Staff is friendly and seriously hustling to be sure everyone has what they need. Weekdays it's much slower, but consistent through close and great ENERGY!! Weather depending, they have an inside/outside covered patio with retractable garage door. The only downside is when the doors are up it can get a bit warm (translation HOT & stuffy) inside the restaurant due to no air flow. Eggstacy is locally owned and there's a few locations around here but this one is the original. Owners pop up to thank guests and help run food when it's super busy, which I think is pretty cool so the personal touch is still in the culture of a fast and growing local business. Food is made fresh to order using non-GMO and Organic ingredients. Portions are generous and it's doubtful you'll leave hungry. They serve LavAzza Italian coffee which is a big bonus in my book! I really wanted to love this place more due to the substantial menu, but we just weren't that happy. I ordered the fig and goat cheese omelette and the fig was so overpowering it was hard to enjoy. They should have minced the fig and ensured it was spread evenly because each bit was either an entire fig or nothing at all. It was a ton of food with side pancakes and I couldn't finish it myself. However, my husbands meal only came with a waffle and he left still hungry- should have ordered a side protein. We had an eggcellent brunch at Eggstasy! Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon around 2pm, an hour before they close. We were greeted and seated right away. The space is bright and open. The menu offers a wide variety of breakfast and lunch options from omelets and waffles to sandwiches and salads. There's something for everyone. My family of three ordered a variety of sweet and savory items. I also ordered an oat milk latte. The food was tasty and the portions were huge. We left very full and with leftovers. They even have a category labeled Foreplay that includes a coddled egg in a jar called the Eggasm. It's all about food porn when you come here. We came here on a Sunday and didn't wait incredibly long for a table despite a waiting list. You are greeted with a huge lighted sign that says "Eggmazing" on the back wall that can't be missed. I ordered a blood orange mimosa to start off with. Then I ordered the Barbacoa Omelette for my main meal. I'm more of a savory person and couldn't get myself to order one of their sweet dishes. Went here with my sister and a friend after my sister and I practiced goat yoga down the street. We each got 3 different things and all items were delicious. French toast, steak and eggs, and chorizo omelette. The portions are also larger. The ladies who served us were great and made sure to check on us and were very nice! Finally got to try this place on my birthday earlier this month (on a Tuesday morning) as the wait is long on the weekend. The freshly squeezed strawberry OJ was so tasty. My husband liked them though. I recently tried the Gypsy Steak skillet which is as good as Dali's but I thought it was cheesy (3 american cheddar + swiss cheese). Their hashbrown is not crispy most of the time even upon request. First the pros: scrumptious food and large portions, delicious mimosas and Bellinis, good coffee, and avoided the 1/2 hour wait to be seated by eagle-eyed friend who spotted last two seats at the bar on patio side. Ordered and split the blueberry lemon ricotta pancakes and the crepes with spinach, mushroom and kessari cheese. Everything was good. Crepes were lukewarm. The pancakes were very flavorful with just enough lemon and blueberry to taste all in a single bite without one being overpowering over the other. Pancakes were an obvious restaurant favorite as I eyed at least a dozen more plates of it being delivered to various tables. A few minor cons: service at bar was good, not great. Never asked if we wanted another drink or top off on coffee, always had to ask. Not very attentive. The restaurant itself is one large white room. The eggmazing neon sign adds some flare but other than that it lacks character. The patio is covered and situated between two buildings. Not very picturesque but serves its purpose. I actually prefer the patio to indoors. The outer portion of the bar is nice choice to sit at as well. So we have been to the one in Mesa on Power Road and it was fantastic. Service, food, everything was great! This location not so much. The food was subpar. My wife's pancakes were about 10 minutes late coming out and were stone cold. The waitress at the end asks if everything was ok and I said her pancakes were cold when they finally came out. She doesn't say sorry just asks if she wants new ones. No we are already done eating! She says ok and leaves the check. The manager at this place was just BS'ing the whole time with staff. He was smacking his gum with his mouth wide open like a barnyard animal. It was disgusting and very unprofessional. We will never come back to this location. First off, I think my dad is a celebrity here. He seems to know all the servers (he's the old guy that comes in when his wife and daughter are out of town) and they all seem to love him. So, if I could give this spot a 6th star because they take care of my old man when my Mama travels with me, I most certainly would. I've never had a bad meal here. The berry crepes are great, the benedicts are great, the omelets are great, the pancakes are great. In conclusion, everything is great. They have solid drink offerings and just keep in mind the portions can be large! When I come, it's usually my parents and I, so my mom and I usually split 1 egg dish (usually an omelet) and the berry crepes. My dad gets the classic kind of