We have ordered from here several times. EVERY time they have messed up a simple order. Although this last time I asked them to please check the order and she did, this time I am missing my toast for the "over easy eggs." Please see picture for the NOT over easy eggs and the SLOPPY way they packaged the to go order. The egg yolks are broken all over the box and I don't have toast to use to enjoy cleaning up the mess. I know they are capable of better packaging and cooking Bc the first time we ordered everything was great from the packaging to the way the food was cooked/ordered. AGAIN my attempts to call after I picked up the order are of course met by a BUSY PHONE signal so I can not get a hold of anyone there to address this. I should have checked the order myself but since the lady checked it RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME and was fully aware of the previous mishaps, stupidly figured that I could trust my ENTIRE order was there this time. There was an attempt made to make up for previous order mistakes with a biscuit but after this many failed attempts I don't see how I can trust a SIMPLE breakfast order can be completed. I would appreciate it if a manager would contact me because this seems to be a pattern and not someone having an off day, ESPECIALLY the phone situation( I KNOW I am not the only one with phone concerns.) I won't hold my breath waiting for someone to contact me. Maybe they don't need the business. read more

Eggs Up Grill - Busted over cooked poorly packaged order that's missing toast. - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Riverview, Florida

Food is delicious!!! I've been 3 times already and have plans to go once a month. Staff is friendly. This is a welcomed addition to Riverview read more

Eggs were way undercooked, server was no help and not concerned. We had high expectations but this place was a let down.

Save your time just go to Waffle House after waiting an hour for our food my scrambled eggs were runny my toast wasn't toasted the butter was not even melted the grits were bland the cheese also not melted the hash looked like it was thrown on the plate. Our coffee was cold. My friends french toast was doughy. The only thing positive about the experience was our server was really nice which is the reason for two stars however the food was disappointing and a waste of time read more

Great food and great service. The restaurant was clean and they made sure to cleanse the area before seating customers. Also, I was very impressed with the portions of food provided on our plates. The waitress was very nice and attentive to our dining experience. For the most part, eve went well and we will definitely be back to this restaurant when we are in the Tampa area. I have the seafood omelette with grits and my meal was very tasteful and seasoned well to my perfection. My family had the pancakes, eggs, omelettes, bacon, breakfast potatoes and that were cooked to their perfection. It is always good to find a restaurant that can reliable to cook good food especially when you are traveling. Often times this is hard because if you live in the area and not knowing the restaurants can be a challenge. But knowing this restaurant and produce good food and good service is win win for me and my family. This is one that is added to the list for a return visit. read more

Great place for breakfast. Had a little bit of a wait but as busy as they were it was understandable. Food was excellent, staff was friendly, and the coffee was tasty (which I didn't expect because most restaurant coffee sucks). read more

My breakfast place whenever I visit Tampa Bay. Never disappoints. Food is hot, fresh, and on time.

My first time going they turned me away at door advising they were too backed up on orders and were not taking more customers- it was the first weekend they were open and I was understanding and returned the following week on Monday mid morning. I wanted a cappuccino but they were out so I settled for coffee it was lukewarm - I ordered bananas foster it was great but was disappointed my extra order of sausage didn't come in until I was about done with meal- then the receipt was wrong and they double charged me for the same sausage they took forever to get to me- In my opinion it shud have just been deleted from my recipes completely!!!!! I was inconvenienced as a customer and is it really that serious the make an extra $2.75 .... lastly my server was nice but the girl who bought my plate was sooooo rude! Heidi from Plattsburgh!! When she came to drop off my plate I was busy on my phone shopping so I was just thrown back when she slammed my plate down in front of me and took off - she need to be trained to announce that a meal has arrived of a customer isn't looking also she damn near almost hit my face when she put plate down I was looking down- not good service The food was good I would try it again once more but staff need more customer service training!!! read more

Recommend this spot for take out only. Both times I dined in the wait was so long to get my food. Pick up orders and take out are faster. Food is great! are usually don't eat pancakes, because I get sick afterwards. But their Pancakes are amazing! And no stomach ache read more

if you're black, don't bother me as the African-American walks in by myself, the entire staff looks and has me standing there for almost 10 minutes with no one coming to assist me then finally when a staff member assist me to ask what order am I here to pick up, she walks away without even notifying the kitchen or other staff members but a group of elderly Caucasian people walk in and they are automatically taken care of and seated while I am still waiting to be helped as I am writing this review read more

Went in for breakfast and found the place was very busy. I hoped it was because of great tasting coffee and crispy home fries because those are two of my favorite breakfast staples. Well, the coffee was very bad and the home fries were wet and had some kind of spice mixture sprinkled on them. I wished the waitress would have informed me that my sausage patties would be spicy and my bacon would be limp and not crispy. I dont know if I had a choice of choosing how I want my bacon or sausage but was not asked. read more

Disappointed in this place. Food was mediocre at best. Service was the same. I will not return.

