Jose, the kind employee behind the counter, offered me a sample of chocolate of my choice. I decided to try a piece of the FrischSchoggi Dubai Milk Chocolate. It was delicious. I loved the crunch of the kataifi threads and the pistachio filling. I decided to buy a piece of the FrischSchoggi Dubai Milk Chocolate. I also decided to buy a few pieces of the mini mousses. I picked the orange chocolate for myself and the hazelnut for my husband. Jose boxed both mini mousses in a cute little box. I really appreciate the customer service I received from Jose. He took his time with me and answered several questions I had about the mini mousse chocolates. We tried our chocolates after dinner and they were so good. I would definitely buy the mini mousses again as well as the FrischSchoggi Dubai Milk Chocolate.

Every flavor we sampled was incredibly tasty! We ordered a small sized cup of Mixed Berries & a regular sized cup of Coffee Temptation & Chocoviar. The staffer who scooped our order meticulously shaped our gelato into generously portioned mounds & wiped the cup sides clean. They also came with a perfectly tempered dark chocolate piece placed in the top! She didn't rush providing quality though there was a small line. The gelatos were absolutely delicious, so deep & rich in flavor, & wonderfully creamy. We loved our treats! It's a memorable gelato experience because it's so amazingly good!

They only allow you a grand total of four samples, but trying them made me understand why this place was expensive as it was. The lemon ice cream was the most sour, lemon-tasting lemon ice cream that I've ever had, and the dark chocolate ice cream had a rich, chocolate-y flavor that wasn't too sweet. The memories I had of the other two that I tried are slowly escaping my brain as I write this, but I was pleasantly surprised with them both as well. There were two servers and one of them was much, much nicer than the other (unfortunately I got the less nice one) but both made sure that you got your money's worth by making the cup as full (and also round) as possible. Overall, an interesting experience. I am far too poor to return again, but I wouldn't mind coming back if I got the chance (and maybe if someone else paid).

I was awoken at 3AM by a phone call from him; he was curled up on the toilet in pain from acute gastroenteritis. He was there for over an hour. I ran to the front desk for Imodium, but they didn't have any, so I had Imodium and electrolytes delivered via DoorDash. I even considered calling 911. We didn't sleep at all that night, as his stomach didn't settle until 6AM. Fortunately, I was okay. The front desk staff kindly granted us a late checkout because of our situation. Later, I researched what could cause such an upset stomach and found that high amounts of vinegar from pickled veggies can irritate the intestinal lining and cause acute gastroenteritis. However, it was really difficult to communicate with her as she doesn't always respond to emails in a timely matter. At times, I would have to double email her just to receive a response. During our ordering process via email, my dog had to have an emergency surgery and I missed the 48 hour period to pay and confirm my order. I explained the situation to her and she wasn't exactly the most understanding and told me she could only complete half of my order. Also, she holds a $25 fee, which can be refunded if you return the tower after usage but getting the fee back can take weeks. I returned my tower 2 weeks ago and emailed her upon doing so and am still waiting for my refund. The macaron tower I ordered was cute but given how stressful the ordering process was, I'm not sure I'd return or recommend her to friends.
