I expanded the issue. she said she was driving and couldn't take the information. she asked that I text my address and issue. I did that and received a text back saying that some one was on the way and would be here in 15 minutes. He arrived and suggested that the sink be completely "replumbed" and said he he could fix it now for a price of $597. I agreed to have the work done. He left to get parts. When he got back he went to work. When he showed me that it was done. The clog was cleared and there were no leaks. He had used very lightweight parts (much smaller than he replaced) to fix it. The parts he used are listed at Home Depot for less than $20. I had agreed to the price so I paid him. He said my receipt would be emailed. it was not. This was Saturday and the following Monday was Labor Day so I called on Tuesday. when I got the receipt it didn't have any pricing details. It showed the work that was done and the total price. $597 to fix a clogged drain. I asked for a breakdown of parts, labor and how much surcharge for work done on Saturday. I asked if there was extra charge because of holiday weekend. I was told that someone would call me back. No one called. I paid almost $600 to unclog my bathroom drain because I approved the work and the price. I expected better quality parts and an explanation of the charges. I won't use this company again. Very much overpriced and no customer service from the office. UPDATE - September 18: After posting this review, a company representative contacted me. On September 9, he emailed me stating that after discussing the $597 charge with ownership, they agreed the rate was "a little higher than usual" and would issue a $147 credit. I thanked him and again requested a breakdown of the original $597 charge for parts, labor, Saturday service, and any holiday-weekend surcharge. I still have not received that information. Today I received notice that the refund will be $127 instead of the $147 promised in writing, with no explanation for the $20 difference. I appreciate the company responding and offering a partial refund, but I am disappointed that the refund amount differs from what was promised and that I still have not received an explanation of the original charges.

This is the second time I call Texas Premier Plumbing to check a problem in my house…read more I was told by another plumber that the job will cost over $600, but when I called them for a second opinion, They came on-time, did the camera inspection and diagnosis, and discovered that the issue is not in my house, but in the main sewer. I paid a fraction of the price of what the other professional requested, and for the repair, I need no more than calling the City of Houston and ask them to take care of it. I am a happy customer, and I recommend TPP with all my heart.

Beware: Texas Premier Plumbing Did Not Complete the Work They Claimed…read more I hired Texas Premier Plumbing twice to tunnel under my home and replace all cast-iron plumbing. Both times, I was told the work was complete. A few years later, I had another plumbing issue, only to discover that cast-iron pipes are still under my house -- meaning the work I paid for was not fully done. When I tried to address the issue: * Phone calls were ignored. * Emails went unanswered. * When I finally called from a different number and asked to speak to the owner, I was repeatedly given the runaround by the receptionist, probably the wife. Once she realized I was recording the call (for accuracy), she hung up on me. Now, they won't answer at all. This level of dishonesty, unresponsiveness, and avoidance is completely unprofessional. I'm escalating this matter to the Better Business Bureau and considering other options. If you're considering using this company, I strongly recommend you think twice. I trusted them -- and they failed me.

LONG REVIEW , BUT WORTH IT IF YOU WANT IT RIGHT! So I'd…read morenormally rather go back to Afghanistan than deal with my home warranty company and the bottom of the barrel contractors they send to not fix my problems. But, what a fantastic experience with All the Time Plumbing! I will definitely use them every time, from now on. It all starts with the normally dreaded first contact. The man who answered the phone was polite, informative, helpful and easy to understand. He figured out what my issue was and set up a plumber for the next day to replace a part in water heater #1. The plumber showed up on time, was polite, and explained what the issue was and what he'd do to fix it...in plain English. He drove to Conroe to get the part and fixed water heater #1 the next morning (and was on time again). While in my attic, he gave water heater #2 a quick inspection and noticed it was leaking and heavily corroded on the top. Again, his explanation and show-n-tell was in plain English, and he recommended we call my warranty company to get water heater #2 replaced. Again, the same man called me back to make the appointment and cleared some of their schedule to get my job done (turns out the helpful guy on the phone is the business owner). My plumber showed up with a new hot water heater the next morning, and had the owner with him to help get it in faster! They had the job done quickly and showed me the original corroded pipes - no doubt I was teetering on having a water heater come down through the ceiling in the near future. The owner also already had a roofer arranged to come out and reseal the venting on the roof to complete the job - price all wrapped into his original charge. After leaving the owner called me twice to check up on the roofer who hadn't shown up yet. He contacted the roofer directly and told him to get it done. The roofer (different independent contractor) showed up and did the job he was supposed to. Naturally, he found some additional "terrible" problems with my 1st water heater venting that needed fixing. Ok, how much? $165 dollars to pound 2 nails and seal a vent cover. Nope. "Ok, I'll do it for your for $100." Now this is the kind of contractor I'm used to dealing with! Fine, do it. The owner called me back for a third time that day to ask if the roofer had completed his work and if I was happy. I told him I was very happy from beginning to end with their work. He asked about the roofer's work and I said I didn't appreciate the fact that a job cost $165, the 2 seconds later only cost $100. He was very concerned and said that's not the way he did business. After telling me that contractor would have only charged him $50 to do the same job, he said he was going to refund me $50 of the $100 dollars I paid the guy. Seriously? That was a separate contract I entered into with that roofer and not even the owner's direct responsibility and he had enough pride in his business and doing things right that he decided to refund me the overpay. I found my plumbers for life. They did great work and made the problems and solutions easy to understand. As importantly, I now know I can trust them which is a true rarity in this arena. Warning!!! I recommend carefully evaluating this company before hiring them…read more I contacted the company to clear a slow or clogged main drain line on my AC system. Water from the backup was dripping from the attic from the exterior pipe which is the warning sign. Before the technician arrived, my air conditioner was operating normally; the drain line was the only issue I had observed. The technician worked in the attic to flush the AC drain line and said to install a diverter valve. Approximately one hour after he left, the entire AC system stopped operating and would not turn on. I immediately contacted the company and requested that they return. When the company returned, I was told that the circuit board had failed and that I would need either a replacement circuit board or a new furnace. The furnace itself had not been the subject of the requested service; I had only requested that the AC drain line be cleared. I then contacted a second HVAC company to inspect the system. According to that company, wiring connected to the circuit board had been disconnected and the board had been left disabled. They left it that way!!!! The second company's assessment was that the company likely did something by accident and did not want to take accountability. The cause of the failure remains disputed. The original company attributed the problem to a failed circuit board and did not accept responsibility for the system becoming inoperable after its visit. Based on the estimates provided, I was told the repair could cost approximately $1,500 for a circuit-board replacement or approximately $6,500 for a new furnace. I paid $790 to have the slow or clogged drain line cleared. Before the service, the AC was operating; afterward, the system was unusable. Because of the timing and the conflicting explanations, I recommend obtaining a second opinion and confirming exactly what work was performed before authorizing additional repairs. Maybe they are good for tiny repairs but don't let them near any expensive parts. I would never have them install a brand new system!!!! My house is over 90 degrees and even hotter upstairs. With my elderly mother and 3 young kids we had to check in to a hotel for a few days while I find someone the fix or replace the unit. Very disappointing Milton. Thanks for letting a single mom down.
