Wasn't thrilled with the selection of clothing and not really a sale because they already discount clothes to begin with. Inflation has tarnished this "outlet" store. Pants that used to cost just $40 last year + 20% discount are now priced at $60. With the 30% discount they are still priced high. This was our favorite store to splurge and when I visited recently, I was shocked to see 40-50% prices increase across the board. Decided to stay way from this store until prices come down. read more

Good deals to be found, cute clothes, stuff you need for outdoorsing (I just made that word up, but you know what I mean). But best of all, I'm pretty sure I saw that couple from Portlandia who found the fleece outlet. No, literally, I overheard the woman say, "I came here to find fleece in colors we don't have back home, and you're getting black?" to which the man replied, "I wear black." Aaahhh, so worth it. The selection and sizes in this store can be up or down- it really depends on the supply they have available. However, I just wanted to share what a wonderful customer service we have been receiving every time we are in this store (and we went there 3times in the last 2 weeks on August 2021). Since the fitting rooms were closed I had to buy some bottoms without being able to try them, and in a result had to return. Not a problem at all. It feels like the ladies working there like the brand and are pleased to work there. This truly shows in a positive light. read more

Awesome store with great deals! I was browsing the store and happened to be wearing a jacket I bought there years ago. The one I was wearing was in great condition minus the zipper having issues. I spoke to the store manager Lynne and asked about potential fixes or warranty and without hesitation she simply swapped out my old jacket for a brand new one! I definitely was surprised by the great service and wasn't expecting a swap at all! Needless to say I'll be a loyal customer moving forward because of her actions and customer service! The rest of the staff was just as friendly and helpful! They were all moving and working the entire time I was there to make sure the store looked great! 10/10 recommend this location! read more

My mother and I went in to just shop around, like people usually do. My mom had noticed some Tshirts on a rack that was about to go onto the floor. She started looking at them and wanted to grab one in her size. The store manager 'susan' started staring at my mom like she was going to steal them. Then she continued to scold my mom saying 'those shirts are on the back wall, your size won't be up there. We can't have you looking at those ones'. I've worked in retail and I understand putting certain clothes on racks before putting them on the floor, but I'm more than happy when people find the items cute and decide to buy them. This lady never smiled at any customer, and treated my mom like absolute dirt. All the other employees were great, asked if we needed anything etc. But damn this lady makes you never want to go back into Eddie Bauer. read more

I really like this store and the employees. The people that work here are always friendly and helpful and there is always a good sale. Their sweatshirts are my favorite, they are always soft and they have plain colors with no funky patterns or sayings- one of my biggest pet peeves. My husband will only wear their jeans. Their clothes are functional, comfortable and they don't follow trends so you never have to sift through weird stuff. So yeah, I guess you could say we're fans. read more

Store had some decent sales going on. Good variety. I still didn't find anything I had to have, though. My husband found a jacket in the mens department that was supposedly on sale for 89.95. He wondered what it was originally, so he peeled back the sale price and found the original price: 79.95. Yes, it was on SALE for ten dollars more than the original price. Sketch. read more

This Eddie Bauer Outlet store isn't the largest one I've been to. They do tend to have a large variety and good selection of sizes. Taking one star away because they are always understaffed. read more

Great deals if it is end of the season for jackets....Nice staff... Spencer was very nice and helpful. Scored a great deal on a few down coats and a backpack. Has a nice mens section as well. My kids love the coats from this place. read more

Review for Eddie Bauer online customer service I have waited months for a particular coat to go on sale and finally found the offer today at Eddiebauer.com. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong item as there were two versions of the same coat. One is insulated and the other is not. I realized my mistake within 2 minutes of placing the order and immediately called their customer service line. In total, I spent nearly an hour on hold after speaking with two of their representatives. Neither one could transfer me to a 'supervisor' or 'manager'. Instead, I was told that they could "try" to cancel the order but could not guanatee anything. "Chanelle" actually told me that she had cancelled the order but could not provide any kind of confirmation. Instead, she told me that if I went back online and checked on the order, I would see that it no longer showed up. I did so, and, of course, it did show up. I called back and spoke with another customer service rep who told me, again, that they could "try" to cancel the order, but could not guarantee that it would be done. Again, no supervisor or manager was available. So, at this point, the order may or may not have been cancelled. I may or may not have to pay shipping on an item that I do not want. And, since my payment is being held up as 'preauthorized', I am unable to actually order the correct item from them. NEVER AGAIN. read more
