Garlic chicken with added shrimp and fried rice.

Food looked amazing, lacked in flavor. The fried rice was plain and bland, there weren't opinion or your usual veggies in the rice. The sauce on the garlic shrimp and chicken tasted like a very bland brown sauce. The sauce for the teriyaki chicken tasted like soy sauce.

Found a bristle in my food. Chicken said spicy next to it, literally was sweet. The cheese wonton were the only good part! Mushy egg rolls.

    Large orange chicken.

Wanted chinese again, so yelped for food. Trying this place out since reviews better than other places in area. I have to say, the orange chicken was crisp/crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. Orange flavor just right. Couldnt tell the difference between this dish and the serving I would get at a particular chinese sit down and charge me twice as much joint in Addison on Beltline. Wasnt too happy with the rice because it seemed to me just as rice that had been cooked in soy sauce, but it was not horrible. I'd go back.

Okay this place is relatively close to my work so I decided to swing through really quick for lunch here! I placed my order over the phone a good 20 minutes before I knew I'd be able to leave work and pick it up simply because a 30 min lunch goes by ridiculously fast.. When I called on the phone the woman that answered was extremely short and rude, but either way I placed my order and she told me 10mins. I leave work for lunch and head to pick up my order (20 mins after I called it in) and I had to wait for someone to come up to the front and then wait another couple minutes for them to get my order ready. All in all the food was quite tasty, and fairly priced but the service was crap. Also they only take cash!

Combo lo mein is the best! The sweet biscuits are bomb too (lil donuts). The friedrice is not that good.

This place is so good! They have a huge menu selection and they serve you a lot of food! Some portions are great for two people!

Food was not good or good quality, very odd tasting sauces couldn't quite put my finger on what was off, and the inside smelled bad

Love their food, especially combo Lomein and Garlic shrimp! Eggroll Inn is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in dallas.

The orange chicken and the general Tso's tasted about the same. Might go back to try something else.

I pulled up to drive thru. Not sure I should have ordered. People inside are not wearing gloves or masks. Hope I don't catch anything.

This restaurant has existed for as long as I can remember over the past 30 years. It was one of my…read morefavorite restaurants growing up, so when I recently visited home in DFW, I had to go back. And wow, the taste is the exact same. The decor is the exact same. The people are the exact same. It was truly a feeling of nostalgia that's hard to describe. My favorite dish has always been, and still is, the bamboo shoots with pork. It is so fragrant, umami, and simply delicious. The west lake soup is also a classic done so well - pro tip to add white pepper to give it a little kick. The steamed pork belly was okay - sauce is flavorful (a touch salty) along with the preserved greens but the pork wasn't as tender as I had remembered it. The fish filets are fried to perfection, full of salt/pepper flavor, and pairs well with the jalapeños. If you don't like fish, you can get the same flavor with the pork version of this dish, which I also really like. The service can be a little slow because it's just 1 chef and 1 waitress who own the restaurant - same people that have run the show since I first came here probably almost 30 years ago! Incredible to see them still working so hard and serving delicious food. They'll never know how much their restaurant and food means to me!
