Stopped here while visiting friends. It's a lively location but not overwhelming. I could still have a normal conversation. Great selection on the menu. I had their Gypsy Steak Skillet, a mimosa, and a slice of Cinnamon toast. Excellent across the board. Everything was served in a timely manner, the server checked on us, and we didn't feel rushed. The coffee was excellent too. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated on a Sunday morning. I look forward to going back. read more

I'm not typically a brunch person but I was pleasantly surprised with Eggstasy! More specifically for the pancake options! Came here on a Monday afternoon half an hour before they were closing. They were kind enough to seat us and go over the menu with us. I ordered the Strawberry Orange Juice, Quinoa, Kale, Goat Cheese, and Sundried Tomato Omelette, with the Lemon Blueberry Pancakes. My boyfriend got the Corned Beef Hash with Eggs and the Pumpkin Cheesecake Pancakes. The Strawberry Orange Juice was just a sweeter, darker colored orange juice. The strawberries basically cut the typical acidity of orange juice. In regards to the Quinoa, Kale, Goat Cheese, Sundried Tomato Omelette I really enjoyed the bites with the goat cheese and sundried tomatoes. Without those two the bite was a typical omelette but with a different texture due to the quinoa. My boyfriend's Corned Beef Hash with Eggs was pretty good too, it's your typical salty corned beef with crispy fried hash and a couple of eggs cooked to your liking. It's definitely a savory dish which was the complete opposite of the pancakes that come with the order. You're able to upgrade the pancake to whatever one you'd like so my boyfriend had the Pumpkin Cheesecake which was delicious, but a bit too sweet for my taste. I liked the Lemon Blueberry Pancakes because they were a bit more plain. The lemon came from the custard on top, and I liked they had blueberries inside the pancakes as well as fresh ones ontop. Overall I would have rated this place 4 stars but I bumped it up purely because of the fact that you can upgrade the pancakes to whatever your heart contents. I never order pancakes on their own because it's too much sweetness for a meal, so I'm glad they have this option. The portion sizes were HUGE too by the way, I literally only ate half of everything served. So honestly it's a pretty good deal for how much food you get! read more

Just have to share that we are regulars at the Chandler store. The food is always top notch. The serving crew makes the experience worth stopping by regularly. Every server is friendly and caring. We have our favorites but frankly it is getting to the point that they all are getting to be a "favorite" ;) at the Chandler store. Recently have stopped by the Pima Eggstacy. They need to do some work to achieve the same level of Service standard for welcoming environment that Chandler has achieved. Announcing last call at 1:30 seems very early and rushing dinners! read more

So we came here after Saturday morning Bible Study. We have been here before, we always ask for the patio. It was a warm morning and we were fine outside. The manager came out and was nice enough to offer us a place inside. He went above and beyond. We were fine outside and we finished our breakfast outside. The waitress looked a little warm and I felt bad for her. She was awesome. She kept the tea and the water coming, she didn't miss a beat. That's why we come back here. The food and the staff are amazing! read more

What can I say, I love a good brunch. This place is always packed and we had top notch service. I made my daughter try the breakfast burger with an over easy egg. I love an egg on a burger and now she does too. This thing is easily shareable. We also got the churro waffle, which is always a great option for sweet. Who doesn't love a mid morning mimosa. A total miss across the board. The eggs Benedict sauce tasted awful, the Canadian bacon was tough as leather, the hashbrowns were completely raw inside, and the fries tasted straight out of cold storage. The service experience was just as frustrating. After a minor order mix-up, I told them not to worry about fixing it, but they brought out the replacement anyway, followed by the manager scolding the waitress right in front of us. read more

I had out of town guests and we were very impressed. The food was delicious, large portions and friendly service. It has simplistic modern decor with indoor and outdoor seating. The homemade corn beef hash was so good that I will do a takeout order just for that. The Gypsy skillet was good; however, it is served in a bowl and not a skillet. Most of the dishes include pancakes or toast AND hash browns or fruit. You will definitely not leave hungry. read more

