Great food, great service and we couldn't have asked for a better way to end our Disneyland trip. The tables and chairs are fairly old and well used. Our server had little to no words for us, which was fine. She gave us a kind look. We had ordered a breakfast burritos, eggs, bacon, coffees all around, and an omelette. The food came out a few minutes later. Very quick, but hot and crisp. I wasn't a fan of my latte and their house coffee was a bit watery. I did enjoy my breakfast burrito and bacon. My dad enjoyed his breakfast platter, too. My fiancé's omelette was okay and wasn't fantastic. We finished our meal rather quickly and left. It's nice to have a local breakfast restaurant that has been well loved by the neighboring residents. My friend and I arrived right before closing (around 11:00 PM), and they were kind enough to cook our food ahead of time so we could still enjoy a hot meal. Even though they were getting ready to close, the staff and cooks welcomed us with kindness and never made us feel rushed. Based on the excellent service, the staff likely deserved a 20% tip. However, I noticed that a 20% gratuity was automatically added to our bill, even though we were only a party of four. While the service was wonderful, I believe gratuity should be left to the customer's discretion rather than being added automatically for smaller parties. This policy is the only reason I am not rating my experience five stars. Thank you for your time and for the otherwise great service.
