Beautiful property with fantastic tropical garden landscaping. We enjoyed stopping here on our meandering walks around town and admiring the classic style and elegance of the property.

Very cool place we went here on bar tour. They have a Hemingway daiquiri very good special drink. Until the 70s this was a hospital. This is the "bar review" not the hotel we haven't stayed here.

Paulina is a craftsman behind the bar. I suggest The Rose of Lima. Beautiful hotel, wish we had stayed here!

Very cool old building with all the expected vibes and service. Excellent and friendly staff. Cocktails were nice at the bar inside. The room was very small. I guess considered petite with a queen. It is small. No place to sit. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible. I couldn't even see to shave. So you can bet my wife wasn't happy. Awesome little pool area which was nice to visit after the hot afternoon of touring Duval. Our breakfast was good with Jesse greeting us each day. Thank you. I would try it again but a different room to be sure. My experience was a 3.5 for room. Service was a 5.

We spent several nights in Key West in June and decided to stay here. From the moment we arrived and checked in, until we checked out every staff member we encountered was very helpful and friendly. Some went out of their way to provide extra service, like bringing extra pool towels or ice cold water poolside. The room was very comfortable and it was a decent size too, so we definitely didn't feel cramped or like we didn't have storage space, because we most definitely did! The housekeeping staff took good care of the room everyday, refreshing the room and making the bed. But they also came back in the evening and refreshed towels and took the used towels, which was really nice! The room was nicely decorated, but some aspects of it were dated and definitely needed updating. Also, the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel dispenser in the shower was a style that is very difficult to pump when taking a shower (similar to the AC Hotels, which are horrible). The pool and common areas were very nicely kept up with and clean. We even saw staff cleaning handrails, etc frequently. The pool is very nice a d soothing, given the very hot and humid weather in Key West. Staff vacuumed it daily and they also kept cushions and covers on the loungers around the pool. There is a full restaurant with a very nice cocktail bar called Tempt on site. Additionally, there's a rooftop bar called Halo, which overlooks Duval St. The food and drinks were excellent! We visited both bars often and enjoyed lunch at the outside seating area of Tempt one day and a late night snack inside at Tempt's bar one evening. The location is PERFECT! Right at the corner of Duval and Eaton, in the heart of all the excitement of the area, but sitting far enough from Duval that it was quiet and chill. Definitely will return!

Voted most likely to make your Stay enjoyable Bellman Gustavo Lobo

This Marriott property has a very kool vibe and character within steps of Duval Street. The bellman and all around expert resource Gustavo Lobo was the highlight of out stay. Gustavo always is smiling and happy which makes traveling much more enjoyable. They have remodeled rooms on south side of the pool which is awesome. Highly Recommend !! Thanks Gustavo

Happy hour

The outdoor seating is covered, small and pretty standard. The inside decor is funky but aged, not looking as if it's been updated in awhile. The most notable thing is you feel like you've eaten a dryer sheet when you walk in there, as if every outlet has a brand new glade plugin in it. The bartenders aren't overly friendly or chatty. The drinks were tasty and themed for virtues and sins. The food menu pretty standard. There is a happy hour with food and drink specials.

One of my favorite places to stay in Kw so far. There wasn't a single rooster the entire time. I'm also a sucker for some LED lights and this place is decked out with blue LED lights. The room is cozy and has everything you need. Our room looked out at the pool. It's a small hotel with 20 something rooms. It is family friendly but it's mostly adults. The valet and staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would def recommend staying here, and will stay here again myself. All around good value. The location is perfect also.

Beautiful old hotel with a nod to heaven and hell. It's part of the Marriott Autograph Collection. It doesn't have very many rooms, so it's cozy while also being trendy. The rooms are clean, as is the entire property. There was a DJ at the pool one day and live music most nights at the rooftop patio bar overlooking Duval Street. The hotel is right in the middle of the action. It was awesome to be able to walk everywhere. The food and drinks were excellent. If you're a fan of Paloma drinks, do yourself a favor and drink the best one you've ever had.

