I like coming here on weekdays where there's still cute clothes left and nobody to be in my way while shopping. It's organized here making it really easy to find what I'm looking for, occasionally I catch the $20 any dress and romper sale which I absolutely love wearing dresses all season because it's less work to come up with a top and bottom to wear. The quality is slightly better than Wet Seal or Forever 21. They have cute underwear that are always some sort of 5 for $12ish deal and of course, after digging forever in the bucket, you're only going to find 4 in your size that you like and have to be stuck with a random tacky polka dot pattern. I also recommend getting thongs a size up so it doesn't hug your ***** so tight that it's extremely uncomfortable and non-breathable. Tell me about your experience if you've been here or is going to after reading this review:) read more

Warning Read my review - The new company that now owns Charlottw Russe is a scam. The signs on racks have a $ amount or 50% off that doesn't actually partake to most of the items on the rack. They have a rack that says $5 but when you go up to the registers the items I got on that rack were $10 and $15. None of the sale signs are actually indicating that those items on that rack are on sale. There was ONE of the 9+ styles on the while racks on sale(I checked after arguing with them). ALSO when looking at the receipt at the register saying I was overcharged they refused to refund and said the sales are only for select items and there's no refunds. Do not shop here. They said there only way to know if an item is actually on sale is at the register lol read more

Service was 8.5/10, the selection was probably 100/10 making up for the service. The Value of each outfit was perfect, it looks long laying and i'm excited to wear it! read more

I like coming here to this store because you can always find cute clothes here. Everything is generally organized which I love. It makes shopping easier. But today, when I was trying on some clothes, the fitting room was sooooo dirty and dusty. It seems like no one sweeps... ewwwww. Like come on guys. It's really not that hard. It was just hard to not get my feet all dirty when I was just trying on some clothes. Other than that, the selections are great. Price range is good with the deals that goes on read more

I asked for a price check on a shirt that I found multiple of on the clearance rack, that happened to not be on clearance. I let the sales associates know that there were more in that section so they wouldn't have to deal with another customer asking the same thing and move them as I have worked in retail myself and was simply trying to be helpful. While walking away, BOTH female sales associates conversed about how they think I look like a nasty drug user, as if I couldn't hear them or see the rude looks they were giving me. I was pushing my son in a stroller, and accompanied by two friends and our other child. We ALL heard you. We will NEVER shop at your store location again. Thanks for the experience this Holiday season. Have a Happy New Year! read more

Was happy to see that the store opened up again, however was very disappointed. Management team has no idea what they're doing. The associates are not helpful at all. When I went into the fitting room, one of the associates was just sitting in the back on her phone. The store is very messy and looks like it won't be getting cleaned up anytime soon considering how unprofessional they are. Won't be coming back again. read more

To say my friend and I experienced terrible customer service is an understatement. So as we are shopping through here we didt get the normal "welcome" or "can I help you find something" or any type of greeting but thats fine. The issue is when we tried to ask where an item was the first employee we dealt with just point to the back corner of the store and said its somewhere back there. OK, she could have took us over there to show us exactly but when we asked her again after we couldnt find it she just did the same. So we look for another employee, well I come up on 2 who were too busy chatting and laughing like they were hanging out instead of working. So onto finding another employee, we had to grab the lady working at the cash wrap / register / the wrap / whatever this stores term for it was, anyhow she was helpful and it turns out the item we original wanted to find wasnt in the back corner but along the wall in the middle section of the store. Now did anyone ask us if we needed help finding a size or let us know they could check in the back if a size isnt out here or if we need a room....nope. Now were they super busy with lots of customers and they're just behind (it sure didnt seem that way as there was maybe 3 other people in the store) or is it stock day where their super busy refilling the store or were they going through a visuals/product change on the floor.....nope. Well to say this was a catastrophic disaster and failure in customer service, sales and just flat out work ethic in the retail industry is another understatement. Needless to say this Charlotte Russe is not one that we'll be returning to. read more

Customer service is complete trash. I waited 20 minutes just to get an associates attention to grab a shoe size for me. They weren't even busy, they were just ignoring me. The store wasn't that busy at all, another lady asked for help & a store associate raised her voice & said "hold on I'm doing something right now, there are only 2 of us!" Another woman with a toddler asked if she could toss her apple juice box away kindly & the associate said "no we don't throw away liquids in the store" They were very rude to me & ignored me for 20 actual minutes, not making eye contact & pretending like they couldn't hear me saying excuse me. Ladies save your time, spend your $ elsewhere!! Service is absolute trash. read more

Every time I come in here, I am disappointed by service. And I vow to never come in again. And then I do, because they have such good sales. Last time I came in, I got two scarves for $10. What a steal! It's seriously a struggle every time I need to get run up. Unless, of course, there is a line. In which case, the line is always extraordinarily long. This extraordinarily long line 85% of the time makes me double-think why I am buying what I am... so I leave it. Problem solved. This is one of the only couple places that I REGULARLY do not say thank you when I leave. (And I worked retail for 13 years and had a strict-on-manners upbringing, so I actually have to THINK about NOT saying thank you.) If shipping wasn't $6.99, I'd shop online. read more

The worst customer service. Everybody gives zero energy and looks very bothered to be at work.. I've never seen so many unsmiling faces in customer service. Zero customer service, couldn't find anyone for the register... and then when somebody finally came- pretty sure she only said 2 words.. the total, and if I wanted a bag.. smh read more

