Let me start off by saying that I don't frequently shop at Lululemon, since a lot of their attire is out of my price range. I did get lucky at a recent visit where I found a cute strappy tank on sale for 40% off, and I love the quality of that tank! After buying that top, I can totally see why people love sporting Lululemon gear. The real reason why I'm writing this review are their sales associates. They have to be some of the friendliest SAs I've encountered, and it doesn't come off in a forced manner. Not only are they helpful, they also aren't aggressive in trying to sell you merchandise. That alone makes me want to shop at Lululemon when I am ready to splurge on new workout gear. The Bellevue location also hosts fun events. I went to one not long ago where they were complimentary chair massages and juice samplings. read more

Oh lulu how I love you. Definitely pricey gear but well worth it! I've been wearing lulu for 3 years and outfits I've bought since the beginning are still going strong! It's the only thing i wear to bikram yoga, and it is the most durable clothing I've found. I recommend washing your gear inside out, and avoid the dryer. Your lulu gear will have a long and happy life sweating it out with you in yoga (or screw the yoga if it isn't your bag and look cutie cute at the gym or around town) :) Sales aren't really advertised, but look hard and you'll find some unlabeled sales racks sneakily hiding in the corner. I went in to the store to browse and or maybe get a gift for a friend. A petite asian associate asked me what im shopping for today and i just said looking for a gift. I went to the cashier and asking for my healthcare discount and denied me because it was for a gift. So how would you know that it wasn't for me or its for a gift? The associates here are very rude. I purchased a gift certificate for my grand daughter online only to discover that I had made it for the wrong amount. I had the certificate sent to me so I could present it to her, so she has never seen it. I contacted Lululemon and requested they cancel this gift certificate so I could purchase the correct amount only to be told (after a very long wait) that they were handled by a third party and could not be refunded! THEY NEVER REFUNDED ME-DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Lululemon has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered two items as a Christmas gift in early December. I noticed a typo on the address so I quickly emailed to adjust. The response was so dismissive and didn't address anything in my original email nor fix the issue. So, I emailed again...same cold, dismissive response. After receiving 3 of the practically the same basic and unhelpful response from three different people, I sent a scathing email. Finally a response that made sense AFTER FOUR TRIES. I was issued a "refund" in early January. I thought I was done having to pry answers out of this company but I had emailed again in February after not receiving it within the 10 days they promised. It is now March- TWO MONTHS AFTER THE ISSUED REFUND AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY REFUND. Please do not order from this company. Go look at multiple sites for reviews and you will see that there is pages of people dealing with this same fraudulent company. The irony is they focus on health & wellness yet put their customers through hell for issues that have a very simple resolution. My wife received a gift card for Lululemon for Christmas. She went online to use the card and when she removed the metallic strip covering the gift card number, several of the numbers stuck to the strip and couldn't be read. She called Lululemon customer support. They said she had to take a picture of the card and email it in. A few days later, she received an email asking to again explain the problem. Again she explained what the issue was. Nd resent a picture of the card and the receipt of purchase. When she didn't hear from them for 6 days she recalled. She was told by the Lululemon representative that there was nothing they could do because they couldn't tell that it was a Lululemon gift card. Located in Bellevue Square Mall, this store seems to always be busy for a great reason. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and really takes the time to explain how their products work and what line is the best one for your needs. The prices are higher then other stores, but keep in mind, you are not only paying for the brand name, but for the quality of the product and the fact they stand behind them (of course if you use them as intended). Although I did not make a purchase, I look forward to my first luluemon item and am appreciative of the staff who takes the time to answer questions and really seem passionate and care about their products and brand. read more

