This outlet mall is pretty lackluster and in need of redevelopment. It does have a nice picturesque location in North Bend with views of Mount Si. But there are many vacant spaces here and not many stores that are worth the drive aside from a store like Columbia which has good deals. Driving to Tulalip would be a better option if you are looking to do some outlet shopping. read more

The service section and value is all pretty good nice place to go. They have store for the whole family. They've got stores for the teens stores for the athletic people stores for the little kids. The selection an option of stores is really great. I would definitely suggest people come here once or twice a year. read more

Not that great of a selection of stores these days... Jockey is gone, no more Rue21 and no PacSun (that's been a long time). Can't find much of what I'm looking for here regarding clothes. Only can get shoes and sunglasses. read more

It was our first time visiting these outlets as we're not from the area. Not sure if it was because of Covid or if the outlets were always like this but there are a LOT of vacant stores. They apparently are building a hotel on the property, which seems pointless unless that will somehow bring back/fill the stores with merchandise. read more

I'm so glad I drove over to check this place out before coming to shop. I was shocked at what I had pulled into. The website makes it seem like this is top notch shopping, but don't be fooled. This is no shopping destination. What is there is a desolate property with limited availability of stores. It would be challenging to do one-stop shopping here. I could tell that this outlet was once upon a time, the place to be in North Bend. The design looked very 80's and made me feel like a kid again. I didn't even get out my car. I just drove around and saw many empty spaces, and only a few operating stores. There was plenty of parking because there was barely anyone there, and this was on a Saturday. One positive of this place is that it is set in a beautiful location. North Bend is gorgeous and the outlet is surrounded by mountains and trees. This property is already developed, so its time for major reconstructive surgery. I'm sure there are those who would disagree with me, but I would love to see this outlet updated. Maybe that would bring in more vendors. I won't be returning here to shop as it was kinda depressing to be there. I hope this place can get some much needed attention! read more

This was the destination for the Airporter shuttle from Seattle airport, so I didn't spend too much time here. The shopping center has the usual outlet shops that I've seen at many other outlet malls - Gap, Nike, Eddie Bauer, Zumiez, Levis, Skechers, Banana Republic and such. The buildings looked to be in good shape and the parking lot had lights. Restrooms are accessible and easy to access. Clean though small. A bit over-rated, but clearly the only shopping available in this tiny town, too many shoe stores all in one small place and not enough variety of other stores. I was excited to visit the Nike Outlet Store but that was short lived, as it was super busy and jam-packed and the shoes seemed overpriced and too expensive (even the clearance section) and not a very impressive selection... read more

I think selection is very limited. Service could be better depending on the store you go in to. Value is okay since most are offering discounts. Bonus of it all is the beautiful view!! read more

There's not a ton of stores here, but the stores that are there have a pretty wide, and quality selection. Tons of parking, and beautiful area. The weather was record breaking heat when we went, and we had just got a puppy. We found a nice shaded spot at the end of one of the walkways, against the tree line. There's a separate, public restroom for all, but none in the individual shops. We'd go again. I got a great Eddie Bauer rain jacket that fits better than any I've had for years, and much better cost than any sale I've seen online, and that's saying a lot as an almost exclusively order customer since I live in Alaska. read more

Wow, things have changed!! I've had a lot of luck with this mall over the years and ended up coming down here without looking at the current directory. Seriously don't do that!!! Check the directory AND the hours before you go! This mall is a shell of what once was. Roughly half empty, basically all of the good stores have left and a bunch of the ones remaining don't open until noon on Sunday. WTF? If you're looking for an outlet mall, this is not the one you're going to want to go to! We have plenty of other ones in the area to choose from and to the best of my knowledge they're all better than this. read more

I looooove North Bend - just 25 minutes east of Seattle, but you feel like you went somewhere. It's a great place to take friend/family to that are visiting and you don't have to face a lot of traffic and hustle to get there. Michael Kors just moved in to the outlet and they have Nike, Coach, Zumiez, Carters, Eddie Bauer, Banana Republic, it's got a good amount. You got to stop by Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and get your caramel apple, they'll even slice it for you. This is my quick get-away from the city. read more