We ordered skirt steak and eggs, breakfast tacos, a waffle, a breakfast burrito, and a salmon bagel. Everyone enjoyed their food, and the presentations were very nice. Everything was hot and tasted very fresh. The service was also pretty good. They kept our drinks full, brought our food quickly, and the servers were very kind. However, they did not have our reservation. Apparently the email they send after you make a reservation is just a request for a reservation rather than a reservation itself. The restaurant is a little loud and uncomfortable, but there are so some cute places to take brunch pictures. There is a nice outdoor patio. read more

I'm not huge breakfast person, but I did have a great breakfast here. I have been told before I got this place does a lot of fun "double entendres," but other than one item on the menu, it really does not. What I love most about this place is how bright and sunny it is. There are light up letters on one wall and a long bar on the side. There's also a great patio to the side which you could miss if you aren't looking. There's so many choices for breakfast, including pancakes, eggs, crepes, and lots of breakfast sandwiches. There's also a small lunch selection. Both my friend and I went basic with coffee, eggs, fruits, sausage, and plain pancakes. They were all quite delicious. We had a great server. When she asked how everything was I mentioned that I did not like the chicken Gouda sausage. Without skipping a beat she said that the chicken gouda sausage is an acquired taste and that should be happy to bring me something else. She came back quickly with two links of regular pork sausage and served it with a smile. There's one thing that drives me crazy about this place and I've noticed it on two visits. It can become very crowded on the weekend and there is not a lot of space for people to wait. It seemed that the entire time we were eating, groups of people would be standing directly behind us in the dining room. It is really annoying to eat with groups of people standing behind you and watching you eat. I feel like they should ask people to not stand randomly waiting between tables in the dining room. read more

3/8/26: holy smokes, talk about large servings of delicious food. Wow! I would whole heartedly recommend Eggstasy. Our server, Mikella, was awesome, plus the space itself was pretty open & decorated well. The noise level was a bit boisterous but not too loud that you had to shout to be heard. There was a pretty hefty-sized patio, too. Mikella was very welcoming, offering up her suggestions for us first-timers. She was friendly & smiled the entire time we interacted with her. There was a good hustle & bustle going on when we popped in, but she never seemed harried or anxious. She kept her calm & her smile on. She "lied" about the spicy candied bacon, though. More on that below. Drinks: sparkling pomegranate punch (tasted like a mimosa, really), spiked sweet tea w/ Titos vodka (much better than the punch), cucumber water. Food: toasted coconut, mango & strawberry crepes; sun dried tomato, goat cheese & pine nuts omelet, w/ rye toast & hashbrowns; goat cheese & fig jam omelet; spicy candied bacon. We wavered between the chocolate covered bacon & spicy. Mikella said the spicy was a good mixture of sweet & spicy. Liar, liar, pants on fire. LOL! For both of us, it was way too spicy. Now, had that spicy bacon then been dipped chocolate, our mouths may not have been on fire. :-) The crepes and the omelets? Everything was delicious. The slices of rye were Texas-toast thick, and the hashbrowns were well browned. Crispy but not burnt. The toast was so thick, we wondered how thick the French toast slices would have been. Well, the couple beside us ordered the French toast and it was half again as thick as the rye. So yeah, their French toast is THICK. Despite how hungry we were, the servings were so large we both had leftovers to take home. Yummy. Eggstasy Chandler is definitely worth a redo. read more

Met some friends here for brunch today and they made reservations ahead of time. We were seated immediately upon arrival. The decor is fun. The staff were all nice and friendly. The Eggs Benedict had more hollandaise sauce than I am used to, but it was good. I asked for my hash browns extra crispy and they were just right. The kids enjoyed their stuffed brioche with nutella. read more

