Then once I had items to try on I waited and no one came for an assistance.i had to interupt the chat party at the register. And of course no one came to follow up as well and had to head back out to try to find another pair. And then once again chat party at the register and one employee helping a customer while I waited and they all were chatting and no acknowledgment again. Until the customer being helped said something and apologized. By that point I was uncomfortable and then turned off by how rude they all were. And the lack of knowledge about any of the product or inventory just added to the whole disappointing experience from start to finish. I honestly was so disappointed and just disgusted with the utter lack of customer service the whole time. I shouldn't have even bought anything and should've gone to Auburn location where it's always great, but this location was closer to home. Absolutely not recommending this location. I will take the trip to Auburn just for the better service.

Uhhh...these pajamas are for my four year old son. Employee: Ok, what's his phone number? Me: Are you serious? He's 4 years old! Employee: Age doesn't matter, we can still send him the deals. What's his number? Me: Are you kidding me? My 4 year old doesn't have a phone! They have shoes, purses, fancy sparkly accessories (cheaper than Claire's.) They also have super cute summer clothes to wear under the cap & gown for grad ceremony. One thing I liked is their website has an extensive selection, but sometimes you could find the dress in the store to try on and even if it was the wrong size they could order it for you and have it shipped to your house for free because they're based in California. It took about 3 - 4 business days to get my shoes that I needed in a certain size and a dress that I needed. So if you plan a little bit in advance and they don't have your size they can check inventory and order it for you so you can get within 3 to 4 days you should have it if you're in WA. You'll be notified when the order ships and when your order is expected delivery + a tracking number to watch for it. The girls that work there are sweet, helpful, but not hovering, and will show you what they have if you ask for something particular.

Being without clothes, they wanted to open my curtain and saying if I don't hurry up they will come in and kick me out. Once i had my clothes on and ready to go, they followed me outside the store and i told the manager why was this happening and she gave me a very NASTY look and IGNORED me. The two male cops kept following me until I was at the food court on my way out. This is very unexceptional, unexpected and inexcusable.

Second I was paying for my daughters scrubs and when I asked them to log in to my account and gave my badge to get a 10 % that is affiliated so the lady just said oh ma'am we cannot your your badge coz she's using the scrubs!
