Came here on a Tuesday morning and ordered the loaded breakfast burrito. It was amazing! The service was great as well!

I always wanted to come in here as a customer I have delivered for them many times. I found the bacon cheeseburger and french fries combo for $11 to be very reasonably priced but the meat?! It's so good!! You come in to a tiny diner setting and you will be immediately greeted. He is very comfortable and they have two TVs. I had to try the bacon burger with french fries, which was delicious. It only took me six minutes to get in three minutes to eat. Lol. There are so many different things to try here and the prices are very reasonable. They are per pick up and delivery contactless payment and I would come and eat here every day if I could!

    Ciabatta Breakfast Sandwich

The ciabatta breakfast sandwich is amazing. The bread is soft and warm. They fill it with avocado, fluffy eggs, lettuce, tomato, cheese, red onions, mayo, and bacon. I've gotten it without the bacon, and it's delicious. The cheese is ooey-gooey melted and brings all the ingredients together. The breakfast sandwich is a nice size, so I eat half for breakfast and the other half for lunch. Quality ingredients: better than Corner Bakery's wraps that are teeny-tiny, better than McDonald's chemical-infused "food," better than Jack-in-the-Box's bags of lard. Sat down for breakfast while by truck received 2 new tires next door. I ordered 2 sandwiches, Breakfast Brioche and Breakfast Croissant. Both came out within 5 min of ordering. Eggs are thick and fluffy like a pillow. Cheese and bacon are spot on with a hint of spicy Mayo brings both to another level of goodness. Tater tots are crispy and held a warm temperature for 20 min until they were consumed. The menu is simple and wonderful when you need to come in and chill for a minute or grab and take home. I will be back!!

ABSOLUTELY Delicious. I haven't tried anything from Springdale cafe, that I didn't Love. Great fast service. Always greeted with a welcoming smile and hello. I go crazy for their breakfast burritos but I'm on a High protein low carb diet now so I go in for their protein platter absolutely delicious 4 times a week after workouts at the gym. Quick easy and convenient love this place thumbs up. Casual atmosphere.

Breakfast Ciabatta Sandwich - fresh and more than enough if you're extra hungry.

We usually sit at the bar to avoid wait times, plus the servers there are always nice and attentive. I got the tacos, and my boyfriend got an omelette and blueberry pancakes. Sad they no longer have the barbacoa/short rib. Steak is a bit drier than that was, but toppings are still good, and portion is large. My boyfriend asked for the cheese to be removed, and this is the third time it still came with cheese. It's always a bummer to have to wait for them to remake, and we try to emphasize the no-cheese, there just is always a miscommunication between the input of the order and the cooking staff. Their pancakes are great, and we went with the blueberry ones this time. Place is always busy and fun, just watch out for the cheese.

It was on a Saturday afternoon, and the place was buzzing with activity. There were plenty of people sitting at the bar, and a lot of the tables had multiple people in their parties. We got seated right away, and it only took moments for our server to come by and ask us about drinks. We both ordered a couple ice teas and water, and enjoyed the ambiance. One of the nice things about this place is it definitely has a hometown vibe to it. Like seriously, you feel like you are in someone's home rather than a restaurant. The food came to the table very quickly, and it was very delicious! My friend had the tuna melt and a side salad, it looked huge! You definitely get your bang for the buck here! I opted for something slightly lighter, so I ordered the half Caesar salad with chicken. Chicken. Let me tell you something, I'm glad I ordered the small cuz I can't imagine how huge this salad would be as a large! The chicken breast on top nearly covered the entire bowl of salad! And it was absolutely delicious. The service was top notch, the ambiance was great, and the food was outstanding! They even had some party going on in the back, with just added to the excitement of the place. And on the way out, I noticed they had a thrifty ice cream shop right in the restaurant! So you could grab yourself a single double or triple scoop cone! Bottom line? You cannot go wrong with this place. If you've never been and you're a local, what the heck? You are definitely missing out. If you are in the Huntington Beach area, you definitely have to go to Mama's on 39.

(Does anyone work anymore!? ) The longest I waited was an hour but that was 3 weeks after opening. And I can tell you, as long as you have the time it will be worth it. The overall aesthetic is coastal cowboy meets rustic modern. There is a ton of seating with a great outdoor patio. Parking in the back is pretty slim, so your best bet is street parking. You can either get lucky or park around the block, depending on the day / time. My absolute favorite coffee is the Hawaiian Cowboy. It flavor profile is a nutty tasting honey that's refreshing yet not overly sweet. You can actually taste the espresso without it being too powerful. This coffee is worth the wait. Their other drinks are also good, but this one takes the cake. They have a pretty expansive food menu as well, so it's much more than "just a coffee shop". And you can't forget about their baked goods. O M G. It's from a local bakery (sift bakery) who makes the best non basic treats around. I met the owners when they first opened, good people who know what they are doing. The next gen trailblazing the way for Little Saigon. Saw they added a breakfast burrito, so I called in a to-go order: sausage + bacon + avocado (Valentine's Day splurge ). Gamble paid off. She loved it. This isn't just another bacon-egg-cheese wrap pretending to be special. They use tater tots instead of regular potatoes, so you get crispy + soft instead of mush. The sausage is the real twist, Vietnamese style, like bún chả pork: slightly sweet, savory, garlicky, lightly caramelized. Then the surprise: pickled veggies inside. That acidity cuts the richness and balances the whole burrito so it eats lighter than a typical gut-bomb breakfast burrito. It ends up tasting like a true Viet-American diner take on a SoCal classic, comforting but aromatic, familiar and sooo goood. Nice to finally have a worthy breakfast burrito option closer to home.
