It was chilly, but manageable at first. We ordered apps and drinks -- no problem. But when we tried to switch my mom's entree from shrimp to steak, the manager said it was fine but would take longer. We agreed. Then we waited nearly an hour with no updates, and when the food came, they still brought shrimp. Not to mention, all of our meals came out at once, so the entire table of 6 waited nearly an hour for that one steak. The waiter looked clueless when I mentioned it to him, the manager never came back to our table, and no one acknowledged what happened. We were cold, frustrated, and the whole night felt careless and dismissive. My parents don't go out often, this was meant to be relaxing for them. Instead, it was a mess. Food might be decent, but the service ruined the experience. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I know French onion soups do have bread, but this soup was absolutely FILLED with bread, with little to no onions in sight. And if you think this is a fluke, partner ordered the French onion soup too, and also got the same result: filled with bread. Unfortunately, the second time we went, there was a foul odor where we were seated and flies would not stop bothering us. The only saving grace this establishment has, in my opinion, are good select deals. For example, on Wednesday, I got the boneless wings BOGO which came with a lot of wings. Unfortunately, the wings were ABSOLUTELY drenched in BBQ sauce, making them hard to eat (not to mention us having to swat the flies away every 5 seconds).
