As I walked into the store, the guard at the door was on his phone - not talking but watching something. There were 3 female employees talking to each other, maybe another reading something at the desk. Not ONE came and asked if I needed help or assistance. Walking around, I saw 3 pieces that really called to me. I mooned over them but chose not to purchase anything. I walked past the (payment) desk and still no one said anything to me. I walked to the door, the gaurd was still on his phone and then walked out. Being a lifelong Coach lover, this was the worst experience I've ever had at a store and I've been to many. If I could give them zero stars I would. Having gone to a Mall in an affluent neighborhood in Tucson Arizona. I went into thier Coach store, also dressed in sweats, and recieved Fantastic service. This is an outlet store so it has different clothes than the main LB stores. It's the same fashions, but different skus except for the Cacique (lingerie line). They also have jewelry, shoes, socks, and limited make up which is nail polish and gloss. A lot of great clothes here for the plus sized woman for work, a night out, exercise and casual wear. One of the sales people that asked to help me turned out to work at the same place I do during the day. We had a fun chat about that. All three of the sales people that helped me were friendly and not intrusive. I like my space when I'm shopping and if I want help I'll ask for it. I appreciate the fact that they knew this intuitively. Always check out the far back of the store of a LB as that is where the clearance racks are. Will definitely return…read more This is an outlet store and there's a variety of items for all seasons of shoes plus purses and accessories for men and women. I didn't see any kids shoes but they may carry them. Had a great sale on sandals, buy one get one free. Then the sales girl came over and told a few of us there was a computer glitch so the shoes would be even cheaper. $60 sandals on sale for half and with the bug, now 2 pair with tax were ringing up for only $27! I got two pairs of extra comfortable deluxe flip flops for this price. The sales girl was really cool and friendly beyond this. Saw some rocking rain boots for $50, normally $160, and the classic loafers. Coming back in the fall when the weather changes.
