Great location. Water available on first floor for dispensing as needed (highly needed in the summer sweltering heat). Room was clean and noise was surprisingly non-existent given the fact that the pool is open til late. We had swing chairs and rocking chairs outside of our room, which were comfy and nice for chatting. I thought the welcome beverages were a nice touch and highly appreciate that they don't charge for parking (unlike most other hotels). AC is the old kind so we had to put it on 60 something in order for it to feel like 70 something, but not a huge deal. Highly recommend Azur (the restaurant attached) for dinner.

We stayed here for four days and had a great experience. I would give it five stars except for a couple things. PROS The property is very charming. I'm glad we stayed here over a chain hotel. They did a wonderful job of designing the outside area with a pool, waterfalls, tiki bar, hammocks, and decor. We enjoyed spending every afternoon outside by the pool, and morning coffee on the deck outside our room. The room was small, but expected. Everything was clean, including the towels and sheets. AC worked well. Housekeeping was very quick everyday. Staff was friendly. There was fresh coffee and lemonade in the lobby everyday. There was also a small gift shop and free postcards of the hotel. I'm glad we stayed in this location, and not closer to the touristy area of Mallory Square. It was a quick walk to Duval St or the Old Town Harbor, but it was in a quiet neighbor. They also had quiet hours, which we appreciated. We did not have a car, so I cannot comment on the parking. CONS The bed seemed old. It was not firm and every time my husband rolled over, I felt the mattress shake. Our biggest issue was that the website said "complements gym passes." We choose to stay at hotels with gyms. When we requested the gym passes (gym was a 0.3 mile walk from hotel), we were told they were discounted day passes for $20 each person per day! We told the hotel how this was misleading. They gave us ONE day of free passes out of the four we were there. We were not happy about this, We would stay there again if we do go back, and just make different workout plans.

We stayed two nights at this funky spot. Parking was easy and off the street. Check in was personable and easy- seems they still do most of the paperwork by hand. They gave us room keys on bottle openers as the key chain- with our choice of a can of beer or soda. Our room was off the pool area with a little porch which worried me some about the potential for late night noise but that didn't happen. The rooms are smallish but clean and well maintained. We had a great stay!

This is near the iguana habitat, and it's not the actual iguana lol

All these places are pretty costly so it's nice to visit one that is ready to step up should there be a problem. Upon arrival we found a problem and fixed it. The owner took it seriously and worked to redeem herself immediately. We had a really tight itinerary this stay, so we only needed the space to sleep and nothing more. The longer we stayed the more awesome the place became. It's older clientele was down to party and respectful at night. The happy hour can't be touched. The water temp in the clean pool and hot tub was perfect and close to an ice machine. Really liked the cold water, coffee, and tea station! We will be back, see ya in October!

This place is very well located (5 blocks off the main drag Duval Street), has a lovely pool and patio area, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Right across the street is a stop for the Duval Loop Shuttle that goes around the Old Town area. But... We booked Eden House for 6 nights. For $360 a night one would expect some normal room amenities like a bathroom, a closet or armoire, maybe a chest of drawers, a bedside lamp. My room was completely devoid of any of these amenities, although it did have a mini-fridge and a microwave. There was a sink in the middle of the room, a toilet in a separate little room and a shower stall; the walls were bare. It was impossible to unpack as there was no place to put anything. No bedside lamp (one was eventually found by the second day). And the foot of the bed was about 15 inches from the wall so one had to scoot sideways to get around it. In Europe this would be a 1-star hotel room costing $60/night. There was absolutely no resemblance to the pictures on the website. One of my friends rooms was similar, my other friend had a larger room with a bathroom and a rack with hangers for clothes. We all paid the same price for the rooms. And so, I would caution folks to find out exactly what their room would be like - I was in room 109 and my friend was in the similar 107. I would stay there again but not in these rooms.

Night view from gazebo with porch swign.

Loved our stay at Eden House. Night view from gazebo with porch swign, hammocks, fun tiki bar staff, easy to rent bikes, and overall relaxing vibe make this an easy choice to return to! Location was central to everything yet quaint and quiet. Room was snug, but clean and made nicer with our own little porch. Staff were pleasant and available if needed.

We had a great couple days exploring Key West. We chose to stay at Eden House based on Yelp reviews. It's pricy, we stayed in their "studio" and it was very disappointing. We reported the toilet was not working on the first night. It was not corrected so if you are staying in room 403, you will need to use the trash can to collect water and flush the toilet. The lights in the bathroom are extremely dim and difficult if you are doing your make up. We pulled the lamp shade off and added another lamp (w/o shade) from the other room to make the room bright enough. Be wary of sitting on the swing that is elevated on top of the pool pump. It was disgusting (see pic) really needed a cleaning or needs to be replaced. Be careful of the bar stools (see pic) they are very loose and unsafe to sit on. If you like water pressure for your kitchen sink, room 403, is not good for you! Once you discover the mattress on the queen bed is uncomfortable, you can use the air mattress under the pull out couch. I was in the Marine Corp for 9 years and had better sleep on cots in Desert Storm and on the back of C-130s aircraft. We spent about $1100 for two nights and other than the location, which is nice, this isn't a great place to stay. Bring your smallest vehicle, we brought our Toyota Rav 4 and I would hate to think I was parking anything larger. What worked for us was parking our car for the entire stay and renting a scooter. This could be a very nice place to stay if it were professionally maintained.

We absolutely loved the location of Casa 325 but I think we loved the fact Casa 325 had a pool even more so! Between lounging in the pool for hours (I fell asleep!) and the air conditioning, we survived Florida at the end of July - oh the humidity! Our room was super cute, spacious, and clean. We had two twin beds which was perfect for our needs. There was also a small refrigerator although I'm not sure about a hair dryer. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quite charming overall. Reasonably priced - access the best rates on hotels.com or Expedia. While I would have loved to give the coveted fifth star to Casa 325, I could not because we had some initial difficulty with the parking situation at Casa 325. Despite there being a parking lot in the back (although small), we were directed to park at a lot a couple blocks away from the hotel. With that being said, we had to pay $20 for overnight parking and I don't believe it was in and out parking but I might be wrong on that. Either way, it was frustrating to have to park a couple blocks away with all of our belongings. And, having been on the road for over three weeks, our stuff was no where near organized to be able to easily pull it out of the car and drag it to the hotel. Oh well, we survived.
