Max lead me through the foot-scanning process that showed the size, arch, width, etc. of my foot, and gave recommendations on shoes. The workers were knowledgeable about what kinds of footwear would work for me. Shout-out to Max for being really patient with me trying out all the shoes, spikes, and socks! However, I do like the convenience of shopping in store when I need something right away. I will say the parking lot of the Bellevue store always makes me jittery when going there because the spaces are tight or awkwardly designed. Not to mention the amount of cars circling the parking lot makes me concerned about fender benders, which leads me to avoid it if I can.

I explained that I've had this coat for years - that zipper slider pull was broke. He then went into action - looking up the style number and all the while explaining that the coat was under warranty. Once he was able to read/interpret the style number he issued me a gift card that I was able to get a brand new coat. Greg was amazing! Service at North Face Bellevue Square was the best.
