There were 9 in here before I demolished half in 5 minutes.

This baklava is sooooo good. I got a box at the SJ Made Friend Fest after trying a sample. I wasn't trying to get many sweets but I couldn't help myself. I love sweets with complex flavors that make you stop thinking about everything else so you can focus on the flavor cacophony. These are fusions, so they have extra flavors you don't normally find in standard baklava. Also I'm a sugar freak so I usually love when they're soaked in honey, but these are actually really well balanced and I unexpectedly like that they are lighter with the honey. Perfectly sweet while giving the other flavors time to shine, and allowing for that delicate paper thin crunch. This box has a few different varieties. My favorites so far are the mango and the hazelnut. The mango has such a surprising sweet and tartness that blends in so well, and the hazelnut had such a deep richness that paired well with the already light flavors of the baklava. But even the more standard flavors are delicious and worth a try. Each one made me stop and close my eyes so I could savor it. I usually don't write reviews, but this place deserves more recognition. I live out of town but I'm definitely going to find a way to buy some again when I get the chance. The price was reasonable. And the two people who sold to me seemed like a very kind and sweet couple, very genuine. If you're in the area or curious about some unique sweets give them a try!

Baklava was light, crispy, not overly drenched in the syrup, and decorated well -- a perfect bite.

Although my go-to is the honey matcha latte, you can honestly just throw a dart and be pleasantly surprised each time (I've done this about 5 times already). This time, I got the yuzu matcha tea. SUPER REFRESHING! Tart, citrusy and with the earthy matcha, the drink was a great pick me up. I recommend getting this if you can't have whole milk and wanna try something new! My partner got the soft serve and the flavor of the matcha cuts through very well- you won't be disappointed if you're a matcha lover. The line is long, but our orders always come out fairly quickly (around 10 minutes) after we order. I think it's long because others are debating what to pick at the kiosk. But alas, good luck finding parking! My partner and I always have to park on the street side of the plaza and walk over because we can never get a spot.

The store looked kind of dead and did not have a lot of tables + seatings except the long bench. There's plenty of parking spaces since it's in a plaza. We got 2 of the creme brulee matcha swirl due to the hype of this drink. The cream was extremely thick and just for my preference, it was too much. The matcha was not as strong to balance the sweetness and decadency of the cream. We ended up letting it melt a bit so we can drink the matcha without having to eat chunks of the cream. If you like your matcha thick, then I recommend this drink! It was just not up my alley unfortunately.

Each ingredient tasted fresh and added a different texture. I would definitely get the Ha Noi Mist again. I ordered online and I was grateful to see the pricing was the same. Pick up was super easy. I opted for ice on the side because I wasn't having my che until later, but unfortunately the ice froze into one big chunk in my freezer so I might just have them put the ice in the drink next time. I think price might be the only sticking point. The che is about 50% more expensive than Bambu or other Vietnamese dessert spots. I can absolutely see why their products are more expensive and totally think the quality of their dessert drinks surpass Bambu or similar dessert cafes. At the same time I have to acknowledge that I can order a che ba mau at another dessert spot and have my craving satisfied for less money. For me, this makes Co Ba a special treat that I wouldn't be able to have all the time.

The waffles and the coconut sauce is literally a match made in heaven. I seriously regret not paying extra to get another small cup of coconut sauce, cause it runs out really quickly. I also got the Ha noi mist, as it was the first drink in their "specialties" tab. It was $10.50 which is like hecka pricey?? But cmon, gotta give it a try, right!! It was a coconut milk with pandan jelly, red pearls, coconut meat, purple yam, and mung bean. Their toppings are all hand made! With all the toppings together with coconut milk accompanied by the crunchy ice, this drink was really yummy. It comes with a long spoon so you can scoop around and change each bite. But if you were to ask me if it were worth the price, I would be really skeptical. Co Ba has a really warm interior and soft music playing the the background, making it a good place to study or work. Co Ba, you'll see me again for your pandan waffles!!!

I wished it had more toppings or something inside that was sweeter, but mostly it just tasted like chalky cocoa powder. Not very sweet and not in a good way. I usually wouldn't get this flavor and would get fruit so maybe that makes the difference. Was it the worst? No. The shave ice part was delicate and the portion was what you would expect. But I wouldn't attempt any chocolate ones again if I did come back here. It's lacking something. As for the inside, it's a spacious place with plenty of seating which is nice, although the music feels a little loud. The service is pretty straight forward here as you can order from a kiosk or up front, and there are screens that show which order number is finished around the restaurant. The bathroom was clean. Overall, wouldn't say it's bad but I'm not sure if I can recommend.

Bingsoo is popular nowadays, but I don't see many around Campbell, so this was a nice surprise to find on Yelp. The parking is ample and shared in a plaza with apartments and other businesses. Even though it was cold outside, the store was full. Almost every table inside was taken. The space itself was decently clean, although a bit cramped because of how crowded it was. Our group ended up sitting outside since a lot of the larger tables indoors were occupied by only one or two people. You can grab your own chairs by the bathroom if you have a big group. I liked that menu was extensive. Besides shaved ice, they also had boba, tea, ice cream, and taiyaki. We waited maybe around 10 minutes for our order. We checked out a couple of games available near the front for customers to borrow. We shared one large mango cheesecake shaved ice and one medium Biscoff shaved ice. Mango cheesecake - This was AMAZING. My first bite tasted like heaven. The flavors worked together so well and the cheesecake wasn't overly sweet. The mangoes were ripe and sweet. Biscoff shaved ice - I enjoy Biscoff in general, but this didn't compare to the mango cheesecake at all. It was too sweet and more icey/watery. Chamomile tea drink -This paired nicely with the cold desserts. It was warm and refreshing at the same time. I almost never order nor see chamomile tea on menus so this was cool. One note: there was a water station available, but the cups were SO small. Maybe 2-3 gulps of water per cup. I wish they were bigger. Overall, I enjoyed coming here for dessert after our big dinne I think this is a nice addition to the Campbell.

It is clear they prioritize quality in their preparation, but unfortunately, the drinks themselves did not quite deliver for me. I tried the Banana Matcha and the Pandan Matcha to get a feel for their specialty options. The Banana Matcha tasted a bit watered down and lacked that rich, earthy matcha taste I look for. The Pandan Matcha was a bit more balanced in terms of flavor, but the overall texture of both drinks felt a bit off. While I appreciate the craftsmanship and the visual appeal of the drinks, the flavor profile just was not quite there this time.
