I like the style and material from T but this store is lack of a balance in all sizes. The majority size is larger and plus. =(

Great stuff for adventure travel - we are going up the Amazon River in 2 months. But it was Erin…read morewho really helped us sort it all out. We were impressed with her extensive knowledge of the product lines. When something did not quite seem to be working right, or even when we just asked a question, she had suggestions. There were some things on sale that were a perfect fit for us. Was so nice to be able to touch & feel the items in a brick & mortar store! We will be back before whatever our next trip is.

Five stars for Exofficio's clothing, which has quickly become a staple in my wardrobe because of…read moretheir innovative design (I always get compliments on my FlyQ jacket with the hidden pocket in the sleeve) and because of their excellent customer service. True story: I once wrote them to find out how to patch a run in the same jacket I just bragged about. They wrote back the same day and told me how to fix it DIY-style for the lo-lo. Now that's service. Sadly, I can't say the same for this location at Bellevue Square. One of the reasons I was excited to move back home was because of being in close proximity to Exofficio retail stores. I tried to make it to the downtown store but it closes at 6 most days and I really, really needed some pieces for a trip I was taking at the end of the week. This location is open until 9:30. I was able to make it in around 9. First of all, you'd think that in a store where a pair of shorts costs 70.00+ the sales person would be crawling up your a-- to ASSist you. Not so. I didn't get a greeting, an "I'll be with you in a moment," or a "I know you are here, let me know if you need anything." I clearly struggled getting down dresses that were on a high tier (short people problems), and still the one salesperson in the store at that hour stood behind the counter doing Lordt (it's a word) knows what. I asked to start a dressing room and she didn't even move to take the clothes out of my hands. In fact, I'm kind of pissed at myself for even buying clothes in that store and giving her the commission, if she gets one. She made the requisite small talk while ringing me up and that was it. Finally, I love Exofficio but I don't like paying 60.00 for a tank top. I love their sales, but this store has ZERO clearance or sales racks. You pay full price for everything in there, which is another reason - aside from the abysmally lacking customer service - that I will not be back. If you need your Exofficio fix, head downtown or online.

Great store, great footwear! I recently made my 5th…read morepurchase at this location and have never had a bad experience. On my last visit, I had the shoes shipped to my home which arrived quickly and without issues. Price point is slightly higher, but the quality of the product makes it well worth it.

I decided recently to buy shoes like a grownup and go to an actual shoe store, instead of a big box…read moreor sporting goods store or doing the Amazon or Zappos thing. I'd never been to this mall, so the first store I sought out was Timberland. Honestly, they gave me great service there and there was a pair they had that fit me and checked all the boxes for a do-everything, urban hiker, work shoe. However, my research said there was an Ecco store in the mall and I remembered the most comfortable shoes I ever owned were dress shoes Ecco like 30 years ago. So I didn't pull the trigger on the Timberlands and went to find the Ecco store. Ecco didn't have the widest selection, but I expected that. But I was suprised that they had an urban hiker type boot that was waterproof. It didn't just fit well, it made my feet feel GOOD. OMG I have been so used to wearing crappy utilitarian boots that I didn't realize how unhappy my feet were. Service was excellent and personal. And bonus, boots were 25% off for Labor Day. I don't think I've ever been more happy with a purchase and shopping experience.....and I'm saying that as a middle-aged guy with almost no patience for shopping, especially for clothes or shoes. Say yes to happy feet, people.
