My friend bought a couple pairs of pants on-line that didn't fit and asked if I could go and exchange them since he was at work and I had the day off. We were leaving for a trip the next day. I happily went and was immediately greeted upon entering. As it was the weekday in the afternoon the mall was quiet so the store was largely empty. I received excellent customer service here. The salesman tried finding a larger pair but they had none in stock. He looked at other store's inventories and made alternative recommendations. He returned the items to a gift card since the pants were final sales items and by his body language when he told me that I picked up he's been yelled at a few times when telling people that. Lululemon at Bellevue Square is clean, bright, and well-stocked. It's located right in the middle of the 2nd floor, which makes it very easy to find but also a bit of a detour if you're trying to make a quick in-and-out stop. The store had plenty of employees available, and while the service was friendly and attentive, it didn't particularly stand out. Customer service could use some improvement. I received a damaged item online and brought it into the store for an exchange. Even after speaking with a manager, I was turned away. They said to contact online customer service, who also turned said they could not do anything. I walked into this store to place a hem order on Aug 11th around 5:15 pm. The lady who I had to deal with for placing the hem order - was extremely rude. Despite me responding in a calm & respectful manner she got aggressive & ruder throughout the experience. Throughout the whole time - it felt traumatizing. Many thoughts are crossing my mind - at that moment. Why should a person ever treat someone else with such a level of rudeness & disrespect. May be she was having a bad day? But, she was conversing cheerfully with people around her. After finishing the order, I took time to analyze the situation. I could then sense that this is that deep rooted racism in her enacting. While the experience did let me down, I thought I should move on as I am done with placing the Hem order. There is just too much dirt in the world - to dust off & move on. Daughter received a gift card for Christmas. Due to the cheapness of the cardboard gift cards all the information was stolen prior. It was not obvious until the seal was removed and we found the pin was stratched off. I called Lululemon who said gift card had been used that morning. I have spent more money than I care to admit at lululemon. Their customer service is awful though.. I had an issue five days ago were gift card balances literally deleted in front of my eye the first person I talked to said it was a known tech glitch. They would re-issue the gift cards within 48 hours; 48 hours later no gift cards I called and got somebody who is zero help I utilized the chat feature later that night the representative told me told me she was a resolution specialist looked into the case and said I would have my gift cards reissued within 24 hours.. I did not so I used the chat feature again the person I chatted with that time let me know he could not confirmed I had talked to a resolution specialist I provided him screenshots of the entire conversation including her name, and the fact that she told me she was a resolution specialist, and that I had not gotten the gift cards re-issued by the end of business today as promised He said he could not verify that the person who told me she was a resolution specialist actually was even though he had the case number the screenshots in the entire chat, and that somebody would contact me via email within three days.. so it is now been five days since lulu lemon told me they had a known glitch of taking gift cards off of your account and that they would fix it and they have not done this as promised (twice) after having the first individual who spoke to a supervisor, and the third individual who said they were resolution specialist telling me they would be re-issued.. the last person I talked to basically told me that this, Lululemon employees likely lie to you when you're talking to them via chat about what role they play so beware... my team loves their clothes however, I will never never buy a gift card from them as they stole $80 and gift cards from me and likely millions more from others since it is a known tech glitch read more

Love these clothes, the construction, design and placement of pockets are so thoughtful. Whatever I get here, I end up wearing over and over so the high price is worth it, especially with athetaleisure being a thing. My only complaint at this point is that the men's pants don't come in side 28 and 29 in-store and they've been out online for awhile. Writing this makes me so upset. Lululemon gives discounts for certified yoga instructors- great. love it... Here's the problem- they will only give the discount to instructors that can show they charge for sessions. If this instructor made it through hours and hours of getting certified, perhaps even traveling to other countries to learn and also spread they knowledge they are so trilled about being apart of, if they did not charge for classes- Lululemon does not acknowledge them as worthy enough for their discount. There are some people out there who do not charge for classes simply because they just enjoy helping others less fortunate. Some get certified just for that- to help others heal. However, if they are not helping boost sales, then Lululemon will not help them the same way they help those advertising to the select few who can afford their products. I LOVE this store. It's HUGE. Wonderful women's section with more style clothing than just activewear. They have intimates too, which I LOVE! Their little bralettets are made with the softest material Ive ever felt. My tats are always happy in these. The men's section is very large as well, compared to so many other LuLus we have been to. Every time we come in to the Bellevue LuLu my husband always has to buy something. Which is great because he never gets a large selection to choose from! I love that if they don't have something in stock, they will order it for you and have it shipped to your home right there, free of charge. The girls at ALL of the Lulu's Ive been to are always real quality employees. Asking if they can help you find anything, they always have so much product knowledge, and literally a solution for ANY problem I have weather it be fit, texture, out of stock, a rip in the material. And these girls are so different. They are always so sweet too! This particular trip I just brought in some pants where the seems had busted. They are my FAVORITE pants ever. My "Spartan" pants (because Im always wearing them to my OCR's) and their design is pretty bad ass too. Anyway, I was really bummed the seems busted and before I threw them away, I did some research and found out that you could bring them to a store and they will fix them for you! I had noticed before that the Bellevue store had this, sewing area inside of it and wasn't entirely sure what it was for, but now it was all coming together. So I brought in my pants, and they took them and said they would be ready in a few days. My next day off was the following weekend where I brought in my little ticket stub they had given me and BOOM, my pants were as good as new! Free of charge! I was over the moon. After seeing that my husband refuses to buy any other activewear from anywhere else because buying lulu is buying a quality piece-for life. And he also never complains about the price now either. I absolutely loved the original align leggings. The fabric was buttery soft. I never had to pull up the leggings and because I wear them as under scrubs, could sleep in them with no discomfort. Not so for the new fabric they are using for the latest batch of align leggings I bought.
