In honesty, I leave reviews based on the experience I had; not a deal I got or etc. I stayed at the shop to watch a compression/leakdown test done on my 2006 WRX. Edwin was nice and friendly. Service was okay. Nothing crazy to take home. I have a misfire in my engine and they didn't know really where to start in my opinion. I would leave big jobs to the professional's at Forman Performance. Only reason I went here is because I had no other choice as Forman was so extremely booked. Don't expect the best service, but decent. If you like your car, go to a better shop. read more

If you have a Hi performance Porsche, Evo, WRX, FRS ect. EDO Performance is the best place to take it for things like upgrades, tuning and even regular maintenance. It's by far better then the dealership in my experience because EDO's tech's are experts and have a passion for they're work and the cars we drive. EDO was able to replace the transmission in my 2010 EVO for half of what the dealer wanted to charge! And this saved me over 6,000 dollars! My car runs great now and I'm extremely happy, because I know EDO stands behind they're work 100%. The staff their is professional and very courteous, we're not talking a couple of young kids in an industrial complex. These guys are pro's with a pro caliber shop and extensive knowledge of your car. If you don't believe my just talk to Gwen at EDO. He is a walking encyclopedia of car knowledge, these guys are the real deal! They build cars that you've probably read about in the import magazines. Great Tuning. I had a 2002 wrx with sti turbo sti injectors catless up pipe and down pipe and was running a crappy canned tune. I gave it to them and asked for a street tune. They gave me a great price. It ran flawless after the tune. Will definitely bring them anything that needs tuning that they can tune. read more

My 10 year old Toyota Matrix needed some brake and rotor work done, so I contacted EDO Performance for a quote. The price they quoted me was very reasonable, and based on the good yelp reviews I decided to have them perform the service. Turned out I was right; for such a small job, they treated me like a VIP. When my husband and I arrived to the shop, we saw all of the race cars' parts displayed in cases, and it turns out that they specialise in car modification. After checking my car, they told me my rear break pads and rotors were still good, and advised me to change the front only. That saved me 50%! The owner, Edwin, is very friendly, and offered to give us a ride to the nearby restaurant while we were waiting for our car. We didn't want to trouble them, so we just walked to the Thai restaurant nearby, and the food was delicious. I will go back any time my car needs any work. read more

Took My 2009 Hyundai Genesis after having engine shaft issue. Before I visit EDO, I took my car to dealer and they couldn't come up with what exactly went wrong and gave me all this BS about have to run test before anything have to be certain. They tried to charge me $100+ for just running a test on my car, even after I told them what seem to be wrong. However I took my car to EDO after talk with one of my friend who know's EDO and gave it a shot. From start to end, IT WAS AMAZING!!! not to mention the price is right, compare to other who just want to make more penny out of giving me all craps... Came to this shop for some redline gear oil after I emailed them to make sure they have it as many places claim to carry it but very limited selection. They replied to me shortly and I must say it's an awesome shop. They have a full line of top oils. I will be coming here for all my redline products. Super cool JDM/ Euro centered shop, they coded my m235i and I couldnt be happier. They coded a couple of things into my car that other shops didnt say anything about. Worst automotive experience ever! They have terrible customer service, they never called back when they said,i had to call repeatedly, they gave me a loaner car and it broke down on me,left me stranded for two hours. They told me three days to change my clutch and dyno it actually took the 10 days. After I got my car back lghts were coming on in my dash that never were there before, the worst part is they were no the least bit apologetic for any of it, didnt offer a discount or anything to make up for their crappy service. I will never go here again nor would I recomend them to anyone!!! read more

Above and beyond! The guys at EDO are knowledgeable, diligent and friendly. They love what they do and it shows in their work. Went in for an oil change on my e46 m3 and they did not have the filter in stock. They ordered it within same day and got it done. Along with that, they ran a full diagnostic on my car and checked everything out from top to bottom free of charge. On my downtime waiting they were cool enough to tell me all about my car and preventative maintenance not having much knowledge in the car arena.