I love this place. I really love how it's outside, especially when COVID is happening right now. The Hot Topic here isn't too busy if you go really early. Same with Claire's. This mall plays good music outside. I know some people think there aren't a lot of stores here. There's enough for me. Too many stores would be too overwhelming. I hope it never changes. It's really fun in my opinion! read more

This is a very modest factory outlet, barely worthy of the premium name. Be sure to look up the store directory BEFORE coming here or you might be disappointed with the number of stores here. We drop by only if we are already in the area for other reasons. There's minimum food options too. Don't expect to come here to eat. The Yelp check in says you can get a savings pass from the office, which is where the restrooms are. The lady had no idea that Yelp check in qualifies for the pass. Sigh. Told me to sign up for the VIP account instead. read more

There are more empty stores than opened ones. It's becoming a place for 2nd hand merchandise and liquidation junk! The parking lot hasn't been cleaned or striped in years. So depressing. read more

This is set in a beautiful location, surrounded by tree topped mountains. The mall itself is half deserted and the stores that are there seem to have a small selection compared to what you find at other outlets. It's rather disappointing that it seems deserted. An upside to this is that it's not very crowded so if you know what you want and that they have it, you'll have no problem getting in and out. read more

Not the best outlet mall, but hey, if you're in the area... I visit North Bend Premium Outlets, simply if I'm only in the area and never truly make my way to North Bend for this shopping center. Seems to be the case for most people, too, because it's never busy like other outlets. The variety of stores is not the best and it's a smaller outlet than others. But it is conveniently located off of I-90, making this an easy pit stop. For me personally, I like to visit the Nike and Banana Republic outlets here. But most other stores aren't generally where I normally shop at, such as Gap, Hot Topic, other stores for young adults and so on. There aren't high-end or very many name brand stores here either. Some other shops here include kitchen supplies, accessories and random businesses like a supplement shop. There is also no food court here. Make North Bend Premium Outlets a stop if you're already in town, but you may be disappointed if you plan to make a day of shopping here due to the limited selection. At least there's always parking here! read more

This is an outdoor mall that's a few minutes from Snoqualmie Casino. Probably the only reason to come here is if you have a few shopaholics or at least non-gamblers in your group who wanted a change of scenery. Indeed, its not often to have a pretty cloud-covered mountain in the background of the parking lot. They don't have a whole lot of stores here compared to other malls. The best brands are Coach, Under Armour, and maybe Banana Republic. They also have Nike, Reebok, Bass, and Sketchers for shoes. My wife felt the Coach offerings were stylish - perhaps a few years ago. We picked up a few colorful sun-proof shirts from Under Armour, while my mom got a $30 7-qt Hamilton Beach slow cooker from Kitchen Connection. The sales people at all the stores were super friendly. I just don't think the stores are all that premium. read more

There is not a lot of shopping offerings in the area. This is a smaller outlet center with your standards like Bass, Corning, Gap, Nike, Wilsons, etc. I went, I saw, I conquered all in about 30 minutes. read more

This may not be the largest outlet mall but the drive up here is definitely worth it for me. Plenty of parking and plenty of shops including Nike, Gap, Coach and much more. Just wish there are more places to eat instead of drive across the street and more public bathrooms. read more

Love this place. They just need a Polo store. And more eating places. I do miss Wilson Leather as well.

