I handed the cashier a drink that was empty she told me I could toss it the " manager " grabbed the drink and demanded I throw it away outside even if it had already been in the trash. I threw my drink away but thought it could've been handled more professionally letting staff know after the fact of their mistakes instead of taking it out on the customer and making the customer feel uncomfortable. I work next door and I've handled situations like these by correcting after the customer leaves.

I told her I had just been shopping there, but she just went to her other coworker and wrote a four digit number on a stickie note and gave it to me. In poor English, she told me it was the number for the public restroom down the street. We thought it was an address, but when my husband googled it, nothing came up. So I asked a worker at The Loft if she knew what it was, and she said it was the code to the public restroom. She pointed out where it was, but said I could use their restroom, saying she understood my situation. Her empathy made my day. I will never go into a Chico's again.

I visited Kid to Kid twice in one week and had an overall good experience. The first time I just stopped in to kill some time and picked up a couple of items for my kids. Most of the stuff they sell here is really great quality and is reasonably priced. For my youngest I got two pairs of pants and a long sleeve shirt, and for my middle I got a pair of jeans and brand new Halloween bow by the checkstand (they gottt me), all for $25. Definitely affordable! I stopped in later in the week to drop off a huge tote of clothes that I've been discarding as my youngest has grown out of them. The selling process is fairly easy - you drop off, they process the clothes, and then give you a call to let you know how much store credit or cash they'd like to offer. I decided to take the store credit offer because it was definitely decent and because I know I'll be back to shop again! It's also nice that whatever they decide they don't want/isn't in season, they'll donate to local non-profits so I don't have to handle picking it up and dropping it back off somewhere else. The store is organized nicely and they have a ton to look through for all ages. My only gripe is that each time I've gone in, the staff hasn't been the friendliest. Retail definitely can be hard work though, so it's possible they were just having overwhelming days. Looking forward to returning and shopping again!

I was so incredibly grateful because I had to change my undergarment, and I'm certain that the public restroom would not have been as spacious and clean as the Loft's bathroom was. They have great smells from the ocean to the state there you can smell cotton candy. You can smell ocean Shores. You can smell coconut. This smells go on and on how can you decide which ones you want there's so many wonderful ones. And the great thing about this place is they have a app and when you use your phone number you get great deals so next time you walk into there, you can get things off and things for free. The employees are amazing. The parking is great and the price is right at my alley from candles to perfumes to body washes and scrubs from lotions, hand, sanitizers, and more. My personal favorite is the candles in the plug-ins. They even have laundry detergent there amazing.

I visited BoxLunch while I was at the Southcenter mall. The display window caught my eye. When I stepped in I saw that though the space is a decent size, every inch of the store is used up, to hold stock. Lots to see here! Since BoxLunch is all about trends, a lot of the items here was Disney, Star Wars, and some other trendy TV shows and movies. I nearly missed The Office swag that I was seeking, but I saw that they had an area just for The Office, which these days, is hard to find. They had Schrute Farms apparel, mugs, games, office stationary, etc... It's the most Office-themed items I've seen in a physical store. I will definitely plan to be back to stock up on items from my favorite TV show! I'm glad to have discovered a BoxLunch, which is one of those places where once you start browsing around, you'll spot something perfect for a gift for a loved one or you! When we went to pay he gave us the military then rudely said. For next time, it's active military only that gets the discount. I said, really ? We get military discount everywhere we go it's literally 10% off and my husband has been serving the army for 12 years now! He then rudely replied, "It's illegal in the state of Washington to give military dependents the discount!" Ummm... we are his immediate family we deserve the discount just as much as him. We suffer through all the deployments and such. So much for serving the country. Ungrateful idiots who work in this store!
