Great experience. Walked in and asked where I could find socks. The associate was friendly and helpful with my questions. I saw a cute card case for my workout bag and scooped the last one up! Waiting in line was quick and they send your receipt in email. Perfect! No paper to shove in my tote bag! It's easy to shop here and everything is so pretty! I've been shopping online and miss this fun store!

Purchased a 128$ jacket and was sent a security device attached to the jacket! Then this month I purchased a e-gift card and they money was taken out of my bank account but is saying it didn't go through when there was more than enough money in my account. Customer service isn't any help what so ever!

The Guest Education Centre Employee who works here at Lululemon Bellevue on May 25, 2024 is extremely incompetent and used the wrong account (mine) to make an order for another client in another country. I went through hell with Lululemon to rectify this. I still see this person's info on my account. Atrocious experience, this employee should be reprimanded for making such a HUGE error and privacy breach. I tried calling lululemon GEC and been getting the nonstop runaround and spent HOURS sorting this out for their mistake. Why did you do this to me, and no accountability. I also reached out to the privacy department at Lululemon but they did not get back to me either. This is for order c171667661946145. I had a very disappointing experience at Aritzia Bellevue Square…read more I visited the store at the end of January to shop for my birthday and purchased a few items, including the Heritage Merino Wool 1/4 Zip Sweater. After just one wash, the sweater shrank significantly in the torso, which was surprising given the price and quality I expected. When I returned to the store on May 1 to ask about possible options, the first associate I spoke with was kind and patient. She explained that the sweater is made of delicate wool and that shrinkage can happen if it goes through the washer and dryer. As a new Aritzia customer, I shared that I wasn't aware of the care requirements and felt disappointed. She offered to call the manager, which I appreciated--but unfortunately, that's where the experience went downhill. The manager responded in a dismissive and rude tone, saying "it's all on the tag" and that nothing could be done. When my husband mentioned that the tag is small and not always easy to read for first-time customers, she smirked, flipped the sweater inside out, and said, "I can read it." This felt condescending and unnecessary. At no point was there any effort to show empathy or understanding. I left the store feeling offended and upset, which is not something anyone expects after making a purchase from a premium brand.
