We made a goal to try a new breakfast place and were encouraged by Yelp reviews. Loved that it was bright and clean, everything organized so well on each table. You can tell a lot of care goes into making it a welcoming place. Their breakfast potatoes are perfect - right balance of crisp and tender and not oily. I really enjoyed the California Spuds with a side of bacon Husband is hard to please with Mexican food so it's a great win that he enjoyed the machaca. Machaca is traditionally served with beans and/or rice, but we liked that it was better with potatoes. Great salsa too! The owners were so kind and attentive, we know this place will have a waiting list before long. Great food, comfortable ambiance, modest pricing. It's in a great location at Target shopping center (across from Trader's Joes) to follow up with errands and get on with your day. We'll be back for sure! read more

New breakfast and lunch place open close to us and we had to go try it out. I ordered the Denver omelette and my husband ordered a special they call country boy, biscuits and gravy with pork sausage patties. Both came with hash browns which were thinly sliced potato with plenty of crunch. Everything was well made and quite good. My omelette also came with biscuits or toast and a little bit of jam. The restaurant is very clean, decor is Americana, plenty of booth seating. The service was prompt. I would definitely recommend. read more

I got the Philly cheese steak special and was pretty disappointed. I asked for French fries and soup, as that's how I interpreted what came with the special, to find out it's one or the other. I got the soup which was good. The sandwich was extremely bland and meat was really tough. I was only able to get about a third of it down and left hungry. read more

Tucked away in a strip mall/shopping center is Egg Haus, a recently opened breakfast and lunch spot that is serving up delicious sandwiches and the fluffiest, most delicious golden pancakes! The service is super friendly and delivered with a smile. Everyone here is constantly checking in to make sure you are satisfied with your meal. I ordered the blueberry pancakes with a side of Portuguese sausage (highly recommend, it has just the right amount of kick to it!) and eggs over medium. The pancakes were fluffy and delectable. I hope they add more different types of pancakes to their menu as they expand! Our waitress, Rocillo, was a delight from start to finish. She was so kind and provided all the best recommendations. Their Philly Cheesesteak sandwich is phenomenal! The interior is clean, modern, and spacious. I love that there are many booths in this place as someone that appreciates a true "diner" ambiance. started coming here around the time they first opened up. their food is delicious and fresh every time. they have mostly standard diner fare with certain additional specials (eggs benedict with bacon and avocado, machaca and eggs). I love their specialty benedict's, corned beef hash, and chicken fried steak. also, the staff is very friendly. large groups including families and kids are always in the restaurant and the atmosphere is always welcoming. egg haus is one of my favorites now!! read more

OMG!! Yes, Ohh My Goodness! We finally dined here for Breakfast. Deliciousness on our plates. My wife had their Breakfast Burrito which was chocked full of Bacon. She had their Breakfast potato home fries on the side. I had their Country Fried Steak and Eggs. Perfectly Basted Eggs with nice crispy home fries. It came with a Fluffy Biscuit covered in creamy sausage gravy. Everything is made fresh and quite tasty too. We were welcomed with open arms and smiles. Service was excellent and the restaurant is super clean and decorated nicely. Restrooms are clean as well. so my wife and I went here this morning because we read about it on Nextdoor. We are trying to save money and we don't do much for ourselves anymore but the one luxury we allow ourselves is a nice breakfast every Sunday morning after our.walk- we live down in old town so this was a little bit of a drive. We usually walk to somewhere like the filling station, which is fantastic, but we decided to give this place a chance.. We walked in about five after seven and it was completely empty, which was surprising because what we read on Nextdoor was pretty positive. We had a lot of rain yesterday so that might be why. Anyway, they were very pleasant and greeted us and we sat down. Menus looked great and prices look reasonable so we went ahead and ordered. I ordered Denver omelette. My wife ordered eggs Benedict. We had a cuppa coffee and I had an orange juice. .. that was the order. Keep that in mind for later. The food was very good. The portions were decent sized not huge but certainly good. The home fries were very tasty. My wife said that one of the eggs wasn't poached properly in her eggs Benedict.. The yoke was kind of a letdown... but otherwise it was very good. All in all we were pretty pleased with everything until we got the bill. So for one Denver omelette, one order of eggs, Benedict 2 cups of coffee and one orange juice. The bill was a little over $55. Yeah... $55 I was a little surprised by that too So surprised that I asked her to bring back the check so that I could look at why that was because I hadnt Checked it initially... So here's the scam they're running- A cup of coffee they're charging $4.50 A glass of orange juice is $6.50 So basically, when you factor in the tip of a very normal modest breakfast at this place cost you about $70 for two people. Interesting place to say the least walked in with high hopes. It started off great service was good even when busy but then the food came. Frozen food thats is just heated up and I was instantly met with a horrible stomach ache. The bathroom is clean but could be renovated. I've ordered their breakfast burrito all three times. * 1st time - Amazing. I ordered it with extra serrano peppers and the meat/potato/egg/pepper ratio was absolutely perfect. * 2nd time - Too much potato and the serrano pepper was only on the bottom half of my burrito * 3rd time - Way too much bacon - I couldn't finish it Lots of potential but they need more consistency in the kitchen. The decor is a little drab and I feel if they could improve the 'vibe' of the place, you'll have a lot more ppl eating here more often. My kids always order the french toast and they still love it. Tried Egg Haus for the first time today! Went with a friend for brunch. Talked to the owners. They opened about 6-7 months ago. From the outside the place looks tiny, but inside is much bigger. The tables are clean and well spaced. The service was fantastic. We each ordered something and split everything in half to try it all! Hobo omelette: really tasty, big pieces of meat and veggies with cheese! Not too salty, eggs were done perfectly, not overcooked. Biscuits and gravy: biscuits are made in house and are super moist and delicious. Sausage gravy was thick and hearty. Blueberry pancake: cooked to perfection, not too sweet, big tasty blueberries in the batter! Banana pancake: for me this was the best of all the things we tried! Big chunks of banana in the batter, fluffy, sweet and delicious! Highly recommend this place. Will go back soon to try other dishes, but seems like you can't go wrong here! What a treat! read more
