We thought it was an address, but my husband googled it and got nothing. So I went into The Loft and met an angel named Joanne. I told her my situation and showed her the stickie note. She explained that the number was the passcode to the public restroom and pointed out its location, but said I could use their restroom. She said she understood what I was going through. I was so incredibly grateful because I had to change my undergarment, and I'm certain that the public restroom would not have been as spacious and clean as the Loft's bathroom was. They even had wipes! I'm so very grateful for Joanne and her incredible empathy. Thank you for hiring her.

They have great smells from the ocean to the state there you can smell cotton candy. You can smell ocean Shores. You can smell coconut. This smells go on and on how can you decide which ones you want there's so many wonderful ones. And the great thing about this place is they have a app and when you use your phone number you get great deals so next time you walk into there, you can get things off and things for free. The employees are amazing. The parking is great and the price is right at my alley from candles to perfumes to body washes and scrubs from lotions, hand, sanitizers, and more. My personal favorite is the candles in the plug-ins. They even have laundry detergent there amazing.

I felt soooo bad for all the hardworking employees dealing with the intense heat with no proper AC. These poor souls had to deal with it on a regular basis. My question now is what is the mall doing to assist this specific store?? I am sure that this store pays a good significant amount for rent for their space. I visited Kid to Kid twice in one week and had an overall good experience. The first time I just stopped in to kill some time and picked up a couple of items for my kids. Most of the stuff they sell here is really great quality and is reasonably priced. For my youngest I got two pairs of pants and a long sleeve shirt, and for my middle I got a pair of jeans and brand new Halloween bow by the checkstand (they gottt me), all for $25. Definitely affordable! I stopped in later in the week to drop off a huge tote of clothes that I've been discarding as my youngest has grown out of them. The selling process is fairly easy - you drop off, they process the clothes, and then give you a call to let you know how much store credit or cash they'd like to offer. I decided to take the store credit offer because it was definitely decent and because I know I'll be back to shop again! It's also nice that whatever they decide they don't want/isn't in season, they'll donate to local non-profits so I don't have to handle picking it up and dropping it back off somewhere else. The store is organized nicely and they have a ton to look through for all ages. My only gripe is that each time I've gone in, the staff hasn't been the friendliest. Retail definitely can be hard work though, so it's possible they were just having overwhelming days. Looking forward to returning and shopping again!

The girls were great about fetching other sizes or swapping similar items if they didn't have it in that size. Really cute clothes. All of the employees were really friendly and there was a lot of cute, well priced clothing and accessories. And their jewelry was my favorite!! I'd never been in a Francesca's before and I'll definitely be back to this location because of their awesome customer service. They also have a military discount which isn't common in young women's clothing stores that I've been to, that was great as well.

The sales racks are super cheap with promotional deals, like buy one, get one items. It's made getting gifts easy here. Last time I visited I was able to find some tanks for me, with The Breakfast Club gang. That's primarily why I like Hot Topic. I've been able to find apparel with classic films or bands that I'm a fan of for the cheap. It's worth a gander, especially if you're into pop culture. I'm not really cool or hip, so imagine if you are. You'll find a lot more items to like here. In addition to apparel, they have accessories, Funkos, stickers, key chains and other random items. I also love that they are super dog-friendly. Staff here are always friendly and social.

He was friendly, listened well and wasn't pushy. He helped me find a Vader shirt in my size, even though I didn't like the style, it was nice of him to look for me. This store has a lot of t-shirts and fan clothes and not much in other merchandise compared to other Hot Topics. Granted, it is in the outlet mall.