Every time I come into this specific location it's like it's such a pain to help their costumers. I had a return and the lady proceeded to tell me I need to do this and that for the return and that I was making it harder to do the online returns without the receipt. Ok well I've done the same thing at other location and never had a problem. I always give my online account info. And I always have the card I use. And never had a problem at any other lululemon store. Also it's like no one ever needs to help you here. You always feel judged. Again just this specific location. I have been to two other Lulu stores in the past two years and this one has got to be my favourite! First of all, I really don't like shopping in stores where I FEEL pressured to purchase something every time I go in BUT I also don't like shopping in stores where I feel I'm not getting ANY type of customer service whatsoever. This store has the perfect medium to it. Each time I've gone in, I've been greeted with a hello and left at that before a minute or two of looking goes by and I'm then asked if I'm doing alright and have any questions... I don't feel like I'm being followed around or watched, but I don't feel like I'm forgotten either. I specifically wrote this review though to talk about how I received a pair of pants from my boyfriend who cut the tags off before I received them. I was nervous about returning them because I knew one of their policies was that tags needed to be attached. When I came in, a sales associate (I can't remember her name unfortunately but she was SO helpful!) asked if I had any questions after looking at a few pairs of pants on their wall. I told her my sitch and she told me they could totally do an exchange! I had been so worried since the tag was off (but I still had it) and was asking on the Lulu live chat online and even employees from other stores what I could do but the process was so simple and easy. I bought pants at the Lululemon in Southcenter. I read online that Lululemon offers free tailoring without receipts, so a couple weeks later I brought the pants in to the Bellevue Square location without the receipt. I got fitted and then when the woman was writing the slip to pick it up, she asked to see a receipt. I left the tag on the pants, so she was thinking I just took it from the rack. She said she will trust me and hope that karma comes back to me... whatever that means. Very awkward situation. read more

I've been to all other locations in the area and had excellent service. There was no one around to help me with clothes after standing and waiting for awhile. I had to wait for someone to come over to the dressing room also and they never checked on me even though I needed new sizes. Also got my name wrong. Won't be coming back. The saturation level of Lululemon has just about reached the point where it's intolerable. The store is always a madhouse, people damn near coming to blows over the right style or color. If you're (the daughter of) a 1%, and think of yoga pants as a fashion statement, then you need to look no further. Literally had the worst experience of my shopping life . To start they have the music WAY to loud. It's loud enough at Christmas time. I drove all the way out from Seattle to pick stuff out for my husband to pick up tomorrow on his one hour break as we have an infant daughter at home. I begged, offered to leave my credit card number. Keep in mind I own about a zillion dollars of Lulu gear....when I explained this to the manager she said I can't hold it for him, not even for one night, like she couldn't make anything work. Unreal. Pretty much she offered to call him with the stuff and have him purchase it over the phone?? Makes no sense to me. The is the second bad experience I've had at the bellevue store, don't have time for it, over prices for bad customer service and a loud messy store. I've worked in retail for several years and I know it's a very taxing job and there are bad days. However, you MUST treat customers with respect, and if you can't have a good attitude, you need to change industries. My boyfriend went in to exchange pants for me that are tearing at the seams. We've acknowledged that I wore them, but for the price, these aren't leggings that should be tearing at the seams. We didn't ask for money back or anything beyond unreasonable, just an exchange or a store credit. Stacy and her employees were super unwilling to assist. Not much about this place has changed in the last three years since my review, other than the fact that my ass has been looking increasingly luscious in their yoga pants at the expense of creating an emphatic camel-toe. Then when I go up a size, all of their pants on me either look like over-sized bell bottoms or straight-legged maternity pants. In order to avoid any social contact with their sales associates because it gets me irritated on an indescribable level, I prefer shopping here when I look like a poor, disgruntled, snaggle-toothed skag. In other words, just really fugly and they will avoid you like a loaded-up, soggy shit sandwich. I admittedly own and like specific items from Lululemon because they are very, very functional and practical. Yoga? Nobody's got time for that shit. If you can find the right fit, the pants alone are great for holiday dinners, accommodating a woman's bleeding cycle, concealment of thigh cheese, and a clever device to hook desperate man-boys who will deposit unlimited kombucha and coconut water into your cleavage like a monsoon. When I see girls wearing some of the revolting patterns they have for their shirts and yoga pants, they resemble a walking billboard for abstinence. Bless their naive, confused souls. No one finds patterns like that attractive that look like it came from the ripped leather seats inside a beat-up Volvo that was repoed from the ghetto. I can't pinpoint the exact science but this place is a convergence zone for attitudes as foul as cow manure. Half of the women who will not even think twice about trampling over everyone else for a piece of their sales rack think they are the hottest thing since Jennifer Lawrence's skintight, red dress, which is a hallucination that not even a stupid person could fabricate in their imagination. Figure out exactly what you need, go in looking your worst, buy it and get out. read more