Little romantic getaway, perfectly located. Pool is kind of small. Park your car and walk everywhere you want or use the bikes.

I like that I received a text from them early on our check in day and asked when we'd be arriving. We were a little early but our room was ready when we arrived. The lady working the front desk was very nice and check in was quick and easy. The guys working valet are top notch. They were quick and friendly. Even when I forgot to get something from the car and needed it again. I walked to it, but they offered to get it. The cleaning staff was friendly when we saw them in the hallways also. We book a King Pool view room and it was clean and spacious. It has a small fridge, coffee maker with pods, a pull out couch and 2 chairs at the desk, and a tv. The bed was firm but comfortable and the pillows were nice. The only thing I could see is the at the hallways of floor 2 needed some patching and paint at a few areas. We will definitely come here again on our next trip, soon.

The one thing I will say is carpet in suites (at least the one we were in) could use an update. Dingy, kinda smelly. The property is filled with hammocks and tree swings, perfect places to drink your FREE coffee or tea from the lobby every morning. You know what I loved more than all the free beverages (lol)? The fact that we visited in the middle of summer and didn't get bit by a single mosquito! How is that even possible in Florida during summer??? They must spray & have mosquito repelling plants. Or super powers. Our room was cute and clean. We got the standard room (no upgrades) after the Hyatt screwed up our reservation and we were scrambling to find accommodations last minute. But ya know what?! This place was so much better! I can't rave enough about Eden House. We are definitely staying here when we come back!

***Buyer Beware*** This hotel is a scam. They advertise…read morerooms with queen size beds that are clearly full size at best. I actually measured the bed and it was far smaller. On top of that the room is almost closet sized with an exposed shower and sink which makes it feel very humid in the room. Theres barely enough space between the bed and wall to walking into the room. The shower also hadn't been cleaned with a piece of old soap stuck to the floor and bug crawling under the pillow when i moved it.. I brought it to the attention of the man working the front desk who first told me it was a queen. The GM came on later that evening and admitted that it wasn't a queen and offered us a slightly larger rom but same size bed. Again the sink was in the room and it was stuffy and humid which made it hard to sleep more than four hours. I canceled the room after one night and tried to get my money back, but they've refused. Do not stay at this hotel. The "queen room" is basically just a hostel at hotel prices. $260 a night in my case.

It was a relaxing Oasis just two blocks from the hustle and bustle of Duvall, allowing you to partake in all the day and night activities, but then escape back to your quiet, peaceful place to unwind! The room was much larger than we expected with a large living room area with desk and mini fridge full of different drinks, with more drinks of all types on top, with a variety of snacks! The bedroom was also large, with a large closet and a VERY comfortable bed in a room that darkened to allow us to sleep in one day. Both rooms had TV's if you wanted to unwind with different show types. The bathroom was gorgeous with separated dual vanities so no spousal battles getting ready, a separate water closet (also helps avoid battles :) ) , and a huge shower with a great dual shower head fixture including rain shower. Given the propensity for high temperatures in FL, the AC in this place was great and ceiling fans kept the room as cold as you wanted. The pool areas were little botanical wonders full of great foliage, comfortable lounge chairs and just gorgeous serene surroundings. There were usually only a few adults there so it was a quite paradise to go read a book in the shade, lay out in the sun, swim or just relax. I'm not much of a pool guy, but even I enjoyed our time at this one. The lobby area is really cool with a refreshed vintage house and vintage furniture and decor. We ate at the cafe one day for breakfast and got great service and a pretty good meal. The staff was mostly friendly with a few more mellow younger folks, but some really nice housekeeping staff who joked with us! The only issue I could see is potentially the parking. We got lucky and found some on street spots but if not, I couldn't tell if they had enough parking and it's a little pricey at $30/night. This kind of quality doesn't come cheap, but we will absolutely splurge and stay here again if we return to Key West and have already told others about it!

Once we got our keys, we passed through the pool areas (more than one pool) and it's lovely; so tropical with tons of palm trees and other plants and it's kept so nice.
