Found by happenstance..... was on the way to grocery shop and was very hungry. Thought I'd try it and WOW!! Ordered steak and eggs... food was absolutely the best I'd EVER had in a breakfast venue. We were seated right away, it's big and bright and clean, the service was impeccable, the food was delivered quickly, it was 100% accurate and the taste and presentation was spot on. A couple little added touches as well that we didn't request. They brought honey for my wife's hot tea and offered up a few alternative for spice. This is our third trip to the Eggsquisite Cafe and each time the food has been superb. We've stuck to the breakfast menu so far and haven't ventured into the lunch menu yet. Eggs Benedict is amazing. Breakfast burrito is yummy. Get the Very Berry pancakes for your side. So fresh tasting with loads of blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries. The breakfast skillets are loaded too. We had impeccable service from Luis on the last two visits. Will request him for our server in the future. He kept our coffee cups filled and was very attentive. A phenomenal server. I had the pleasure of having brunch at Eggsquisite today. I went with my parents who have not stopped talking about it since I arrive for a short visit. I had the Reuben sandwich because that is what my mother had a few days earlier and she said it was great, it was. My mother had the migas which she loved but couldn't eat all of. The portion sizes are nice. I can't remember what my father order except for fried eggs and a side of berries. He must have liked it because his plate was clean when we left. The service was very good. Our order came out incredibly quick. Our servers name was Augusta. He was extremely friendly, very attentive and had a great smile. Augusta was one of the few servers that we've experienced in the area that didn't auction off the plates when returning to the table. You know what I mean. Arriving at the table with an arm load of plates and asking everyone what they ordered before passing out the dishes. You could tell he really enjoyed his job. We will probably ask for him the next time we go. The place is new and very stylish. All white walls, cute booths and tables and lots of plants. The service was amazing. The server kept the coffee hot. Manager was there and asked if everything was okay. Good strong coffee. An abundance of things on the menu to pick from. I love the corned beef hash and I love that I get to pick two sides to go with it. That way I can get a side of pancakes and grits and I'm covering all my breakfast bases! Such a cute place too with lots of tables and a nice clean aesthetic to it.
