I have done some research on my car and have been to several shops before this one to check prices, etc. Don't get me wrong, there are many good shops out there, but so far, this place is my preferred shop for my bmw n54. I have only dealt with Stefan there, so I cannot speak for the shop as a whole, but Stefan was great. He was knowledgeable, candid, responsive and the prices he quoted for my car were reasonable and cheaper than any other shop I've been to. They do everything here, oil change, other routine maintenance, inspections, tires, alignment, repairs, tuning, cosmetics, etc. This will be my one stop shop for all my car needs. I will never go anywhere else, unless of course they start to try to screw me over on prices, repairs, etc. My car runs great and more importantly, I feel like I finally have peace of mind. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICING This has been a total nightmare haunting me months and months after service. Story: I noticed a lack in power of in my Subaru as if I was not getting boost. They determined the turbo was bad and we decided to do a TD05-20g with all supporting mods including fuel and intake piping, they also found a leaky axle and added that to the bill. After installing the turbo kit they could not tune my car. They said there was something wrong with the ECU and it would not boost. I decided to get a second opinion. It turns out they CRACKED my MAF sensor mount and decided to GLUE IT BACK TOGETHER. They intentionally hid this and tried for over week to "solve the problem" scratching their heads on why the vehicle would not boost and the ECU would dump fuel. We resorted with a partial refund and at this point I was content. However many months later I continued to have problems. The fuel pump they installed went bad from a poor install. They cut the bushing and did not trim a plastic piece that would have made everything lock into place properly. The fuel pump went bad and I became very close to blowing my motor which at this point had been a 10k investment. Now I am finding another fuel like from the fuel lines they touched and have to go back and fix that. The axles they worked on are also leaking. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICING. They are salesman NOT mechanics and will upsell you stuff instead of taking care of what your car actually needs. There are lots of documentation on Subaru websites. They may be great at their sales dept, but never take your car here. read more

I originally came here for a cylinder 1 misfire which there expert staff was able to diagnose and repair in a matter of hours. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had from a shop. I later came back when I cracked my block on my 08 Subaru sti. They were able to pull my engine and see the extent of the damage in a much more rapid time than any other shop and they built my engine to exactly how I wanted it. My first impression with EDO....Well I got to say its been a long time since I walked into a place and was treated with such a warm welcome. I was greeted by Edwin who asked if there was something I was interested in, I told him no that I was just looking. The shop has a great display of random racing parts from BMW to Subaru. Also turbos to carbon fiber. They also specialize in auto detailing too!!! After a little of looking I then proceeded to just chat with Edwin about what type of work they specialize in. Found that they are a full aftermarket, tuning, service and go fast type of place. I stated that I had a 13 Boxster and was curious about some upgrades. Edwin then brought out one of his tuners named Stephon. Great guy also and so full of info. He recommended to start with an cat back exhaust then we can go from there. Totally no pressure no commitment type of experience. In the end I purchased the exhaust that was recommended. All I have to say is my car is a beast now. Nothing but smiles!!
