I usually book an appointment, they do have walk ins available but if you don't want to gamble on an open fitting room, I would book an appointment. Anyone with a larger cup size knows that most stores don't stock those sizes outside of online. It's also the easiest way to try on bras without needing to buy and return. The fitters know their stuff. The most recent visit, the fitter was able to correctly guess my size without a measuring tape. The bras here are not necessarily cheap or at least not the ones I've bought. Bras in this cup range tend to be in that $50-100 price range. A lot of them are European brands. They do carry brands like wacol or natori which you can potentially find cheaper at Nordstrom. I come here because I know those brands don't work for me.

It's honestly kind of crazy that in my 33 years of life, I went so long without actually having a bra that fits me properly. The women who work here are incredibly knowledgeable. Both times I've gone in, I was helped by, I believe, Hailey, and she made me feel so welcomed and comfortable right away. What amazed me the most is how quickly she could figure out my correct bra size. She'll take a look at your back, see you in the bra you came in wearing, and then bring you an option she thinks will work. The first time she did that, I was shocked. How would she act know my size without even using a measuring tape? It was like magic. She came back with two bras to try on, and my mind was blown after the first bra she brought fit me like it was made for me!!! I can't explain the feeling you have once you wear a bra that actually fits you. Like you thought you were a bra that fit you until that moment. You're like, "Whoa! This is what it feels like. " It's crazy and out of this world to explain. It's honestly impressive how experienced and skilled they are. They also do such a great job making you feel confident and supported throughout the whole process. It never feels awkward or uncomfortable, which I really appreciated. Another thing I didn't realize before going is that they sell more than just bras. They also have underwear and a really great selection of bathing suits in different styles and colors for all kinds of preferences and body types. I highly recommend making an appointment if you can, because it can get busy, and you might have to wait a bit otherwise. That said, even without an appointment, the wait sometimes isn't very long. I've told my mom and several friends about this place, and every single one of them has come back telling me how impressed they were with the customer service and the overall experience. Yes, the bras can be a little more expensive than what you might find at a typical retail store, but the quality and materials are excellent, and they last a long time. For something you wear every day, it's absolutely worth it.

(Ladies remember when your bra was too large and it was poking on the sides) imagine that but in middle, is where the underwire was breaking. It was a nude color bra and when I wore it the pigment from the clothing and my skin rubbed on the bra. Not to mention summer time =sweat and pigments do transfer!!!!! WOW your baby is so big, and she making hand gestures that he "fat" and "wide" he is 12.5lbs. But, she keeps saying your baby is big" then she says I can't return your bra before she even began the transaction 2/3 have denied me services. The manager Sarah never wanted to help. Asian lady and I are not understanding eachother, LAST employee assist mngr. DITTA" or DIDI starts saying something under her breath (worst employee of bunch) ; ALL three ladies all were terrible. All three of these staff need some basic customer service 101. asian lady that was doing the transaction couldn't locate the order, she was older and with English being a second language the communication was an issue. Her assistant manager dida, or ditta approached and started looking at the bra. Under her breath she was giving off body language and facial expressions like, eww this looks gross. At glance, WE SHOULD NEVER JUDGE... her nails were painted black and chipped and homegirl needed a manicure but, I didn't say that out loud as most people know the golden rule, if you have nothing nice to say keep your mouth shut!!! as well, some things are just better off left unsaid . I asked her if there was an issue. Her response, " your bra, looks like it been ran threw the dirt, and I've never seen a bra that looks this bad. IT GROSS" Mic DROP. Taken back by what she said. Im humiliated, offended and the level of judgement, was so disgusting. I am now, being told by the Asian lady yeah the system won't let me, it's way past the 60days..... i asked her if she could please work with me, i had just had baby, I am ONLY ONE DAY PAST THE 64days. She says no, she cannot do anything, she reminded me that, I heard what the manager and ast manager had to say ..by now the manger is out of sight, oblivious to what has transpired up front. the ast mngr insulted me, rolled her eyes, told me she didn't have time for me, and went back to doing her own thing after I told her --- "never ever treat a women that way in an intimate women's shop." You language suggest I'm dirty". She walked off and left me back with the older Asian lady she isn't going to help: i asked for manager. Sarah, tells me this is policy, she isn't going to risk her job for me; i told her I worked for company and i know the policy has exceptions, she told me they had corporate meeting and everyone on the same page, CS can't do anything. She is now refusing to help so the later I'll save for the district manager. I honestly, want people to know kindness cost nothing, you have no idea what people are going through. When you go into a boutique, you expect a higher level of customer service, these are terrible quality, low performing, laxy daisy approach, think there shit don't stink attitude having employees. What worse the manager and ASM both did even offer a simple apology. Offer to compromise being that I was one day over.... The lack of customer service goes to show how the company is also lacking quality vs quantity..... these women should be terminated and find better overall staff. I don't believe how I was treated I would rather deal w/ CS then human like this I can believe that store is still operational. Attitude stinks from The TOP DOWN!!!!!! P.S i did call CS, they were able to issue my refund and confirmed policies. I will be talking with district manager and will share the details in greater length. Retraining course! I want my entire order back and May never shop or step foot in Store 5015 again as long as Sarah and ASM are working. Sarah- is usually kind.... Today she showed her colors.

