fail to address - but NOT Eggstasy). Well done, Eggstasy! We had breakfast at Mesa location this morning where I ordered an omelette with carmelized onions and wilted greens. I was so sad when I first bit into an onion and it was practically raw! When I mentioned it to the waitress she told me she didn't like the omelette either for this reason. She did offer to have the kitchen re-make it for me, but obviously the cook doesn't know what a carmelized onion is, so what would have been the point. What is disappointing to me is that after taking away my half-eaten meal, nothing was offered to us. The manager didn't come over to try to make things right. I didn't want to make a fuss as it was a busy Sunday morning, but between this and the fact that I have never been able to get a decent glass of iced tea here, we probably won't be returning. Instead of doing a Thanksgiving dinner we do brunch and a movie. We try a different place each year. This year we picked Eggstasy. The portions were hugh. The Brioche French toast was amazing. Cooked with a nice crunch on the outside. Fluffy on the inside. Grandaughter had the Salmon Benedict and was mildly disappointed. She expected lox style salmon not large pieces of fish. She said it was good. The hash browns were done to perfection. Shredded potatoes cooked crispy without being over done. The food was eggcellant!! The only downside, we wanted to order another cappuccino and Carmel apple cider . Our waitress said they already broke down the cappuccino machine. I asked them what time they closed and it wasn't for another 40 minutes. I understand that they probably wanted to get out at closing but I felt that 40 minutes was a little too early to break down the cappuccino machine. If they hadn't been in such a hurry Eggstasy would have earned 5 stars and double the tip they received. Oh well, there loss. read more

Food - nothing special, tasted usual. Avocado in the panini was rotten. Saw people leave plates of food at the table and leave. We decided to stay back and give it a try since it's a new establishment. Despite specifying no egg or bacon, the panini came with it. She was impatient taking the order, gave us the check even before the food arrived. This restaurant will go down the drain if she continues to host the bar!!! To add to this, she kept pointing at us and talking shit to her colleague hosting the bar. It was very obvious how spiteful she was even though their front desk and her are not on same page with seating! This gal with glasses needs her manners and customer service lessons about not banging plates with food if she's pissed with a customer and serving on a busy morning. The front desk was kind enough and asked us to sit at the bar to wait learning that I'm 7mo pregnant, place our order and that it would be transferred to our table. The bar server wasn't aware of it and treated us very rudely. Wouldn't even allow any server to come to our table once we were seated for water or coffee. We would've walked out had we not waited for 30m already and incredibly hungry. The supervisor who was walking around didn't seem to care either. My Denver omelet with fruit and my wife's turkey panini were perfect, accompanied by great turkey noodle soup. The best part was how friendly Alex and the server team took care of us, even bringing my phone to the car that I had forgotten at the table. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, we sat outside on their patio. It's a smaller restaraunt but enough room to be seated comfortably! My in-laws had been to Eggstacy a few times, and they had nothing but amazing things to say about it. I looked up the menu online and there was so many great options. I didn't even know how I would decide. I actually had to make my decision before I got there. I brought my toddler who is three and we went, courageously, on a Saturday morning around 10 AM. I didn't know what to expect but I knew that there would be a wait. The parking lot was very busy so I knew right away it would be busy inside. There were people standing outside. Miraculously, because it was just my toddler and I, the hostess said, "do you guys mind sitting at the bar?" I was like, "do you mind if I sit at the bar with a toddler?" She said "no, it's all family friendly." I said "yes absolutely." She said, "go outside and grab those seats." There is indoor and outdoor table seating and there's also indoor and outdoor seating at the bar that is first come first serve. The hostess hooked us up. We got two seats to the middle of the bar and we had great service. We didn't have to wait long for anything. I think we only waited about 10 maybe 15 minutes for our food and it was well worth the wait. My son ordered a fresh squeezed, orange juice, and I ordered a decaf coffee. I noticed that the coffee was Lavazza. That's one of my favorite brands. However, since I ordered decaf, I'm imagining, it came out disgusting. It was cold and not flavorful at all so I barely drank it. My son's orange juice was good, I took a few sips. They served him a cute little cup. They also gave him a little water cup with a sliced strawberry that he was very happy about. He ate it right away. The ambience and environment is fun especially on Saturday morning. The service was great. Everyone was warm and friendly and we never had to wait much for anything. The place itself seemed new and very clean. My son ordered the yogurt parfait with Greek yogurt, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, the most delicious granola, topped with bee pollen. It was absolutely delicious and the portion was incredibly large. It also came with blueberry sweet bread on the side, which my son loved and I was able to dunk that into my gross coffee, haha. I ordered the breakfast quesadilla and it was absolutely delicious and also gigantic. The salsa and chipotle dip it comes with is so yum. At the seat next to us, the couple ordered the club and it looked amazing and also HUGE. We ended up taking half of both of our breakfast home for Dada. I was so surprised at how fair the price was. All of our food and drink was only $38 and then tip. That's a very reasonable price for a delicious breakfast that fed us pretty much all day. I can't wait to go back! read more

