This used to be my go to nail salon. Leeva does wonderful/amazing nail designs. This place is a rip off, one time I broke three nails and was charged for a new set of acrylic nails. Top coat chips very quickly. read more

Eden is the best nail salon in the area. Every single one of them is so nice and the place is also nice and clean. While it can be a little bit more expensive, it's worth it. I always go to Leeva and my nails look incredible every single time! I've shown her pictures of what I want and it's always exactly what I wanted, if not better than the picture. She only takes appointments though so make sure you call ahead. She really is the best and is the most personable nail tech I've ever had. She even let me come in when they were closing and kept the salon open for me when I was going out of town on short notice! She's the best and this place is the best! read more

had a pedicure, manicure, and eye brows done here, on Tuesday. they were gel. the paint is already chipping. they change $20 extra for gel for each, so $40 total. Was already to expensive, but since my nails are already chipping, I feel it is a rip off. Gel should last more than 4 day. read more

I have been going to Eden Nails for 5 years now and I am normally happy when I leave but not today. My two big toenails look ridiculous. They are completely different in size and shape and I am either going to have to fix them myself or go elsewhere to get them fixed. I pointed this out to an employee and was told that it was due to the shape of my nail beds. BS! I am 40 years old and have been getting pedicures for at least half of those years and have never left with my toes looking like this. Instead of offering a comp or discount to a long time customer, they still charged me full price. I really like the girls who work there, but I may have to listen to my husband and find a new spot. read more

No matter who I see for a spa pedicure, I always get the best and friendliest service. Very careful and accommodating. Leeva has been wonderful every time I get a manicure or a full set/fill. Highly recommend this salon !! read more

I want to give 10 stars to my nail tech!!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my shallac mani and pedi! I went here with my daughter and got the most PERFECT mani, pedi ever! Unfortunately the person who serviced me was only there to help out and is not a regular technician. Boo Hoo! My daughter's technician was not very experienced and did not know how to do a shallac manicure. I was not upset with this because my initial appointment was for just regular mani, pedi. They accommodated with another tech who finished my daughter's shallac. It was an "OK" job. You can see the brush strokes and some residual of gel polish on her skin, but was acceptable. (I would like to give her 3 stars.) Her pedi performed by the original and the less experienced tech (but very friendly) was a bit botched. Even my 10 year old daughter pointed out the poor polish job on her toe nails. But she loved the flowers painted on her big toe. (I would give her 2 stars and will not return to her.) Overall experience at Eden Nails were a good one. Everyone is very friendly and I didn't feel rushed. (I did go on a Tuesday at 5pm...) I made another appointment for shallac mani and pedi for my daughter and myself in a few weeks after we come back from our vaycay. (This is when they told me that my tech was not one of the regular employee there. I was so disappointed but felt bad changing my mind and not continuing to book the appointment so I thought I'd try another tech. Benefit of the doubt) I will follow up with another review after my next appointment. I really hope that I can bump that review to a full 5 stars. I want to love this place. read more

I chosed this salon because of all the great reviews but was really disappointed. My heels were scrubbed so hard it was bleeding when I finished to dry. The only reason I didn't complain was because I was with my daughter who hates it when I do for poor service. My heel still hurts now, I did not need this especially this week. Also their prices are higher than local salons but they make it appear they are giving you a cheaper price because the sign outside says 10% off. So the price they quote is the already discounted price, which is the average price, if the sign is posted outside. I hate to have given then 1 star because the ladies were friendly. But I felt they did a rushed job. The instruments did come in sterile bags, however the buffer thing was all chalky and not new looking. And the lady was filing my nails with an old used file. read more

I went here spontaneously for a pedicure, not expecting much I was pleasantly surprised. They are very clean, thorough, nice and reasonably priced. I walked in and didn't have to wait and only paid $25 for a pedicure, I highly recommend Eden Nails! read more

Kelly is my go to girl! She's extremely skilled, detail oriented and she takes her time to ensure your nails are done right theres no cutting corners when it comes to her work and that's why I keep coming back. read more

I visited Eden Nails in the middle of the day on a Friday with my mother-in-law and did not have to wait for a pedicure which was nice! The staff was very friendly, everything was very clean and the services are reasonably priced. I will definitely be back! read more

After being fairly new to this area and succumbing to the daunting task of finding yet, another nail place, I found this one had decent reviews. I went, I tried it out and here we go. A very lovely girl named Jacie (I beleive) did a fantastic job of waxing my eyebrows. The pedicure, however, was just, meh. I got a spa pedi and there was really nothing spectacular about it beyond a regular pedicure. A few scoops of salts and some clay with hot towels and that was it. The message at the end was not that great. Put some muscle and oomph in it...nada! I never once got offered a beverage or water. The chairs were dated and I saw some splitting in the leather. Another thing that, for me personally, puts a ding in my reviewing of pedi places is if they start speaking across the salon with each other in their language. I don't like that. It did appear clean but when I had my eyebrows waxed, the paper that covers the table was not changed...it had obviously been used before judging by the eyebrow hair that I saw on it..ICK. This salon did not do it for me, personally. read more

