I'm giving 2 since I only tried 2 drinks, both matcha and it was so bad. Grainy matcha bits, me and my gf both couldn't finish our matchas. Maybe their coffee is better, my experience is reflected on the matchas alone. Worst matcha I've had. We got the honey Matcha ube and pistachio Matcha. Stopped by this local cafe and overall had a solid experience. I ordered a medium honey vanilla cinnamon latte and a "next level" breakfast sando, total came out to $25 with tip. The barista was super nice and gave me a heads-up that the latte runs on the sweeter side (which I usually love), so I appreciated the warning. The drink was definitely sweet so if you don't like sweet drinks, I'd opt out, but still tasty overall. The "Next Level Breakfast Sando" was good and filling. Only small downside was that the avocado looked a bit past its prime, though it tasted fine overall. I came around 6:30am and it was pretty quiet, but it picked up fast between 7-7:30am. I ordered the Breakfast Sando to share with my broke bestie, aka my 10-year-old son, and it absolutely understood the assignment: flaky, buttery croissant, smoky thick-cut bacon, fluffy eggs, melty gouda, and a sriracha mayo that gives it a little kick without taking over. Rich, satisfying, and exactly what you want from a breakfast sandwich. My son is a breakfast sandwich connoisseur (he gets them everywhere), so I asked for the official verdict. For a $67 breakfast order... I'm really unimpressed. Got two coffees and 2 sandwiches. My $19 BLAT was delivered wrong. No avocado or the arugula I added. The croissant looked great in the photos, but in person, it was pretty small for the price -- about $15 for a sandwich with just egg, avocado, ham, bacon, and lettuce. I used to love coming here for my lunch breaks and getting a little "pick me up" coffee. But unfortunately the last 2 times I came here I was not pleased with my coffees. A month ago I ordered my regular iced latte but it seemed as my coffee had no coffee in it whatsoever (the coffee was super light and had no coffee taste). And I just came again today to give it another try but just for a regular sized iced brown sugar shaken espresso with almond milk was almost $10!! $9.30 to be exact for a mid coffee. Came here Saturday morning with the bf on our bikes for a quick brunch based off yelp reviews after seeing this place. Parking is dicey in this little strip mall, when I realized I'd been here before a couple years back for the donuttery a few doors down but never wanted to come back because of the parking situation that I saw again today as we were leaving. Some dude in a truck parked in an off way sticking out, making it difficult for people to get by his parked truck. It's a cute place. Outdoor, some indoor seating available and a decent menu. No place to actually lock up your bikes but you can probably lock it to their gate. We didn't have to though because we ate outside by our bikes without issue. He ordered the lox bagel and I got the next level avocado toast. There are 6 outside tables and when we were there 4 were empty but the wait was still a bit long so don't come if you're in a hurry or order ahead of time to avoid the wait. Next level avo toast was good. I think I would've preferred no feta cheese and some thin sliced red onions instead. Lox bagel had tomato, which was not bad, but we could've done away with that and had more lox. All in all good portions and healthy alternative to what I normally don't like at pancake/waffle breakfast diners that do superfluous amounts of carbs with no balance in protein unless you pay for an extra order of it. Bummed the cookie on the side of their sign is faded because it's super cute (with freckles!) didn't order coffee because we biked there but will try another time. read more

The rosemary latte did not have an overwhelming rosemary flavor at all, but a lightly sweetened latte with notes of rosemary. The breakfast sando was AMAZING!!! Which is all understandable considering it was a busy Saturday morning. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. The inside was a bit crowded and condensed with chairs/tables. The parking was difficult because the donuttery is in the same parking lot. I will also add, when I do go back, I won't be ordering a chai latte. Steadfast Café is such a cute little spot with so many fun drink choices it's hard to choose just one! We decided to try their toast flight, and wow, it did not disappoint. We even went back to order a few more different toast that we liked from the flight. It was that good !!! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The café itself has a cozy, welcoming vibe. I actually remember coming here back when it was Snow Monster, so it was fun to see the transformation and what a lovely one it is! The staff, though, is what really makes this place shine. Truly some of the sweetest people I've ever met. We bought a cake pop for my son, and when he accidentally dropped it, one of the staff (maybe the owner or manager?) came around with a brand new one just to make sure his little three year old world was okay again. That kind of kindness is rare and so appreciated. I honestly can't say enough good things about their customer service they are just genuine, kind hearted people. I tried one of their specialty drinks from the chalkboard menu, and also took sips from my sister's (all 3 of them) and mom's drinks everything was so delicious. Even my fiancé, who's pretty picky when it comes to coffee shops, loved it here. That says a lot! I've already recommended Steadfast to so many friends and family, and we're already looking forward to going back.