Sad... This place has such low reviews. Yes, it is in the middle of no where but I thought this was what made it so great. The outlet in Marysville is located on the way to Vancouver so there is always hoards of people there. Here, this outlet is totally desolate. I guess not many people what to drive to Yakima on a Saturday evening. Since it wasn't so busy, we got so many great deals. We would never have gotten such great deals at the outlet in Marysville. I was so glad that we came here to buy Christmas presents! read more

Nice lines. Nice bags. Bad service. I would have bought two bags but... service was that bad I just walked out. the sales person at the counter didn't say hello or anything. This was my interaction- sales person: "phone number". me: "what"? sales person: "phone number" me: "oh you don't need my phone number" sales person: eye roll and reels off dollar amounts. me: I decide i would not make an expensive purchase from a rude salesperson and said "I decided against it" and walked out. On commission? Mistake! read more

This outlet mall definitely isn't as great as the one up in Tulalip but they have decent stores like Nike, Banana Republic, Coach, The Loft, Gap, etc. There isn't much food around so I'd recommend eating before or after visiting the stores. I thought premium outlets are supposed to give out significant discounts...but this one, not so much. I agree with other yelpers, the store pricing here is not that much cheaper than a "regular" store. The outlet is huge. You can walk around to enjoy the view of the nature. Or alternatively you could drive from one store to the other as walking can get tiring. Also, driving towards the outlet can take awhile. There is just one stop light at the intersection and no traffic light, which significantly slows down traffic if you are coming off from I-90. Between getting off from I-90 and actually park at the outlet can take up to 20 - 30 minutes. The bathroom is clean here. If you are hiking nearby, I would avoid hiking trail bathrooms and use the bathroom here instead. read more

Fairly decent outlet mall about 1/4 miles northwest of I-90 freeway. Lots of parking spaces there. Too bad this location does not have a food court but there is a Subway Shop and a Mongolian Grill Restaurant at the outlet mall. McDonalds is like 2 blocks east from the Outlet mall (past Nike Outlets). Has excellent views of the mountains and forests in this area! read more

Much too long of a drive for the quality, or rather lack thereof. The Nike store is decent, but I can find better deals without driving all the way out here. I agree with the other reviewers, the scenery is nice, but I'm on the shopping trail, not the hiking trail. I'd say skip the Factory Stores At North Bend. read more

This outlet strip mall an hour away from Seattle is small but there are name brands here and amazing sales. I've come across sales at 50% to 80% off, even on already marked down items. There are 50 stores here, name brands or retail chains that are all recognizable. Coach, Nike, Reebok, Van Heusen, Gap and Skechers are a few. There's a Subway and a Mongolian grill. Great place to shop and browse when going out to BFE. Huge parking lot that always has room when I stop by. read more

Blah! Came here once and I have to say I am not a big fan of majority of the stores. I prefer to go to an outlet where its almost like one stop. Meaning, I go in and shop for many hours and hitting all my favorite stores on one go. Well, I find the parking lot is big but most of the store are tailored to a different age group or audience that is not me. I prefer sporty stores or stores that sells work cloths. I mean most store here are suitable for older women or house wife (who needs to get pots and pans). Not a lot of options. Limited number of stores. read more

It's almost like SIMON had decided "we don't care anything about this property". More empty stores than occupied. Dangerous cracks in the concrete. Two if the three restrooms are closed and one that was open looked like no maintenance had been done since 1998. There were literally stall doors with duct tape holding them shut because maybe they were broken? Who knows. The place is a ghost town and getting worse each month. I simply do NOT recommend. read more

06.20.2014 Cute, small outlet store mall. Good mix of stores of clothing (men/women/teen/tween/kids), shoes, skate and accessories. A couple eateries if you get hungry. Toys 'R Us Express can have good deals. I just saw some Princess dress-up dresses for babies/toddlers 60% off, priced at $4.00. Buy now before Halloween and you can save some money. We might stop by on our way home to check out Under Armour and Nike.... read more