breakfast deal. We always leave happy! One piece of feedback: heaters outside would be SO nice. We try to dine outdoors because my dad is extremely vulnerable healthwise, and while covid has reduced mostly, we still know people getting it and we're just a bit worried if dad catches it because he's so at risk. If there's a place that knows how to do brunch, then this is it!! My fiancé and I were passing by Eggstasy on our way to church and we happened to have plans to meet our friends for brunch after. I'm glad we decided to check this place out. Plenty of parking outside the plaza. There was a 15 min wait at 9:30am on a Sunday, which wasn't bad. You get a text when your table is ready. There is both inside and outdoor seating, really chill atmosphere and I like the decor. Okay now the food. Firstly the portions they give are very generous. Pretty sure if I had this meal by myself I could be eating it for atleast 2-3 days lol. We ordered the gypsy skillet and substituted the buttermilk pancakes for their lemon ricotta pancakes for 3$ more. We also ordered their stuff brioche French toast. Idk how my fiancé and I did it but we killed all of it lol! I think that just attests to how good their dishes were. This might be my new brunch place in Arizona. Wow, what a frustrating experience. Arrived with a group of 10 people (called ahead), and they were not terribly busy - it was a Monday morning at 11am. Took the waitress 25 minutes to take our order. We had to get our own menus from the hostess bar as only half of us given them. Had to get up and find the waitress to ask her to take our orders. She seemed annoyed. Food came out about 15 min later but for only half the table. 10 minutes later everyone else served but me. Took another five minutes to get a tuna melt sandwich which was cold. I had to get up and ask for my food saying I was unable to eat with friends. Another waitress was helping bring out plates and she really seemed annoyed and almost yelling WHO HAS THE RUBEN! We all were shocked at the level of negativity. I sent my food back and second sandwich still cold. Plus, I asked for the open sandwich melt (which was on the menu) and it came back as a regular sandwich. Waitress told me she did "not want to make the kitchen mad" so it was best I took it. Took her another 15 minutes to get our checks and we had to bring the credit cards to her to get her to ring us out. Several people started rummaging for cash to pay their bill because they had to leave. Took us about 2 hours to have lunch - mostly sitting around waiting or searching the restaurant for help and getting randomly dispersed cold food. I'd never go back. First and last experience. Oh and my cold tuna melt with a small container of over salted fries was $20. Awful experience! read more

The staff was nice, and the food was so yummy. I had the Bloody Mary that comes with chocolate covered bacon, the barbacoa omelette and cookie butter crepe (I had 3 meals out of this) the omelet was very large compared to omelets at most restaurants. Yuck! You are provided reused, non-wiped, crumbled and ripped, paper menus upon seating! Luckily you can get a partial menu online and that's what we used. Ordered a coffee and a tea then noticed other tables getting mimosas. Unfortunately, for you and the restaurant, mimosas are not listed on the online menu. And the server certainly didn't suggest them so a lost sale. The one redeeming factor is the food. Large portions and an ample selection. However, watching the process as guests leave I notice that the community ketchup bottles are not wiped down between uses, nor are the shared salt & pepper shakers. When we had preciously ordered for pick-up, ketchup was provided in handy single use containers. The poor sanitation, coupled with the lack of paper towels in the bathrooms, just greatly diminishes the quality of the food. There are better options around. read more

Amazing location to come across during my visit to Phoenix. This location serves large portions of food and is always busy. I loved the Nutella crepes with hazelnut. The crepes were so fresh and flavorful with every bite. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The buttermilk pancakes and scrambled eggs were on point. The hot chocolate wasn't that tasty for that reason it's 4 stars. I do love that all juices are freshly squeezed and made from scratch. The waitress was not very attentive and a little rude. From the water at the table to everything we ordered, the food was Not Good. I got the chicken and waffles and my sibling got French toast. I also got steak and eggs to go. Although my sister said she enjoyed her meal, my chicken and waffles, the hot vanilla latte, the pancakes and steak and eggs I got were all gross. I ended up getting sick later in the day. I would never come back to this location or franchise. I spent a lot of money and got garbage for food. There are far better brunch places in the valley. My son wanted to come here for breakfast. He got the skirt steak and eggs and liked it. I go their omelette with bacon, sausage, ham, onions, mushrooms, peppers and onions. It was bland. The bacon and sausage had no flavor at all. The hash browns tasted old and oily. I get they are fried with oil but it should be used to cook it not taste like it. I tried the cinnamon roll pancakes and they were no good. It had a weird flavor that I didn't like. I changed it out for the French toast and again no flavor the edges were over cooked. I feel what I ordered is easy and hard to screw up but they did. The waitress we had was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The inside of the restaurant was relaxed and enjoyable to talk.
