I had the pleasure of having brunch at Eggsquisite today. I went with my parents who have not stopped talking about it since I arrive for a short visit. I had the Reuben sandwich because that is what my mother had a few days earlier and she said it was great, it was. My mother had the migas which she loved but couldn't eat all of. The portion sizes are nice. I can't remember what my father order except for fried eggs and a side of berries. He must have liked it because his plate was clean when we left. The service was very good. Our order came out incredibly quick. Our servers name was Augusta. He was extremely friendly, very attentive and had a great smile. Augusta was one of the few servers that we've experienced in the area that didn't auction off the plates when returning to the table. You know what I mean. Arriving at the table with an arm load of plates and asking everyone what they ordered before passing out the dishes. You could tell he really enjoyed his job. We will probably ask for him the next time we go. The place is new and very stylish. All white walls, cute booths and tables and lots of plants. Overall everything was good and just what the area needed in terms of a breakfast/ lunch place to go to. Give this place a try. read more

Great breakfast as usual. A little pricey but worth it. Bright & cheerful atmosphere and really quick service. The manager (etc) alway seems to speak to everyone, sometimes more than once. It gets a little hectic when they are real busy, reminds me of a "bee hive". I've never gone there for lunch though. Probably more of the same with lunch-fare. read more

First time for my wife and I to eat here. Great variety of food selections. Nice portion. Wonderful food, that was hot, delicious and served shortly after the order. Atmosphere was great. The service was amazing. The server kept the coffee hot. Manager was there and asked if everything was okay. The music was playing the kind of music that brought back memories and the songs that both my wife and I enjoyed hearing. The dining area was clean as well as the bathroom. Good strong coffee. An abundance of things on the menu to pick from. I love the corned beef hash and I love that I get to pick two sides to go with it. That way I can get a side of pancakes and grits and I'm covering all my breakfast bases! Such a cute place too with lots of tables and a nice clean aesthetic to it. BEST BRUNCH IN TEXAS! We are from south Texas and visiting family. We have eaten here every day for brunch. The service/staff and atmosphere is WONDERFUL! But the food is AMAZING! We tried a variety of things over the last few days, and everything is heavenly! Highly recommend the cinnamon roll pancakes, chicken carnitas skillet, spicy chicken and waffles, spicy chicken biscuits and gravy, and the benedicts (Salmon and chorizo). Prices are great and fair for the portion size! We honestly couldn't find one flaw with this restaurant, and my step mom is as picky as they come! Haha. We decided to give this place a try while visiting Sherman because the name made us smile. We were not disappointed. The food was delicious and the place had an ambience that did make you smile. My husband and I went there for the first time today and absolutely loved it! We would give our dining experience their a five 5 on a scale of one to five. He had the biscuits and gravy omelette with the cinnamon roll pancake. Sounds fattening doesn't it, and it was, but sometimes you just take the plunge! He loved his cinnamon roll pancake and said there was actually caramelization to the sugar and he really enjoyed it. He would also give that a five 5. He was not as crazy about his biscuits and gravy omelette, but he said it was well executed just not to his taste. I think he thought it was going to be a little more cheesy, but he would still give it a four 4. I had the Eggsquisite which is chicken apples sausage, roasted red peppers, mushrooms, and spinach on hashbrowns covered with Monterey cheddar cheese and two eggs. I would give it a five 5 on portion size, I couldn't even finish it all and a five 5 on presentation. I think I wasn't that crazy about the combo, but it was still good and I would clearly give it a solid four 4. I LOVED my "Very Berry Crepes" and would give them a top-notch score as well. On a scale of one to five, I told the waitress I would give them a 10. They were absolutely delicious and I would definitely order them again. I can't even really describe how good they tasted to me, they were just wonderful. And ... I loved their fresh squeezed orange juice! One drink and I could tell the difference between that and the last orange juice I had, it was so good! Our waitress, Heather, was not only good, but she was funny also. I really want to give this place 2.5 stars. It wasn't the best, it wasn't the worst. Just very middle of the road. I think most of the reviews over sell it. My food was fine, I had the eggs Benedict. The eggs were cooked well, English muffin wasn't toasted, hollandaise didn't have much taste, coffee tasted like it had been sitting on the burner too long. The service is extremely speedy, we had our food in what felt like no time. I wouldn't pick to go here again, but if someone really wanted to go I wouldn't protest much. read more