I mainly go here for the banana republic and I think because this is a less visited outlet, their selection is much better than the tulailip outlet. My child was taken from me on Thursday afternoon. Ripped from my arms by his father and his visiting fraternal grandmother. As I watched the door close behind them, an odd mix of sadness and glee descended upon me - I would not see him again until MONDAY NIGHT. What was I to do? Stare out the window and think of his sweet face for each of the five days I would be without him? Clutch at my belly thinking of those glorious nine months that he was ALWAYS with me? Pour over his pictures, my tears warping the image of his angelic face staring back at me? Answer some casual encounters ads on Craigslist? Um, no. I had plans my friends. Lots of them. Not least of which would be the hike with the lovely Cici on Saturday morning. We're goin' to Snow Lake! Wooo hooo! In the car and on our way before 10, the anticipation of an exhilarating march to an alpine lake making our muscles tingle with excitement! And then the rains came. POURING DOWN, FUCKED UP RAIN. What are two girls in need of some stimulation to do when thwarted by Mother Nature in such a cruel way? Yeah - shop. What should have been a FREE outing in the majesty that is the Baby Jesus' earthly garden, turned into a outlet mall free for all. OK, not so much free, but heavily discounted. Not to mention some DIY Mongolian Grill. There's an Adidas store here. Hiking, schmiking. PS - As factory outlet centers go, this one really sucks cock. There are an inordinate number of places one can acquire granny panties by the metric ton (for like a buck), a John Deere outlet (for your John Deere fashion needs), more elastic backed GIANT pants than I wanted to know existed, and a base aggregate IQ of around 95 wallowing from one store to the next. But I got a new jacket and a cute ass dress from the Gap for $20. So whoop-dee-doo. read more

They are outlets. No better or worse than other outlets. Actually, that's not true, the one's up in Marysville are super nice, and definitely better than these. They have a GAP store and an Under Armour Store, which is exactly why we went. They also have a Coach store, so I always have to go look. They also have a Lane Bryant Outlet, but its pretty much just a regular store, no special pricing at all. I doubt I will be out here much, only when my boyfriend needs new jeans. It's nice to have only a 20 minute drive from my Condo though. Plus, the view is beautiful. read more

This place is a rather pitiful outlet mall. There wasn't a huge variety from store to store, and the people shopping there are rude and pushy, I think they were afraid I'd get the last pair of granny panties that seemed to be the big hit at all the ladies stores. The help in most of the stores is more non-helpful than helpful or just plain non-existence. If you want to go outlet mall shopping drive a little further north to Marysville instead of coming out here. I hate to say it but this place pretty much sucked except for the Coach store because I got a smoking deal there. read more

I thought I'd stop by here after visiting the falls. This place is very dull now. Not much to see anymore really. I think it has something to do with the Seattle Outlet that this place is not happening or enticing for shopping. I was super hungry after my short hike, looked around and...no coffee shops either. The only thing you'll find here if you are starving is "Subway". (I don't like...) There is a McDonalds across the way but have to drive there. Woohoo! Anyway, I skipped most stores and went to "Corelle Cornware" store. I enjoyed picking out new set of pyrex , drinking glasses and huge bowls so when I make my soups--I am ready. haha Prices here are great and not at the other popular name brands stores. read more

I'm totally not a shopper, but I like good deals, and this Outlet Mall is convenient for deals when traveling the 90. I recently stopped by here on a rainy evening after traveling 3 hours from home en route to Seattle. It had been a while, because I noticed a few stores were new (and the store I wanted to go to was missing). You see, I'm a child of the 70s-80s, and so I was predisposed to wearing fat laces, and three stripes à la Run DMC. I wanted to go to the Adidas store to get some work out clothes, but I found that it was replaced with a Reebok store. One of my tears slipped down my face with the rain. Another new store was the Banana Republic. I ended up getting some pants for super cheap here---go to the back for the Sale Racks. Of course there is the Nike store. This is where I ultimately bought a work out shirt. There is a variety of stores here, so there's a decent chance you'll find what you're looking for. The location is convenient to the 90. It is also far enough from civilization that it isn't super crazy crowded, although it can get crowded. It is also located within the Cascades, so you are surrounded by tall overlooking mountains. There could be worse shopping experiences, but I actually don't mind this Outlet Store. read more