Eggstasy is doing brunch right! Definitely one of the better brunch spots in the East Valley. They have a great menu that they updated and rotate periodically. Huge food selection! They also have a bar and a wide range of specialty coffee drinks. I had the Phat Country Boy benedict and it was incredible. Cooked perfectly and very filling! Ordered a iced dirty chair and it was equally as good! I was impressed overall! The staff was very nice. Food came out quickly and fresh as well. Cute place that has a lot of locations in Az. We came for brunch with a big party. We had to sit outside and it was very chilly. Would've been nice if there were heaters. Staff was friendly and attentive. I ordered thr banging breakfast Sammie which was an everything bagel with egg, cheese and bacon with a side of hasbrowns. It was pretty good but nothing super special. I did have some fresh squeezed oj that was fantastic. Hubby ordered the croque madam which would have been really good but the mustard was very overwhelming and kind of ruined the flavor of the cheesy became. I could tell they tried to have some more unique items and not just your basic breakfast fare. It was good, id like to go back and try some other items. read more

We only go out to eat a couple times a month as a treat. This completely ruined our day. All of the food was tasteless and gross. Pancakes were paste, chicken was tasteless, the eggs were gross and oil soaked. Even our 3 year old wouldn't eat the pancakes. When advising our server we just received a smug apology. This is not our first time eating here but it is definitely our last. read more

The portions here are huge and you're definitely going to have plenty of leftovers for another breakfast meal. I ordered one of their eggmazing entrees consisting of 2 eggs over easy, hash browns, smoked ham and sourdough toast. We frequent this location often and have noticed a difference in the quality and service over time. After waiting 30 minutes for hash browns, eggs and chicken sausage; the food comes out cold. Not warm but cold. I sent it back... waited another 20 minutes and my husband flagged down our waitress to get an update and was told the food hasn't been made yet. My husband gets the same thing every time... the chicken and gravy biscuits. There was barely any gravy on the biscuits so my husband asked for a side... keeping in mind that this is something he regularly gets so he is aware of what it should be like. He was advised by our waitress that the manager had him ring in a "side of gravy" ummm excuse me? Terrible experience. read more

Got here a little before 8am to avoid the crowd. Our server Kristy was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive! She explained that you can upgrade to specialty pancakes, waffles, French toast, or crepes for $3 if you order omelettes, skillets, and eggmazing entrees. What a great deal! I decided on the Gypsy steak skillet $17.95 which came with hash browns and fruit. I also upgraded to a Belgian waffle for an extra $2 for hubby. He chose 2 eggs, hash browns, smoked ham and sourdough toast $15.95. I think my jaw dropped when the food arrived as the portions were massive, especially hubby's! Unfortunately my skillet was not seasoned so I had to add salt and pepper which was not a big deal, but my steak was super chewy:( Kristy noticed I hadn't really eaten my dish and took 50 percent off! I had some of hubby's ham and French toast and they were very good. Really kind and amazing customer service by Kristy today. I will go back and try their specialty pancakes or French toast next time. read more

Recently I stopped on this location as who doesn't love a good brunch spot? I was excited to see a Blood Orange Mimosa, so I had to stop in. Though a busier day of the week (Sunday), I was seated right away and my server was very friendly. Very spacious dining area and wasn't too loud for noise, which was very welcome after a long stimulating week. The meal started off right as the Blood Orange Mimosa was amazing! Love that cucumber water is provided as well; gotta stay hydrated. Though, I am still bewildered that a Benedict didn't come with hollandaise, and Caprese typically has balsamic. I get there was not balsamic as it wasn't listed in the menu, but the lack of hollandaise was a shock as every eggs Benedict I've had comes with hollandaise even if a twist on it. Definitely would not order again, but seems like other options would be good. If I'm in the area, I would definitely stop in. read more

The amount of food you get for the price is SO worth it! We only ordered two items and got these four massive plates! There are certain categories of items that include toast or pancakes, and if you really want your money's worth or if you're just a giant foodie like my husband and I, you can upgrade to any of their specialty pancakes for only $3. We ordered: - Barbacoa Omelette and upgraded the pancakes to the Lemon Ricotta pancakes - Gypsy Steak Skillet and upgraded to the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes Massive portions and everything was delicious. Super hearty breakfast plates and loved that my hash browns were actually crispy. Pancakes were both great. The smothered sauce on the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes was decadent and the lemon curd on the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes was a tangy and refreshing touch. We'll definitely be back! read more

