I am pretty sure it's just this place, JCPenney, Macy's, and Nordstrom's. I guess fat people aren't hip enough for Bel Square. ... Anyway, I have some likes and some dis-likes about this place. My biggest dislike is that the quality can vary from fine to awful. I have one pair of pants where when i bought them the hem fell down immediately. I went back to the store to ask for a refund, and they offered to pay for a tailor to repair them. So i had a tailor re-stitch the hems, and then Talbot's reimbursed me for the costs. So while the hem on my pants has been great, that's hardly due to Talbot's quality. And then I have another pair where within the first month the hems fell down and i have to resew the button every few months. I have a couple of shirts that stretch and fall unflatteringly, and i find that tops can be too short here, considering the trend in plus size tops for more length. And then i have some pieces that look and feel exactly like i expect them to. I had just always been told that quality was the justification for why it was so expensive, and that's often not true. If there is some flaw in the merchandise, like with my pant hems, Talbot's will refund/exchange for you even if it has been used, just don't go back a year later, and don't go back for a button falling off. Try to hold on to your receipt/tag, they can't refund you if they don't know how much the item costs. I would also say this shop is best for business wear or the more conservative dresser. Hip is not really the theme here. Expensive, definitely. Not Armani expensive, but comparable with Nordstrom's. They can have really great sales though. You can sometimes get an item for up to 75% or so off. They have plus size petite wear. I think Nordstrom still only has a very small selection of these, and Talbot's has a dedicated section. They do try to have many of the items available in Misses sizes available in plus, which is not always the case with a lot of stores. I find that i really do look older and more conservative in their clothes, so i think i may be done with shopping at Talbot's for now.

Just an update for those thinking Talbots in Bellevue Square has closed this is not true…read more I did try to visit the store on Thursday March 5, 2020 during regular business hours and found the store closed. No note on the door and all lights out. I phoned the local store and left a message inquiring what the hours of operation were going to be. I later saw in Yelp that others had reported the store closed. I received a phone call today from a Talbots staff member explaining a last minute corporate email instructed them to close for deep cleaning purposes due to the recent virus that has surfaced around the nation. Please understand this was purely out of an abundance of caution and no staff member or threat of illness has surfaced at the store. So...long story short..Talbots Bellevue Square location is still open and operating under normal business hours. Yay!! Thank you Talbots Bellevue Square for taking the time to return my call. Amr was constantly seen talking with other co-workers when he was supposed to help me. It was only after a short while during the middle of the process, Amr said I should probably just come back at a later time to try this again. Told me I'm taking way too long and measuring me will take an additional 45 minutes (mind you this was around noon when I came in). I told him I don't even live in Washington and coming to this store was out of my way. I don't think he made any efforts to care. Not wanting to start a confrontation, I simply left and drove 4 hours home. There is a good news to all of this though as I did not give up on the brand because I really liked Suitsupply and what they offer. I flown out to Washington DC and visited the Suitsupply store in Georgetown as I've read it's the best location in the country. I walked in and out in less than 30 minutes. Paid $1.2k for a made to measure suit. Wish my experience in Bellevue was better so I wouldn't have to go out of my for this whole ordeal.

Making an appointment shows a commitment towards the process and gives them an idea of how many staff to have on hand. We worked with a young man named Dakota. He was very friendly and outgoing and not pushy or obnoxious. He listened to what we were looking for and found the perfect options right down to a shirt and tie. Yes, you could spend less going to one of the warehouse stores, but you're not going to get near the level of service or the quality of merchandise. We placed our order four days ago and they had to custom order the suit jacket. It arrived today and I'm very grateful that we were able to get it this quickly. My son has grad school. Interviews lined up and I want him to look and feel confident walking into each one. With this new suit, he will surely be able to do that. Overall great experience and highly recommend.

The store is located in the Admiral district, across the street from Hiawatha Playfield. They are on the ground level of the Orion Building, with plenty of free street parking nearby. I just walked into the store and someone started helping me immediately. I could tell she was a runner and had tons of experience, so I felt comfortable trusting her guidance. In addition to measuring my feet, she also watched me walk (without shoes on) to analyze my gait. She gave me several brands/styles to try on and asked for my input after each one. I selected two pairs and I'm happy with my purchase. I think the price I paid was close to the online price and I am glad that I can support a local business instead. They also have a loyalty program, so if you spend a certain amount of money, you get a discount for the next year. In addition to being a retail store, West Seattle Runner is also involved in the local community. For example, they offer free weekly running groups and events with physical therapists. I would definitely shop here again.

The sales guy was interestingly high pressure to sell me larger sizes than I'd ever worn. He measure my feet and assured me I now needed 10.5 and I'd never owned anything larger than 8. He convinced me it was the right thing to do. Imagine running with clown shoes, that's how my Hokas feel when I run. I'll not go back, and would kindly steer you to other outlets. These are not cheap shoes so make sure you go somewhere that sets you up with the right size.

Also, one really FANTASTIC benefit is that simple alterations like hems for pants can take as little as 20 min! It took longer to walk to Woods coffee, order a drink and come back. Obviously, it won't be 20 min on a super busy day, but still it is super fast compared to Nordies or other stores. Plus it's free! Can't be beat on that.

The selection is not large, but they have all the classic favorites along with its trendier and seasonal ones. The employee was very helpful. She allowed me to try on the cross cable bracelet that I received, in addition to other pieces that would go with the bracelet. She was very knowledgeable about the different items, explaining what metals, stones and materials made up certain pieces. If you're a fan of David Yurman jewelry, but are a Nordstrom shopper, this boutique is a great place to shop at versus the David Yurman store in Bell Square.

GORJANA @ BELLEVUE MALL…read more I was SHOCKED to see Gorjana expanding in Bellevue Square as I currently go to school in San Diego, and it's in quite every store in California. This was incredible to see and I had to check it out immediately. It was located in the center part of the mall on the second floor, a very easy spot that you couldn't miss. Immediately, we were greeted by the workers, and one women was extremely nice in helping me find a cross necklace. I've seen it before in other locations but thought about purchasing one this time. The selection was pretty small however compared to other locations. They also have two different sides in the store, one labeled "fine jewelry" which is more on the pricier and higher end quality. The lady was kind and showed me the cross necklace however it was as tiny as an ant, and was not to my liking. The sizes for the charms are just too tiny! Overall, the experience was great and i'd return to purchase their bracelets instead!
