This outlet mall is pretty lackluster and in need of redevelopment. It does have a nice picturesque location in North Bend with views of Mount Si. But there are many vacant spaces here and not many stores that are worth the drive aside from a store like Columbia which has good deals. Driving to Tulalip would be a better option if you are looking to do some outlet shopping. read more

The service section and value is all pretty good nice place to go. They have store for the whole family. They've got stores for the teens stores for the athletic people stores for the little kids. It was our first time visiting these outlets as we're not from the area. Not sure if it was because of Covid or if the outlets were always like this but there are a LOT of vacant stores. I'm so glad I drove over to check this place out before coming to shop. I was shocked at what I had pulled into. The website makes it seem like this is top notch shopping, but don't be fooled. This is no shopping destination. What is there is a desolate property with limited availability of stores. It would be challenging to do one-stop shopping here. I could tell that this outlet was once upon a time, the place to be in North Bend. The design looked very 80's and made me feel like a kid again. I didn't even get out my car. I just drove around and saw many empty spaces, and only a few operating stores. There was plenty of parking because there was barely anyone there, and this was on a Saturday. One positive of this place is that it is set in a beautiful location. North Bend is gorgeous and the outlet is surrounded by mountains and trees. This property is already developed, so its time for major reconstructive surgery. I'm sure there are those who would disagree with me, but I would love to see this outlet updated. Maybe that would bring in more vendors. I won't be returning here to shop as it was kinda depressing to be there. I hope this place can get some much needed attention! read more

This was the destination for the Airporter shuttle from Seattle airport, so I didn't spend too much time here. The shopping center has the usual outlet shops that I've seen at many other outlet malls - Gap, Nike, Eddie Bauer, Zumiez, Levis, Skechers, Banana Republic and such. The buildings looked to be in good shape and the parking lot had lights. Restrooms are accessible and easy to access. Clean though small. There's not a ton of stores here, but the stores that are there have a pretty wide, and quality selection. Tons of parking, and beautiful area. The weather was record breaking heat when we went, and we had just got a puppy. We found a nice shaded spot at the end of one of the walkways, against the tree line. There's a separate, public restroom for all, but none in the individual shops. We'd go again. I got a great Eddie Bauer rain jacket that fits better than any I've had for years, and much better cost than any sale I've seen online, and that's saying a lot as an almost exclusively order customer since I live in Alaska. read more

I looooove North Bend - just 25 minutes east of Seattle, but you feel like you went somewhere. It's a great place to take friend/family to that are visiting and you don't have to face a lot of traffic and hustle to get there. Michael Kors just moved in to the outlet and they have Nike, Coach, Zumiez, Carters, Eddie Bauer, Banana Republic, it's got a good amount. You got to stop by Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and get your caramel apple, they'll even slice it for you. This is my quick get-away from the city. read more

This is a very modest factory outlet, barely worthy of the premium name. Be sure to look up the store directory BEFORE coming here or you might be disappointed with the number of stores here. We drop by only if we are already in the area for other reasons. There's minimum food options too. Don't expect to come here to eat. The Yelp check in says you can get a savings pass from the office, which is where the restrooms are. The lady had no idea that Yelp check in qualifies for the pass. Sigh. This is set in a beautiful location, surrounded by tree topped mountains. The mall itself is half deserted and the stores that are there seem to have a small selection compared to what you find at other outlets. It's rather disappointing that it seems deserted. Not the best outlet mall, but hey, if you're in the area... I visit North Bend Premium Outlets, simply if I'm only in the area and never truly make my way to North Bend for this shopping center. Seems to be the case for most people, too, because it's never busy like other outlets. The variety of stores is not the best and it's a smaller outlet than others. But it is conveniently located off of I-90, making this an easy pit stop. For me personally, I like to visit the Nike and Banana Republic outlets here. But most other stores aren't generally where I normally shop at, such as Gap, Hot Topic, other stores for young adults and so on. There aren't high-end or very many name brand stores here either. Some other shops here include kitchen supplies, accessories and random businesses like a supplement shop. There is also no food court here. Make North Bend Premium Outlets a stop if you're already in town, but you may be disappointed if you plan to make a day of shopping here due to the limited selection. This is an outdoor mall that's a few minutes from Snoqualmie Casino. Probably the only reason to come here is if you have a few shopaholics or at least non-gamblers in your group who wanted a change of scenery. Indeed, its not often to have a pretty cloud-covered mountain in the background of the parking lot. They don't have a whole lot of stores here compared to other malls. The best brands are Coach, Under Armour, and maybe Banana Republic. They also have Nike, Reebok, Bass, and Sketchers for shoes. My wife felt the Coach offerings were stylish - perhaps a few years ago. We picked up a few colorful sun-proof shirts from Under Armour, while my mom got a $30 7-qt Hamilton Beach slow cooker from Kitchen Connection. The sales people at all the stores were super friendly. I just don't think the stores are all that premium. read more