Visiting Florida and our family members raved about eggs up so we decided to give it a try! We loved our breakfast! The restaurant was clean and so inviting on the inside. Our waitress Samantha was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed!! 5 stars!! Next time we are in the area we will be back!! read more

Skip this spot for breakfast. Very basic menu. After being told it was a 20 to 25 minute late 40 minutes later we were finally seated. We waited almost 45 minutes for breakfast food which really in reality at Max should not take that long. got the special hazelnut coffee and it just tasted like regular water down coffee with whipped cream on top. The gravy from the biscuits and gravy was bland and coagulated really gross texture wise. Got a home fry scramble bowl and was ordered without peppers and ham period when it arrived it had no ham so we simply asked for a side of ham they were nice enough to remake the whole bowl but then the new one came with peppers. both myself and the person I was dining with said something to the waitress of while there's ham now, there's also peppers that we requested not be in it and she just disregarded our comments. Definitely not a good experience overall read more

Excited to try a new spot today. Disappointed. My husband and I both ordered the "goodness gracious omelette". Both were supposed to come with mushrooms inside and sliced tomatoes on top. Both had neither. Both omelettes did have copious amount of onions though. The poor waitress was overwhelmed being the only front of house staff. Her pleas to the kitchen staff to help her were left unanswered. When she asked if everything was alright we said yes. Normally I would have expressed our grievances but we didn't want to exacerbate her already stressful morning. All in all. The place was clean. My husband's coffee was never empty. Food was disappointing. The server is the only reason for 3 stars. read more

Went there with two friends, me and one friend were sich afterwards. Corned beef hash was completely burned for both of us and the grits had no flavor. Food came out very slow, wouldn't come back. Also no staff was wearing any masks. read more

We almost left before eating due to a very long wait and a not so welcoming experience. That would have been a mistake. The food was fabulous and so enjoyable. Service really needs to improve starting with the hostess. The lone bus boy was moving along but not a go getter so service just poked along. I hope some effort goes in to improving the hostess welcoming approach and helping customers feel valued enough to wait. The taste of the food is spot on though! I will try it again. read more

My go to restaurant in Brandon and Riverview area. Always good food and service at each visit.

The food was horrible. The avocado toast tasted like it came from a bag and not fresh, the eggs were fine, the Banana foster taste weird like the Carmel candy thing was old. And we also got over charged and they won't reconsider saying it's a bank error. HORRIBLE read more

food is delicous. highly advise the philly cheesestake omlette. muy bein! it's worth every penny in your wallet.

First time here, took an HOUR to get BREAKFAST of corned beef hash and scrambled eggs, and a muffin!? Our food was room temp, the coffee was refilled once, and our toast was given to us cold as we were walking out the door and had already paid?! PLENTY of Uber meals going out, but SLOW table turn around for a breakfast place!! If anything our server was great. read more

IHOP is better than this.. Manager walking around trying to find something to do, tables who came in after us are getting served their food before us. Almost $6 for corn beef hash which is really just a roll of corn beef, no hash. Grits plain, no flavor at all. Was expecting a lot more from this new place, not coming back. Drive a little further down 301 and go to Keke's. Much better. read more

Great spot for breakfast or brunch. The staff is friendly and inviting. I love that their menu has so many options. The food has a southern flare and is very flavorful. Also, they serve mimosas! Can't wait to go back read more

We have ordered take out from here the last two weeks (on Saturday). I would like to say both times our food has been fantastic. It was fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. My reason for the 4 stars is the service. The first Saturday we ordered online with a pick-up time of 11:00am. I got to Eggs Up right at 11. Our food was not ready...I ended up waiting about 30 minutes longer before our order was ready. Min you normally I would not go back to a place after an experience like this, but the food was so good we did it again the following Saturday. This time we requested our order for 10:30 (thinking it may be 20-30 past the time requested)...this time it was ready at 10:10(20 minutes early). I understand a lot restaurants may be a few minutes off from the time requested, but this made our second experience worse then the first one. When I went to pick up the order I waited for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Seems like there is a staffing issue.... read more
