The men's shoe department employees could have been a bit friendlier, as the service felt somewhat reserved. My biggest disappointment was the selection, especially for sandals, which was noticeably smaller than what I've seen at the Downtown Seattle and Bellevue Nordstrom locations. A clothing boutique for women of all ages with hip, sexy but not trashy, fun, colorful and unique apparel, not to mention the most fun trucker caps (I've got three so far) and other fun accessories for yourself or for friends. The volume at which the owner spoke was completely distracting. 4. Put price tags on things. There were some super cute knee high socks that I kept gravitating to, but contained no price tag nor was there any signage about the product. People do not like having to ask for the price of things. Be kind and label them. We have no intention of returning. Feeling sad and frustrated. I see a lot of parallels between these two stores: both are huge chains, found in malls across the country; both cater to the same, young demographic; both carry trendy wares, and super inexpensive prices; the merchandise in both, though fun and current, is usually poorly made and not really designed to last long; and, in both, stores are often in a semi-state of disarray and it's hard to find a salesperson to help you out,. If you know what to expect going in, you won't be disappointed. And, yes, there are lots of cool treasures to find here! T-shirts, flip-flops, belts, cell phone cases and chargers, maxi skirts, undies, hats, fun socks.... You name it, it's here. The make-up and jewelry seem to be of questionable quality (i.e., I'm not sure I'd put this make-up on my face), but how can you beat a $1 pair of flip-flops? Really, you can't!