Since our group wasn't the type that would want strippers or anything like that AND our group of gals rarely (if ever) treat ourselves to nice lingerie... I wanted to find a classy lingerie shop that would host our group (5 ladies) for a private after store hours shopping session for 1-2 hours. After visiting the website, I saw they didn't offer anything like that (one other local shop did but couldn't accommodate us) so I sent her an email inquiring. To my surprise (and delight) Shadia replied VERY quickly and came to my rescue saying that she could accommodate. All the gals were dressed for a lovely dinner and our Uber pulled up to the shop. My sister started laughing and got super shy... she wasn't expecting a lingerie shopping sessions at all. I don't think she was into the idea at first BUT with all the gals' enthusiasm, Shadia being very inviting, sweet and helpful, this activity ended up being one of my sister's favorite out of the entire day. My sister was VERY grateful that Shadia opened her shop after hours and now she has a new awesome bathing suit for her destination wedding, a super cute romper for the wedding night ;) and some seamless undies to wear under her wedding!!! SUCCESS!!! All of the gals were able to try on garments. I guess my only criticism or negative is that larger breast gals / more full figured ladies will have trouble finding items that will fit. My size 6 sister had plenty of garments to try on; which was perfect! I'm 36DD so I was limited BUT I still walked away with a beautiful teddy/nighty that I'm really happy with! I love it! More about the private shopping (Shadia, you should totally offer this on your website and I would recommend taking a deposit from the person booking. The deposit (I suggest between $300-500) could go towards merchandise they plan on purchasing during the shopping session. I would do this especially if you provide snacks and bubbles. I know we brought our own sparkling wine but if you provide for folks then I'd hate for you to spend too much out-of-pocket).... anyways, Shadia offered snacks and wine when we connected on email. I told her we'd bring the wine and snacks were welcome if she wanted to provide. She had a lovely assortment of cheese/crackers/chocolate... it was so thoughtful and sweet for you to offer and provide. Again, the shop is super cute, she has great garments and Shadia is a WONDERFUL person!!!! Thanks for accommodating our group. We loved coming to your shop!!!

After about five minutes of no one acknowledging my presence, I hung the garments back and walked out (doubtful either of those three employees noticed, for no one still addressed me on the way out). I walked in and no sooner did I put my hand on the clothes rack a saleswoman materialized, asked what I was looking for, found one pair on the rack and called for the second pair to be brought up from the back. My head was spinning she was so fast. There were no questions. I was in and out within minutes. Unfortunately the pants didn't fit so we returned to return them. The return transaction went very smooth and seamless. They were polite and gracious. I haven't shopped here before this but based on this experience I would come again.

I ended up exploring the website and appreciate the selection of accessories and clothes that are available. She has a great variety of distinctive garments, from essential necessities to more bright and bold styles. I wore those linen pants often so after thinking on it for a while I reached out to Patricia to inquire about a second pair in another color. She was quick to find a time that worked for me to come by her store. The boutique is set up in her home and it's so cute! Everything is coordinated and organized, so walking into the space felt comfortable to me. There were so many nice options to choose from that it was hard to stick with my original plan, but everyone deserves to treat themselves on occasion. The prices are reasonable and I appreciate that this was much more of an intimate shopping experience - no waiting in line, and if I had questions, Patricia was right there. I'll definitely go back again!