Mixed feelings. + Sweet designs. They are flattering, they work wonderfully for wicking sweat off your body for running, yoga, etc. and they look awesome. - Sweatshops. I prefer to avoid sweatshop labor. Lululemon once manufactured their clothes in Vancouver, Canada. Vancouver is close by, so if you really want to have a better understanding why Lululemon is so great, go to Vancouver. The staff in Vancouver will assist you and explain the differences in the styles and how the store is laid out. Plus it will be a good excuse for a short weekend trip. I wanted to leave my mark and played out my passive aggressive side (I was on vacation with limited time) and left the store flipping over the flip flops in the front display. I don't know what is up with these reviews but I'll give you an accurate review. My mom shops here. My sister shops here. My aunt shops here. We all had pleasant experiences, especially with customer service. Yeah, this is a chain establishment. So reviewing about their prices and products are useless. But I'll give my 2 cent. Prices are beyond CRAZY. Yes expensive, expensive, expensive. We got that out of the way? Yes, if you want to complain about prices, walk yourself to Target where you can buy it for $10. Why bother coming in then. I can't afford most of the stuff but I'm not going whine like a baby about it. Now about the review that said it is "prejudice to short people"? Really? They hem for FREE. You pick it up in three days and BAM you got a perfect fitted pants. I'm under 5 feet so I have to get my pants adjusted at most stores so I know all about "prejudice to short people" Just get over it. Who freakin cares. The employees are extremely nice and helpful. Always all smiling and positive. What more do you want. It's not their fault that the products are not priced how you want it to be. Sometimes they have yoga class for free in the morning on weekends! Hope they do more of those, it was enjoyable experience. Lastly, the products. Most people complain because they don't PROPERLY wash their products. Don't wash with towels, jean and coats. Don't use fabric softener. Wash with light items. Received a zip up hoodie for my birthday. It was a new style and cute on however part of the fabric is so thin that somehow in the wash it ripped a hole in the first month!! For a hoodie priced at $130, that is ridiculous! I have 2 small children and work 50 plus hours so it took me another couple months to get in and try to exchange or return the hoodie. When I went to the counter, the girl tried to accuse me of possibly taking advantage of their system and would do nothing for me. She said they've been getting a lot of "shady returns" lately as if I may be one of them. The hoodie I was trying to exchange was a new style and was obvious that I hadn't had it long. Obviously I didn't have a receipt because it was a gift. I have 2 newer pairs of leggings from here and both have strings coming off the hem around the waist. Terrible customer service and terrible quality! Nordstrom proves once again to be worth the money because they stand by everything they sell and treat you like royalty. The reason for 2 stars is that the store is at least clean and when you're buying something, they at least give you a lot of attention. read more

Everyone knows their women's clothing line but I'm particularly impressed with what they've got to offer the guys. I do appreciate the wonders of yoga pants but their men's line has become my preferred clothing both for working out and for regular daily wear. The Silverescent clothing are particularly nice - they simply will never stink. They don't allow the bacteria that smells to grow... something my wife appreciates, a lot. The service and help I receive in the stores is excellent, particularly the Bellevue store. The only downside is the prices - this stuff isn't cheap. I get that it's a premium product, but it's still priced higher than I feel like it should be for what you get. That said, they sell plenty of it so obviously that price point isn't hurting them. read more

**this is a review of their in-store yoga class and not the actual store itself I joined some friends for their in-store Sunday morning yoga session twice now and both times was quite enjoyable, but it may be because of the particular instructor Tina. I'm not a complete novice to yoga but my first time doing yoga at the store definitely kicked my butt! The week after when the store had their first 50 in the class get a free mat promotion I had an easier time keeping up with the pace. I have to admit I'm not sure how clean the floors are (thank goodness for mats though) but there is hand sanitizer available (at least at the old location). It would be great if the website would list what level of yoga the class is because I felt it was a bit more intermediate than beginners. All of that aside, I'll still go to Tina's classes, I just hope she's still there past September! Also the fact that the classes are FREE is a huge bonus to waking up early on a Sunday morning! read more

Later on she opened the box after returning home and realized the wrong underwear was in the box. Never been unhappy. I've been wearing Lulu for many years now. I think my first little zip track jacket I purchased in 2010, and it just this year (2016) developed holes in the elbows. I recently just bought a replacement. $120 for something that lasted me 6 years?! That's pretty great in my opinion. I have leggings/wunder under capris and full length that I have had just as long as that jacket that are still holding up strong. I love all the fun patterns they have been coming out with over the last few years. I love the Wild tanks, that have open backs with fun straps. My husband and I recently relocated from Seattle, where it doesn't get super hot, to Cali, where it does get super hot. I am wearing a lot less of my full leggings and have had to buy some shorts! I love love love wunder under 5" shorts and the run times shorts 4". Pretty much the best shorts ever. The absolute worst part is if there is something you love, and you don't buy it, you may never see it again OR if something you love comes to the end of its clothing life, you will not see another one, so you better fall in love with a "replacement". ;) read more
