Both times I've gone in, I was helped by, I believe, Hailey, and she made me feel so welcomed and comfortable right away. What amazed me the most is how quickly she could figure out my correct bra size. She'll take a look at your back, see you in the bra you came in wearing, and then bring you an option she thinks will work. The first time she did that, I was shocked. How would she act know my size without even using a measuring tape? It was like magic. She came back with two bras to try on, and my mind was blown after the first bra she brought fit me like it was made for me!!! I can't explain the feeling you have once you wear a bra that actually fits you. Like you thought you were a bra that fit you until that moment. You're like, "Whoa! This is what it feels like. " It's crazy and out of this world to explain. It's honestly impressive how experienced and skilled they are. They also do such a great job making you feel confident and supported throughout the whole process. It never feels awkward or uncomfortable, which I really appreciated. Another thing I didn't realize before going is that they sell more than just bras. They also have underwear and a really great selection of bathing suits in different styles and colors for all kinds of preferences and body types. I highly recommend making an appointment if you can, because it can get busy, and you might have to wait a bit otherwise. That said, even without an appointment, the wait sometimes isn't very long. I've told my mom and several friends about this place, and every single one of them has come back telling me how impressed they were with the customer service and the overall experience. Yes, the bras can be a little more expensive than what you might find at a typical retail store, but the quality and materials are excellent, and they last a long time. For something you wear every day, it's absolutely worth it.

I ended up exploring the website and appreciate the selection of accessories and clothes that are available. She has a great variety of distinctive garments, from essential necessities to more bright and bold styles. I wore those linen pants often so after thinking on it for a while I reached out to Patricia to inquire about a second pair in another color. She was quick to find a time that worked for me to come by her store. The boutique is set up in her home and it's so cute! Everything is coordinated and organized, so walking into the space felt comfortable to me. There were so many nice options to choose from that it was hard to stick with my original plan, but everyone deserves to treat themselves on occasion. I purchased swim bottoms, swim top, and a rash guard from Carve here and spent a lot of money as the brand is expensive. They charge a lot for shipping and it wasn't even shipped that quickly. Once the items arrived, I realized I needed bigger swim bottoms (even though I followed their size chart and Carve usually has consistent sizing). When I went to exchange the swim bottoms for a bigger size I was SHOCKED to see that I would have to pay to ship the bottoms back and then pay 9.00 (yes you read that right, to get an item that weighs 6 ounches) for shipping to get the new pair. They don't do exchanges, you have to pay to send the item back and then re-order the new size. To top it all off, you don't even get your money back. You get a "credit". So you can pay ridiculous shipping amounts in the future. They received their item several days ago yet I have not received an email saying so, and who knows when I will get my "credit". I will never shop this company again. Most places that sell high end clothes do free returns or exchanges and you get your money back in the form you paid. How this place is in business when there are so many other options is beyond me.