Sad... This place has such low reviews. Yes, it is in the middle of no where but I thought this was what made it so great. The outlet in Marysville is located on the way to Vancouver so there is always hoards of people there. Here, this outlet is totally desolate. I guess not many people what to drive to Yakima on a Saturday evening. Since it wasn't so busy, we got so many great deals. We would never have gotten such great deals at the outlet in Marysville. This outlet mall definitely isn't as great as the one up in Tulalip but they have decent stores like Nike, Banana Republic, Coach, The Loft, Gap, etc. There isn't much food around so I'd recommend eating before or after visiting the stores. Fairly decent outlet mall about 1/4 miles northwest of I-90 freeway. Lots of parking spaces there. Too bad this location does not have a food court but there is a Subway Shop and a Mongolian Grill Restaurant at the outlet mall. McDonalds is like 2 blocks east from the Outlet mall (past Nike Outlets). Has excellent views of the mountains and forests in this area! read more

I agree with other yelpers, the store pricing here is not that much cheaper than a "regular" store. The outlet is huge. You can walk around to enjoy the view of the nature. Or alternatively you could drive from one store to the other as walking can get tiring. Also, driving towards the outlet can take awhile. There is just one stop light at the intersection and no traffic light, which significantly slows down traffic if you are coming off from I-90. Between getting off from I-90 and actually park at the outlet can take up to 20 - 30 minutes. The bathroom is clean here. If you are hiking nearby, I would avoid hiking trail bathrooms and use the bathroom here instead. read more

Meaning, I go in and shop for many hours and hitting all my favorite stores on one go. This outlet strip mall an hour away from Seattle is small but there are name brands here and amazing sales. I've come across sales at 50% to 80% off, even on already marked down items. There are 50 stores here, name brands or retail chains that are all recognizable. Coach, Nike, Reebok, Van Heusen, Gap and Skechers are a few. There's a Subway and a Mongolian grill. Great place to shop and browse when going out to BFE. Huge parking lot that always has room when I stop by. read more

Two if the three restrooms are closed and one that was open looked like no maintenance had been done since 1998. What should have been a FREE outing in the majesty that is the Baby Jesus' earthly garden, turned into a outlet mall free for all. OK, not so much free, but heavily discounted. Not to mention some DIY Mongolian Grill. There's an Adidas store here. Hiking, schmiking. PS - As factory outlet centers go, this one really sucks cock. There are an inordinate number of places one can acquire granny panties by the metric ton (for like a buck), a John Deere outlet (for your John Deere fashion needs), more elastic backed GIANT pants than I wanted to know existed, and a base aggregate IQ of around 95 wallowing from one store to the next. They are outlets. No better or worse than other outlets. Actually, that's not true, the one's up in Marysville are super nice, and definitely better than these. They have a GAP store and an Under Armour Store, which is exactly why we went. They also have a Coach store, so I always have to go look. They also have a Lane Bryant Outlet, but its pretty much just a regular store, no special pricing at all. I doubt I will be out here much, only when my boyfriend needs new jeans. There wasn't a huge variety from store to store, and the people shopping there are rude and pushy, I think they were afraid I'd get the last pair of granny panties that seemed to be the big hit at all the ladies stores. I'm totally not a shopper, but I like good deals, and this Outlet Mall is convenient for deals when traveling the 90. I recently stopped by here on a rainy evening after traveling 3 hours from home en route to Seattle. It had been a while, because I noticed a few stores were new (and the store I wanted to go to was missing). You see, I'm a child of the 70s-80s, and so I was predisposed to wearing fat laces, and three stripes à la Run DMC. I wanted to go to the Adidas store to get some work out clothes, but I found that it was replaced with a Reebok store. One of my tears slipped down my face with the rain. Another new store was the Banana Republic. I ended up getting some pants for super cheap here---go to the back for the Sale Racks. Of course there is the Nike store. This is where I ultimately bought a work out shirt. There is a variety of stores here, so there's a decent chance you'll find what you're looking for. The location is convenient to the 90. It is also far enough from civilization that it isn't super crazy crowded, although it can get crowded. It is also located within the Cascades, so you are surrounded by tall overlooking mountains. There could be worse shopping experiences, but I actually don't mind this Outlet Store. read more