My first impression was that it has cute clothes for a great price, however I went to stand in line to checkout and when I got to the front they only took card which was fine but they should have that stated somewhere for other customers to see before shopping. I continued to check out and the employee was very rude and practically threw my bag towards me and said, "Have a good day", making no eye contact and in a annoyed tone. The employees are so rude. I won't be going back. read more

Very rude and disrespectful management team! They don't know what they are doing. Workers talking on the phone while working, cussing on the sales floor, dusty fitting rooms. HOPE YALL GO BANKRUPT AGAIN #FOREVER21 read more

I gave 4 stars for this place due to their customer service. I used to love this store when I was in high school but since I'm in my early/mid 20's, I can never find anything I would wear in this store besides shorts/shoes. I did buy a pair of combat/riding boots here for $30 and I received sooo many compliments for such cheap pair of shoes! Except the faux leather smell NEVER goes away. It gave me such a headache! But they have a huge variety of shoes for such a cheap price. They seem to always have a deal - buy 2nd pair for $10 or $15. The quality isn't amazing but compared to ForeverXXI, I prefer this store because the associates are ALWAYS so nice and helpful! The dressing rooms are huge, fairly clean and organized. There isn't any clothing left in the dressing room or broken doors/chairs. Although, some of the clothes are pretty expensive since its quality is pretty bad. Also, if you know someone in the military, you get a 10% discount if they show their ID. read more

This is for the website portion of CR. Purchased a jacket for $30.00. Ordered a small, maybe the specific brand runs REALLY large, wherever the case, it was huge. Went to return it via snail mail, as the closest store is 2-3 hrs away. It's $15.00 to mail it back. Contacted CR customer service to see if they could sent a prepaid mailer, as all the online places I shop from do. Explained the situation and that going to a store is not an option. Was given a blanket statement email that I have to return it on my dime or I could look for a store. What part of- going to a store isn't a option wasn't clear to this person? Point being, now if I want to get my $30.00, well $15.00 back, I have to mail it it on my dime. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Never shopping here again. Lesson learned. read more

I went in today to see if anything had changed from April of last year only to find out that it has gotten WORSE! When two saleswomen saw me struggling to get a necklace, looked at each other and did not help me and they were talking about going to a Halloween party but the last thing on their mind was doing their job. Then, I waited in line 15 minutes and the saleswoman turned her name tag around blatantly right in front of me. That was an interesting move. I know it well among people who have and give bad service. Then, I asked for a Manager, and she said that there was no Manager. She said "It does not matter anyway,b/c she is not here." I said, "It does matter, I want to know." Then, two other women (the ones who did not help me) came over to pretend they were being helpful and gave me the Manager's name. I got it and left. I have been in customer service for 28 years and have won awards in good service. I know what good service is. This is horrific. I am not going back in here. Period. They also used to have better stuff. They don't anymore. They are and were disgusting in their actions. read more

This place is always trashed, like no one is ever on the floor organizing anything and the employees are super rude. I was standing in line and legit saw someone stick something in their pocket and walk right out, I let the cashier know and she did absolutely nothing. They do not care about customer service or the store. read more

Like someone else said, this place is hit or miss. I don't like the fact that CR doesn't seem to respond to critiques in their customer service surveys? It's like the don't care, but whatever, it's not like this is my default clothing store. I took a survey a few months ago because the cashier my sister and I got was one of the least friendliest cashiers ever. She practically threw our bag at us as we left, barely talked to us during the transaction (she chatted up the person before us), and didn't even say anything when we left ("Have a nice day") would've been nice? I wouldn't normally be annoyed by this, but I've worked in retail and food services, and if you're going to be like that, you shouldn't work in a customer service position at all, period. read more

Walked in early one morning and looked around. I've always had a thing for looking like Blair Waldorf from Gossip Girl and her clothing style seems to be replicated right here in Charlotte Russe for way cheaper, although I wouldn't set my foot into Forever 21. Now, I've been looking around for the perfect tote bag, something simple, yet it's good to carry around everywhere. It has to be the perfect size, not too big, not too small, so I could carry my laptop around and it also has to be business appropriate. I went in here, checked out their handbags, and there it was, a grey coloured tote bag with ruffles and leather handles. This was it, this was the bag that I've been looking for. It was 50% off, so I got it for $10!!! What a steal! I've worn it to conferences, with dresses, anything. Every time that I look at it, I smile and think about what a treasure I have found and that my perfect tote bag hunt is finally over, after a few years. read more

Love this place for their variety of SHOES SHOES SHOES! And they have some cute dresses here too! But Im a regular for their shoes and dresses and shirts wherever I can find them and recently their iphone phone cases! WHOOO see you there! read more

Store is so dirty. Clothes on floor laying in dust bunnies. Grab a broom and pan and get busy!

Hit and miss. Those are the words for Charlotte Russe. When they are good, they are phenomenal and I want to buy everything. When they're a bit off, I can't find one single thing I'd ever wear. Fortunately, they're more on than off. Check them out for the accessories especially! read more

This is my favorite store for hair accessories, bracelets, and basic clothing. I went about a week ago and the person who helped me out was super nice and went out of her way to help me, even though she was clearly busy with a task. I returned there this past weekend when one of my friends wanted to go and the sales associate who rang up my purchase was a bit rude. She gave me dirty looks when I mentioned that one of the items were mispriced, which wasn't my fault at all. I can't really give this store less than four stars though, because the products are indeed nice and they do have great customer service most of the time. read more

went in there today. a bit kinda messy but i loved their dresses. i also loved their jewelry area

I was just recently on vacation in Washington state shopping with my daughter, spent $150.00, got back home to Texas and the leggings I had bought have a huge hole in the leg, first and last time visiting this store. read more
