The interior is simple with a couple of tables. Eats: Eggy: Cage-free poached egg on top of smooth potato puree, topped with bacon and chives. Served with some toasted baguette slices. Very tasty and it's quite unique. The Chic: Hand battered fried chicken, arugula, over medium egg, house sauce in a warm brioche bun. This is personally my go to. The fried chicken is perfectly seasoned and the egg just oozes out. Hawaiian Morning: Over medium egg, spam, arugula, ketchup, house sauce in a warm brioche bun. You can order at the register or on a kiosk. You can customize all their sandwiches. They have lots of add ons, for a price of course. For example, a $1 to add on a slice of tomato. I tried their scramble sandwich, which is vegetarian. It came out very fast but unfortunately it was lukewarm. So much so that the cheddar cheese didn't even fully melt. We were looking for a breakfast place in the area, and this sounded good. But, unfortunately, the customer service was lacking and we did not like the hidden fees. What turned me off was when I paid, it defaulted to a minimum 10% tip unless you put a "custom" tip to take it off. On top of that, after I placed an order I found out they charge an $0.80 "Operating Fee". No employee acknowledged me at all, I paid and checked out myself, and it still defaulted a tip and an operating fee? We ordered at 10:20AM and it estimated our order was going to be ready at 10:33AM. At 10:45AM I saw my order sitting on the counter and no one had called the number. My drink wasn't there, so I stood at the front to ask the barista for a status of my drink. I stood there for awhile and there were 2 baristas. Neither barista acknowledged me standing there. Eventually, a woman from the back kitchen came to the front and started checking on the people standing waiting for their order. I was still waiting and my drink Eventually was called at 10:50AM. Don't rely on the text notifications to let you know when your order is ready. It let me know at 11:19AM after we had finished and left that my order was ready. We ordered: -The Scramble: this was good, soft, and was better with extra sriracha. There was barely any chibes in my Egg. - Breakfast Burger: this was okay: watch out as it is a little messy with the oozing egg and my husband said it didn't have much flavor so he had to add a lot of ketchup - Matcha Coffee Latte with Boba 50%Sweet No Ice: there was no gap at the top and the boba was soft and chewy. Overall, the food was okay, but took way too long to come out and cold by the time we received it. There was a lack of communication between staff and customers and customer service leaves much to be desired. The minimum tip and hidden operating fee left a bad taste in my mouth, especially since this is not a sit-down type restaurant with service. read more

This is a really late review, so I apologize for not getting it to sooner after my visit. I had ordered ahead online for a strawberry hojicha latte, no sugar, and specified 12:00pm as the pickup time (which was at least 20-30 mins from when I ordered). When I arrived, it was packed with a long line, and it wasn't ready until 12:20; I saw they were understaffed unfortunately as they didn't have enough workers there to handle the huge rush they were getting due to Fanime convention happening during that same time. The drink was okay, the tea wasn't sweet which is what I intended, but the strawberry puree was definitely sweet and a bit sour. It was all at the bottom, so you'd really have to mix if you want it to be dispersed throughout the drink. read more

I LOVE EGGHEAD SO MUCH. it is so affordable and the chicken in the sandwiches are so huge that they do not fit in the buns. The chicken is so huge and the egg is cooked to perfection. I know there are other locations but I go only go to this location because there is easy parking and great service. Since the other location is downtown I am not sure if the parking situation there is great. But this egghead is in a plaza with plenty of parking. Egg head was one of my favorite places to get sandwiches that resemble the fan favorite "Egg Slut" that can be found in social, and Las Vegas. my most recent visit to Egg Head some friends and I ordered sandwiches on our way to go to a concert. Homegirl and I sat waiting for our sandwiches while there was these two or three girl employees working in the front. After ordering these girls start talking about concerts and "ABGs" and kept glaring at us. there was no doubt that they were all collected together giving us mean looks. My friend and I both ordered the EGGY which was poorly made for no reason. Eating the sandwich totally threw me up as the soft scrambled egg was spicy as f*ck. Since April when this incident happened I haven't stepped foot into an Egg Head. I would not recommend getting anything at all. We Didn't even know the girls that were working, so im not sure why they felt the need to dislike us, the only customers in the store which has a limited selection of seating and a modern cozy grab and go.. No idea who they are and im sure that they were just jealous as they felt the need to make it obvious that they were talking SH*T. I don't think that we deserved to have our order toggled with by three random chicks. Did I have a target on my back? were my lashes too big? don't come to this location because there's clearly something wrong with their staff that clearly needs to get a life, go get your nails done and drink some swirls... this all right there instead of purposefully messing up a customer's order for a good laugh.