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE REPORTED TO THE HEALTH DEPT FOR INFESTATION OF FLYS ALL OVER TABLES AND FOOD ...it's not just a random fly here and there it's 100's! 2 stars because the food is pretty good...But service and atmosphere?? not so great. Waited for a table 30 minutes on a Sunday only to be stuck in an outside corner table just absolutely full of flies buzzing around you the entire time. I sat with a menu trying to fan them away. You all need either a fan out there or a bug zapper or something because thats awful to try to eat breakfast with tons of flies dive bombing you and your food. So gross! Also we were ignored for 20+ minutes and had random other servers looking at our table with no water, no drinks, just sitting there with menus and no one ever coming over. You would think another server would be like, "hmmm those people have been sitting awhile with no server I need to let my manager know"... I finally got up to go ask the hostess if we could move out of the flies zone (yeah for another 20 minute wait you can) and asked her to send our sever over as we had not been acknowledged by anyone for a very long time. Waited another 10 minutes and someone finally came over but never apologized for not being seen or acknowledged. Wont be back.... read more

We only ordered things we really like and eat elsewhere: eggs Benedict, and a club sandwich. It was our first time so we wanted to try these so we could judge. The club, trying to be cute I guess, was inedibly large. It was impossibly tall and you'd think that was great but trying to bite it caused slippery things like avocado to squeeze out of the sandwich and other innards to slide around. We tried to take the sandwich apart to make it smaller but it really did not work it was just a mess. It came with fries that were over deep-fried, very crispy. We ate some and asked the server uhh what's wrong with these they tase really strongly of something. She said oh they are fried in beef tallow. Yikes and it tasted bad to us. The eggs Benedict came on a cold English muffin with cold hash browns. They tasted better than the fries but they were also well-cooked to being blackened in parts and crunchy crispy. The ham with the eggs also tasted slightly off. I did not ask to find out why. And one of the dishes came with a soup that had quickly congealed a top skin that even though we moved that aside it was, well, it was ok whatever it was, but again not a pleasant flavor. Honestly, the place had other people there seemingly having a nice time. Maybe it was us? Maybe it was a new cook that we happened to get? We don't know, but we won't ever be going back. And although I do not like leaving such a poor review, when you're paying about $18 a plate before any add-ons or tax or tip (we tipped well anyway it was not the server's fault after all), at these prices I had to speak up. read more

How many breakfast restaurants won't butter your toast? Nothing ruins, in experience more than receiving cold toast with frozen butter. You can't even butter your toast once it's cooled down. When I placed my order, I told the server I want to buttered toast. Not toast and butter. she never told me that I couldn't until the server brought it out unbuttered. Excellent offerings, fresh products, good service and very, very tasty. They're huge menu makes for difficult decisions in breakfast choices. Recently, a bunch of us got together for breakfast and had an opportunity of trying out from their huge assortment of breakfast/brunch goodies. I must say that their fruit juices are exquisite, fresh and yummy. Whether having just Orange, Cranberry or my fave Pink Grapefruit! Overall, 10 breakfast meals were ordered across the familial table and almost everyone was a different take and style on breakfast. This made it an excellent bite size test of each dish at the table - we are family you see! One of the best servings was the Phat Country Boy which consisted of a fresh baked biscuit, delectable and moist Maple Sausage patties, with a perfectly poached egg and terrific gravy. Not much Buttermilk Pancake with Fruit, a couple Western Omelets with Hash Browns, a terrific Sausage Benedict with Hash Browns, some Deli's Skillet, Eggs Overeasy with Bacon and Hash Browns, some fabulous Sour Dough Bread and Butter, was left at the table upon dining, except for those taken home in doggie bags! But I must say, my dish was by far the best of the bunch, and I must offer kudos to Eggstacy for this concoction! The Gypsy Steak Skillet of tender slightly charred Angus Steak Chunks, tender and lean Smoked Ham, green pepper, onion, mushroom, Swiss cheese and American Cheese - was to die for. They're not kidding when they state that they offer the freshest ingredients! They do... its all in the tasting. Came here this morning really enjoyed the meal. My friend group was really excited because our server said most of the pancakes could be done gluten free.