I had the kale bowl from the "healthy" options. It tasted ok. It had a lot of oil and i had to sprinkle some salt on it which i normally wouldn't salt my food especially when eating out. A forgettable breakfast experience! My order was a Denver omelette, hashbrowns, and pancakes. The Denver "omelette" was a "scramble"--eggs and all ingredients were scrambled together, making it dry and overcooked. The pancakes were stiff and barely warm, so butter would not even melt on top. Hash browns were just OK. Wife had the salmon omelette/scramble. She says it was "flavorless". My son ordered eggs over medium. They came out very over "easy" and very runny. Service was fine and no problem there. So, it left a lot to be desired for an eggs-featured breakfast restaurant. If you can't get the egg entrees right, you lose me. Won't be back. read more

Food was delicious, however their breads are sliced very thick; we had a 9 yr old with us, she ordered a grilled cheese sandwich from the kids menu. There was 75% bread, 25% cheese. Very big for a kid. Service was hit and miss. I ordered hot tea, got a pot of hot water, no teabag, no cream. It was busy, so I had to flag down another server to bring those to me. Did an early morning hike with some friends at Lost Dutchmen and a couple of us decided to hop in for a bite afterwards. We were seated quickly which was nice. We both ordered coffee, but the server didn't do a great job on refills which was disappointing especially since the coffee cups weren't very big. The food came out in a decent amount of time. The sad part is that it was all bland. We ate it because we were hungry, but I wasn't excited by any of it. We have been looking for a new breakfast spot now for a few months since the Farmhouse closed down. We might have found it. My wife, sister and I went here this morning to try it out. The wait was pretty short, tip: they will not seat you until your entire party is there. Was seated in 15 minutes or less. Matt our server was on point. Started out with OJ. Not just out of the box or machine OJ, but they ah e someone back there squeezing oranges into a glass for you. I love orange juice and this was awesome. Since we had not been before it took us a few minutes to navigate the menu. It is large and broken up into sections. Omelette, skillet, benedict's, eggs, pancakes and so on. The backside apparently has healthy options but we skipped that section. The coffee looked fresh and they have a nice variety for the coffee crazed. I ordered a 3 cheese omelette. It came with hash brown's (you could also get fruit) pancakes (or toast). You can also upgrade if you would like. I think it was $3 and you can up grade the pancakes to any specialty one. I did that and had lemon ricotta and blueberry pancakes. They brought two in this order. Another great option is you can get 100% vermont maple syrup for $1 more. Well worth it. The portion sizes are massive, the omelette was 1/2 the plate and the hash-browns were the other 1/2. Pancakes on separate plate and the syrup came out in their own jars. I also ordered the maple sausage and they came out in two thick patties. The food was great, the service was excellent and the speed of service was record breaking. They have outdoor seating as well with a little fireplace. The only thing they might look at is adjusting the entry a little. You walk through the doors and the check in counter is right there, it just got super congested with not having a ton of space. Otherwise everyone was great and the food was superb. We got seated and a few minutes later he came out with a huge, delicious whipped cream covered pumpkin pancake for her . The orange juice is fresh squeezed, they also have a variety cold brews and espresso drinks.., they even have adult brunch beverages to choose from if you're looking for a little brunch n sip! The service has always been amazing here. The ambiance is very clean and cute. There's usually a little wait, especially on the weekends. Today we tried a sausage omelette, cinnamon toast pancakes, brioche stuffed French toast (they are massive), and the quinoa bowl (I added peanut butter and berries), Mia, our server was extremely accommodating. I got a little creative with my bowl and she was here for it. The bowl was so tasty! The cinnamon roll pancakes are interesting as the texture on what you would usually think is cream cheese is more of a ricotta texture, if you're into that. This place was amazing !!!!!!!!!! The wait was a little long, but well worth the wait. I had the ham and gyreure omelette and added mushrooms. The sectioning are massive !!!! My husband had the corn beef and hash it was phenomenal and came with two pancakes!!!! We both had the fresh press juices and they are soooooo yummy. I had the orange and Apple juices so amazing !!!!
