I am so happy someone recommended Torrid to me! I needed an outfit for a celebration of life so I was mostly looking for black clothes. Everyone at this store is so nice, and like others have mentioned here, I was especially delighted by Jennifer's attention and help. She picked out wonderful items and helped me figure out what fit best. I really like the range of what's offered and I now have a new go-to place for clothes for any occasion at all. I almost never finish clothes shopping feeling as happy as I did today. Also: adjustable fans in the fitting rooms are AMAZING and should be required everywhere. I'll definitely be back.

But these ladies are always giving good vibes and positive energy - no matter what. Returns are fairly easy. I returned some pants that were outside the return window but they did give me a store credit as I had receipt and tags still on. If you find something you like and they don't have your size, they will offer to ship to you for free or if you want it immediately- they will look to see if another store has it and call and ask them to hold it for you. Torrid selection on clothing doesn't change much from year to year. Just updated patterns so my five star is for the stellar customer service I always receive here.

I truly love TJ Max. It is a fun store to find a variety of treasures. The location is great…read morebecause there are many other stores to visit in the center as well as such a large community nearby. Parking is good and the value/prices are phenomenal. I also like that there is a Home Goods next door. I have been very loyal to this particular TJ Max. Today I went in to check things out and I felt disappointed to see so few clothing racks. The handbag racks were reduced significantly and so were the clothing racks. When I compare it to Factoria TJ it has 30% of the clothing at Woodinville location. I'm hoping this changes because this particular store is really needed. There is limited clothing options in the area so TJ is truly a go to and with more housing coming in, the business will continue.

This is the location closest to my house and I love going here!…read more I find their clothing section to be very small. The women's section was only about 5 racks last time I went and 3 were clearance. I wanted to look at sweaters and didn't even see any. The home, accessory, and beauty sections are great! They have so many cute bags at this location. I also love the K-Beauty they carry. The home decor is so cute, but very seasonal, so be sure to look for what you want about a month early. I went Sept 1 and they had their full display of Halloween candles, but I imagine as mid-October approaches they may be in shorter supply. I find somedays I totally score with deals here and sometimes I leave empty handed. Sometimes the line is SUPER long, and sometimes it is short. They do have a great line system and move people through quickly, other than the employees being required to try to get you to sign up for a credit card.

While I normally love not being hounded by employees constantly on me at retail establishments,…read morethis experience Sephora was the complete opposite. After a bored "welcome in", it was difficult to find an employee who was interested in helping. They either steered the other way when we walked close (looking at displays) or simply ignored customers altogether. One young she/her did step up and assisted us at the end of our visit with getting a small sample of makeup remover. The store seemed clean and organized similarly to any other Sephora. Parking in the shopping area can be hard to come by on weekends, but our visit on a Monday made for easy parking and a quick walk to Sephora as well as other businesses in the square.

One did ask if they could help me, but wanting a gift card seemed to be the wrong answer. I was not familiar with this store's layout and had to ask where the register was. It was as if I shld've known & I was slowly followed there. The interaction at the register seemed 'overly nice' to the point of condescension (or just being tired of dealing with customers). The pin pad was a grease fest and the fingerprints on the front doors were a piece of art. And dare I say I was snickered at on my way out. A mean girl experience and I'll never go back.

Not sure why I'm even writing a review for here since most of you won't ever be able to shop here…read moresince they require a professional license to be able to enter. Maybe I really like my supplier, maybe I just need to review more places to complete my Yelp 100 annual challenge. But on a more serious note, this is my go to place where they carry most of the brands I work with. The manager is extremely helpful and nice, it's quite rare to see anybody loyal in retail for this long to know the store inside and out and recognize their customers. Most stores are busiest on weekends, funny thing is that this store is busiest on weekdays when most hairstylists are off. They are open early enough to drop in before work if you need an emergency item the day off, but I recommend ordering online if you're going to do a huge inventory since you'll probably get hit the minimum for free shipping and more likely everything will be available ordering directly from the warehouse. Tell me about your experience if you've been here or is going to after reading this review:)

They're the rudest most unfriendly I've ever encountered with the exception of one. I now only go when I need to. I've opened wholesale accounts with most lines that would let me. I didn't take any photos while inside the store but it is clean. Well organized and full of all sorts of workout apparel. It's like putting on a cloud. The softness of the inside is unparalleled to any casual pants I've had in a long time. Were they outrageously expensive (my opinion), yes. No sale and they are $89.00. Ouch. Thank goodness for gift cards my contribution was minimal. Figured I've earned fancy cozy pants for vacation. The service was super friendly too! The salesgirl had to really work hard to process the gift cards I used to make my purchase. I absolutely will come here again. I'm dreaming of my next color of fleece lined pants.
