Risotto

Wow! The food was Incredible! We enjoyed our meal so much. Best meal we have had in Savannah as locals. The staff were amazing too! We can't wait to go back!

Market fish. Golden tile

We had a wonderful dinner with our bartender Sarah. It was our second visit tonight with their new menu. Everything was delicious! We started with the crab dip and had the fish special which was golden tile. You will not be disappointed at this restaurant.

I'm in a state of bliss with everything thing I see. Comfy and charming seating and decor. Sweet artwork. THE VIEW OF THE HARBOR ! The paddle boat and tug boats. So delightful. I ordered Thai tea and sushi roll ( eel and shrimp tempura. Absolutely pretty dragon shape. delicious and fresh!! Splendid! I enjoyed my time in this city. A great memory here. Thanks to all the people who made this possible!!! May our paths cross again.

What a beautiful picturesque place to have some bites and cocktails!…read more I was welcomed into this moody, velvety spot with a sweeping view of the river. Beautiful glass, marble, deep colors of navy, mauve, and gold. Service was wonderful, felt welcomed immediately. For my appetizer, I had the crab cake with homemade tartar sauce, which was a light, bright way to start the evening. For my entree, I had the filet mignon. The server will tell you, the menu says tapas, but the servings are larger than that. Meat portions are generous at 6 oz. My only complaint is that I ordered my steak medium and got closer to well done. At least the steak was still moist and not dried out, but I would be hesitant to do the steak again. The spinach risotto I had with it was creamy and cheesy, however, so that was nice. Other options for food include burrata, a charcuterie board, grilled shrimp, sea bass, salmon, scallops. The cocktails are the real star here. They fall under the categories "strong and adventurous," light fare," and "signature." Non-alcoholic cocktails are also available. I started with the medusa 1597, under "strong and adventurous." Made with Old Tom Gin, extra dry vermouth, truffle, grapefruit, and amaro, it was extremely strong. A bold, slow sipper I would have done better to have later in the evening, but I still appreciate the complexity of it. I also had the Bella primavera, a lighter cocktail under the signature section. Made with pisco, blanc vermouth, French herbal liqueur, watermelon, and basil leaf. A smoother, brighter, faster sip than the Medusa. And I also had the blood orange martini, made with French vodka, blood orange, lime, and cranberry. A little sweet, but not cloying, and again, would have been a better starter as opposed to a closer. I think when I return, I will ask the bartender to make me off the menu drinks. This place seems creative enough that the outcome would be fantastic. I loved this place. The vibe, the view, the service, the offerings. Can't wait to see what more they have in store.

These are a must try if you like wings. Chicken and pancake tacos were delicious. Pancakes had a touch of sweetness. Fried chicken inside with a spicy mayo. Topped with a strawberry salsa that worked well. 3 of these were very filling. Fun and very good. Son had the double wide footlong. Topped with sloppy Joe. After that the 2 sides were different. One had fried banana peppers. The other side more classic with toppings. Son said it was really good. Others had the ahi tuna salad. Tuna was perfectly rare. Salad was good and the wasabi dressing had great flavor without being too spicy. Service was quick even though jam packed. Also very friendly.

The whole place is designed to feel like the inside of a trailer--spray-painted antique chandeliers, old pictures of different trailer parks, and random little details everywhere. It's kitschy, but very intentional, and honestly pretty cool. We came in late after a 4h drive into town after work, and the staff was still super friendly and accommodating. No "we're about to close" energy, which I appreciated. We started with the creamy collard dip, which is basically their take on spinach-artichoke dip, but with collards. Really good. I do think the chips were a little too heavy for the dip--a thinner chip would've been perfect--but that's a small note. The chicken pancake tacos were probably my favorite. The chicken was fried perfectly and still really moist. And at this point, I'm convinced Savannah just knows how to cook chicken. Everywhere we went, the chicken was consistently good. My partner got the grilled apple pie sandwich, which has fried chicken, grilled apples and bacon. He's not even a big pork person, but that bacon was so crispy and the whole combination just worked. Even the waffle fries were good--crispy, fresh and actually seasoned. We had the Grateful Dead and Wicked Kiwi cocktails, plus a couple of shots, and the drinks were strong, good and reasonably priced. Honestly, I don't have a ton of notes here. It's not trying to be some elevated dining experience. It's just a really good late-night spot with good food, strong drinks, friendly service and a fun atmosphere. We sat inside because Savannah in August was not about to have us sitting on anybody's patio. Definitely recommend, especially if you're looking for somewhere to eat late. It was a vibe, the food was good, and it did exactly what it needed to do.

The bartender working was a total 10/10 super observant, personable, and top-tier at what he does. I ordered the half club sandwich and immediately regretted not getting the full size. I didn't realize it would come out warm, and I loved every single bite. If you're hungry late at night, this is definitely the place to go for awesome food and drinks. If you love chunky mashed potatoes dyed bright yellow with pure yellow mustard and a strong onion…read moreflavor (tho not as blasting to the face as the yellow mustard flavor), then I recommend the 'potato salad'. I'm a mustard lover and use onions in almost everything that I cook at home, but when it came to this sad excuse for potato salad that was over-boiled potatoes sauced up to the max with straight French's, I resided to try to make do with my to-go order back at home by dipping my chips & sandwich in the little that I could stand of this overpowering & overpriced mess. Other than that, thanks I guess for all the extra lunch meat? I'll make another few sandwiches this upcoming week with all these extras that I pulled off & put away before taking a bite. I had been curious for a few years about this somehow popular, limited-menu place, so I decided to splurge & try it. Live & learn, right?! Also maybe don't call women "bud"?