I'm going to try to make this short and sweet...the salon owner is very nice but evidently doesn't care about customer loyalty. I recently got a full set and ended up going back due to an issue I had with the nail polish fading and instead of her trying to correct the issue she blamed it on the type of nail polish I picked (the regular nail polish) She suggested that I get gel nail polish next time. She stated that it cost more but it last longer.... This is not the first time that I've got my nails done but it is the first time where my nail polish started fading after couple days of getting them done. I didn't appreciate how she handled the issue.. The problem was caused by her not painting my nails very well, usually they do a couple coats of polish but this lady did one coat.. It really could have been a simple fix.. I have no problem going to a different place and even paying more if I'm going to get good customer service and In this cause she let me walk out unhappy and didn't do anything to fix the issue. read more

I walked in and found place dirty. Staff eating chips and crumbs on the floor. Customer service was not friendly at all.. There was no smile or much eye contact. I took my yound daughter for her first manicure and it was not a good experience at all. Place look old and untidy. Paid $41 for the mani/pedi. Wouldn't go there again. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. I got my nails done 4 days ago and have had to go back every single day since then. My jewells came off, and 4 of my nails chipped ( WITH GEL mind you) good job on pedicure, even though they charged me $98 dollars. Will be going back tomorrow to get nails taken off and refund. they all have horrible attitudes as well. read more

After living in NYC for 10 years, do you know how hard it is to find a decent mani/pedi in Gainesville, VA? I have lived here for 4 years and tried them all.... I recently went to Nancy for a mani/pedi based on my neighbors glowing recommendations of Leeva (who wasn't working that day) and Nancy was awesome! Best color app I have had since leaving NYC! If you are looking for a fancy smancy spa experience it is gonna cost you and I wouldn't go local. I would seek elsewhere. However, if you want a great efficient mani/pedi that leaves your fingers and toes with polish that will last for more than a week. GO HERE! Personally I would call ahead and ask for either Nancy or Leeva... I think they are the best. Ah the days of $19.99 mani/pedis from NYC are long gone. But my mortgage is less than my rent in NYC so that is a plus!! read more

This is my pedicure spot from now on. The massage is worth is alone! But they took great care of my feet!!! Cleaned up my toenails better than anywhere I've been. Highly recommended read more

this is my new nail place after a long search. everyone is very friendly and you can tell they get to know and appreciate their customers, as they all come in getting greeted as if they're friends. leeva is amazing and has been the only tech i've had (i've been to 4 different nail shops because they were unable to do my nails the way i wanted), who can give me the perfection i desire. yes i'm picky, but i also pay a lot every two weeks and she delivers every time. i will recommend this shop to everyone i can. read more

It's taken me a while to find a nail salon in my area that I would consider being a repeat customer. I have now been to Eden Nails several times and I am very pleased with the quality of work and the pleasant atmosphere. The salon is not fancy, but it is clean, which is so important. Leeva is the shop owner and she pays attention to detail when she is doing your nails. I have never felt rushed, even when her next client is waiting. read more

This is the best salon ever! Kelly is awesome!! I get mani, pedi, and waxing, and she does a beautiful job. I am so happy with this shop....and I have tried all of the shops around here.....this one is not fancy, but Kelly's work more than makes up for it!!! read more

Clean and very friendly. Cici was awesome and was very detailed. I would recommend this nail salon to friends and family. And will def be back again. :-) read more

Eden is my go-to salon. They do a superior job and my gel manicure actually last 2 weeks or more as they are suppose to. The place is always clean and they sterilize all the equipment. I personally feel like they could upgrade their pedicure chairs but overall the quality of service outweighs that. I also go here for my bikini wax--not a fun experience no matter what but they always do a great job and i have never had any issues with the services i've gotten there. also, the one time i did have a gel mani chip the day after it was done they were quick and friendly to re-do free of charge. they provide great customer service and you can tell they have developed great relationships with their frequent customers. read more

I have came in to get a fill and eye brow wax. One of the ladies who sits on the left side as you come in (kind of young) had the worst attitude. I never in my life had an experience with bad customer service at a nail salon. She didn't speak had a problem with everything I asked and screwed my eyebrow up and didn't want to fix it. At that time I just wanted to dry my nails and get out. I am going back today to see if they can fix it, because clearly she messed up.................... another thing I don't like to be rushed! I definitely will not be going back there! I'll stick to Bella nails. read more

I was serviced at this salon on 9/9/2011. This salon was referred to me by someone in the area and since my wedding rehearsal/wedding was nearby I decided to make an appointment for all of my bridesmaids and myself to get pedicures and manicures. Everyone was so nice and even offered us a drink. I had my wedding rehearsal to be at that evening, so when I made the appointment I made sure all of us would be done in time. They took us back one by one...which wasted a lot of time. I was shocked that when only half of us had been serviced, they took a lady who walked in. I don't even think they charged me correctly. With only 30 minutes to get to my hotel to get ready for my wedding rehearsal, I opted not to try and figure out the charges. Maybe they had a staffing problem that day, but they knew we were all coming. We would have come way earlier had we known it was going to take longer than stated. I would probably come back in the future if I am ever in the area because they were nice and did a good job, but we had to rush them in the end to get everyone out the door. read more
