Broken chocolate on the chocolate covered strawberries and the other strawberries were just messy and not organized
Natalia S.

I wish I could give 0 stars.. lol. Very unsatisfied with my order. They SMASHED two orders into on unlabeled white box. I was very disappointed and so confused... I ordered two of the 6ct Box of Cookies Topped With Sliced Strawberries & Chocolate Dipped Strawberries. I ordered two because they were Christmas gifts for two different people. My order was ready on time and I went to pick them up. When I arrived I told the girl my name and waited as she went in back to look for my order. As I waited I looked around at the orders in the fridge for future gift ideas. I saw one order smashed up in a box looking so messy and terrible. I said to myself "Sheesh hope that's not my order!" lol. JOKINGLY... But it couldn't be because I had two orders so they would come in two edible arrangements boxes naturally right? WRONG. To my horror the lady came out and said the messy box was mine. *insert crying emoji* lol. She took it out and through the tiny box window I could see a mess inside. I was so confused. I asked her can she put the orders into two different boxes because they are two separate gifts. She calmly said yes and went in back to fix it. I was hoping she would clean up the mess they made by SMASHING two orders into ONE box. I assumed they would clean up the look when they put it into two boxes. After a couple minutes she came back with my orders, so I tipped the lady and left. It wasn't until I got home and I took a look at my orders and I was sooo disappointed because the messy one I noticed prior was CLEARLY DESTROYED when they originally smashed it on top in the previous box. &Even when she transferred them into a new box she clearly saw it was ruined, (you can't miss it!) and yet the lady made NO EFFORT to fix or clean up the mess they made with their carelessness. I will not be recommending this place to anyone and I don't see myself making another Edible Arrangements purchase in the future because of this. For the money you pay for the Edible Arrangements you would think they could handle the arrangements with a lot more love and CARE but sadly no they do not.... I read all the bad reviews prior to my purchase thinking it was fluke but unfortunately they are accurate. Please choose wisely when considering to purchasing from this location. I will include the photos of what it is supposed to look like versus what I received.

I ordered thru online at 2:30pm and pick up was 4:30pm. I opted to choose the small one since it's only my friend who recently gave birth and husband will eat this. However when I picked it up, I was surprised how big it is and well compact with fruits. Con in the shop No one was in-front, I had to ring the bell twice (maybe they were busy) Staff was okay. Otherwise the complimentary note was followed. Im satisfied. And they do send confirmation that order has been placed and when it's ready to pick-up.

Dead flowers

Horrible customer service definitely would not recommend orders flowers for 65th birthday party and they were dead call to speak with somebody about the issues left my phone number never received a call back. Definitely save your money

Place is trash. Ordered 3 packages for Mother's Day for my staff and they only delivered 1 and it seem like it's been sitting in the car all day. Chocolate melted. Called and it's been 30 mins still waiting for a manager to call me back. On hold with their main line and still nothing

Inside

This was the sign up to the rewards program bonus - your choice between a cheesecake or chocolate covered fruit slices. It was an apple, strawberry, and banana. They also have samples of things like a Twix cheesecake whaaaaaaat Those fruit slices were delish!

Perfect blend between the matcha and the chocolate flavors. You also can break the amount of chocolate that you want and it could even be as small as a sample size too. I believe the cost is by how much it weighs and the type of chocolate? I ended up getting the smaller pieces of the matcha chocolate and the hazelnut chocolate. It came out to be $11.47 for both the chocolates and I have attached a pic to show you. They nicely package it. I def recommend trying this place. The workers here are also very nice! I really appreciated how generous they were with samples, you can explore different flavors before deciding what to buy. I tried the hazelnut chocolate and loved it. They also had a wide variety to choose from, like Dubai chocolate, truffle milk, truffle caramel, and some nicely packaged gift sets with mixed flavors. Everything looked beautiful and tasted just as good. The quality really just... the best, and you can tell it's premium chocolate. You honestly can't go wrong here, whether to buy for yourself or choosing gift (and chocolate makes the best gifts). It's definitely a spot I'd come back to when I want to buy gifts for my family!

I ordered an apple croissant, banana chocolate croissant, kouign-amann, baguette sandwich, and an iced mocha. It took a while for my breakfast to arrive. The iced mocha was warm because the ice had melted, but it was easy enough to fix with ice from my freezer. I'm pretty sure it had no coffee in it, just oat milk and hazelnut dark chocolate, which was perfect in my book. I drank it fast. It was my first time trying a kouign-amann, and I'm still not sure what all the fuss is about. After a couple of bites I moved on to the apple croissant, which had almond cream and a cinnamon apple compote in it. It was delicious, and I loved that it wasn't overly sweet. Next was the banana chocolate croissant. I was disappointed when I cut it in half and saw how little chocolate there was inside of it, but once I tasted it I realized it was just right. The bananas and almond cream were very, very sweet. It was scrumptious with powdered sugar and sliced almonds on top. Later in the day I tried the baguette sandwich, which had Brie, sliced apples, jambon, arugula, mustard, and garlic aioli on it. It was good at first, but then I had to remove the Brie because it overwhelmed the rest of the sandwich. The apple tasted great, but I pretty much love anything with apples on it. All in all it was an interesting breakfast and I'd gladly return to try more of their sandwiches and desserts.

As such, I hauled @$$ down here a few days back to buy a few candies and a box of See's chocolate "lollypops." This particular location had been right here for a good approx. 30 years. I remember going to it a number of times as a kid. So, hence, I had to make one last stop, if nothing else, for nostalgia's sake. On my visit, unsurprisingly, there was a long line of people who were A) getting gifts for Mother's Day, and B) buying one last item(s) from this store before their permanent closure. Overheard an employee say to another customer that the employees at this store were offered to work at other See's locations, so it's nice to know that they at least weren't laid off instead. So far, the individual chocolates I bought have been, predictably, delicious. Like in my previous review, regardless of location, you can't go wrong with See's confectionery. They're a Bay Area staple. You're gonna like the way they taste. I guarantee it. I'll miss this particular location though. But who knows? Maybe Warren Buffet will intervene and find a way to get them to stay. (Wishful thinking.) 4 stars

Cant wait until they have actual brick and mortar outlets.. A bag of roasted beans from the factory is something people usually have to shell crush and sugar to make it palatable. After feasting in Coyoacan Market, we were walking around the little park (artist market) right across the street and ran into this small chocolate shop: 'ki XOCOLATL. The quality of chocolate blew me away. (this coming from someone that fly's to Belgium and Paris once a year (mostly to bring back chocolate truffles). They have your delicious traditional dark & milk bars and truffles, but they also do some REALLY interesting flavors with Mexican touches such as spices and chile, which I normally would not go for. However, given a free sample I tasted it and was totally surprised. I would say this is a MUST if you find your self in this area. But MOST importantly, you must try the HOT CHOCOLATE (traditional) which is a blend only made there. It is not the THICK consistency of French hot chocolate nor is it the watered down version we get in the US. It is something in between. They take there chocolate and add their own spices there at that shop - so take a seat, and enjoy it there. Note: DO NOT go to the location it Colima - this location is tiny, and only sells the chocolate bars, they do not sell the truffles or the proprietary hot chocolate blend there.... it seems to be a tiny independent shop that only sells the chocolate bars. I also bought the powders chocolate to try to replicate it back home. and brought back a jar of their own mole chocolate so I can try make chicken mole back home with it.
