Every time I go in, there's always something new and interesting. And, invariably, there's at least one "I gotta have that." The owner, Shelly, is a jewel as well. She's funny and engaging. She clearly loves what she does and has unquestionable knack for selecting the right merchandise and presenting it well. She has an excellent eye for the unique without going over the top into 'weird'. I think she's as much curator as she is proprietor. I also appreciate the fact that much of merchandise comes from local & domestic artists and other small businesses. Even the stuff that is made overseas comes through small suppliers rather than the big distribution channels that bring in the same old stuff. If you've driven or walked by without stopping in, do yourself a favor and check it out. It won't cost a dime. Well, until you see that "I gotta have that" thing. But don't worry, she'll go easy on you.

She was very excited to get out and get some new clothes but was very disappointed when she got home. She came home and immediately started telling me that the women working there were rude and dismissive. She tried to make small talk and was ignored. Then despite spending several hundred dollars, overheard the two women begin talking shit about her as she was leaving. I hope the owner sees this and knows they are losing customers because of the snooty, rude, disrespectful staff they have there.

This is an outlet store so it has different clothes than the main LB stores. It's the same fashions, but different skus except for the Cacique (lingerie line). They also have jewelry, shoes, socks, and limited make up which is nail polish and gloss. A lot of great clothes here for the plus sized woman for work, a night out, exercise and casual wear. One of the sales people that asked to help me turned out to work at the same place I do during the day. We had a fun chat about that. All three of the sales people that helped me were friendly and not intrusive. I like my space when I'm shopping and if I want help I'll ask for it. I appreciate the fact that they knew this intuitively. Always check out the far back of the store of a LB as that is where the clearance racks are. Lorri B an associate that works there was rather rude and did not treat me with the same respect as the other customers in the store. A couple came in & she proceeded to greet them & give them intensive attention but did paid no attention to me or my existence. I do not one to leave Yelp reviews about a place especially one of my favorite shops but Lorri B should be reconsidered for her position or have intense training on how to treat customers with the same respect.
