No makeup and looking like a wet rat (due to the weather) and came in about an hour before closing. As I walked into the store, the guard at the door was on his phone - not talking but watching something. There were 3 female employees talking to each other, maybe another reading something at the desk. Not ONE came and asked if I needed help or assistance. Walking around, I saw 3 pieces that really called to me. I mooned over them but chose not to purchase anything. I walked past the (payment) desk and still no one said anything to me. I walked to the door, the gaurd was still on his phone and then walked out. Being a lifelong Coach lover, this was the worst experience I've ever had at a store and I've been to many. If I could give them zero stars I would. Having gone to a Mall in an affluent neighborhood in Tucson Arizona. I went into thier Coach store, also dressed in sweats, and recieved Fantastic service. Optics matter to customers.

I came back to shop for my younger son who needed some dress shirts for upcoming concerts and music…read morecompetitions. We first looked up the websites of various stores, but we were not sure about his actual size. Then I bought one dress shirt from an outlet store, but it turned out that it didn't fit him well despite the size wise was correct. We decided to come to this store to get the right measurements and get the fitted shirts for him. After browsing for a while, we kept seeing big dress shirts but rarely saw any size S shirts. We walked up to an Asian staff (We don't know his name.) who was just helping other customers to see if he could help. After he took care of other customers, he measured my son's neck and arm and let us know the size my son should be wearing. My son was looking for a black dress shirt as now most of his concerts required black shirts and pants. It turned out that those shirts were all sold out, so he brought a different color to let my son try to see if that fit well. The sleeves were a bit long, but only like half inch difference, so we decided to leave them as is and would do alteration if that really bothers my son. He placed an order for a black shirt to ship directly to our house for free. We also got a white tux shirt to go with his tux. The staff explained to us that the studs must be removed before the putting into the washing machine and that at one point those would need to be replaced. I asked to see some studs in case we would need to replace. He helped me find some good deals with those studs. At the end, I asked him to validate the parking ticket. I thought I would get only 2 hours since it says two hour parking at the parking lot. He gave us 4 hours! We were able to swing by some other places without worrying about the parking time limit. My second trip to this store is still pleasant as my last trip for my older son. When we need men's formal wears, this store is definitely my first go-to place.

I have been a customer of REI for years, but my recent experience has left me extremely…read moredisappointed. REI has flagged my account as an "excessive returns" customer and now limits my purchases to effectively being final sale, even though REI widely promotes its customer-friendly return policy. What is especially frustrating is that the company has refused to remove this restriction despite my requests and despite my history as a customer. I understand that retailers need safeguards against abuse, but the process lacks transparency. I was not provided with a clear explanation of what specific returns triggered the restriction, what criteria were used, or what steps I could take to regain normal purchasing privileges. As a result, I no longer feel comfortable making purchases from REI because I am being held to a different standard than other customers while still paying the same prices. A return policy is only useful when customers can reasonably rely on it, and in my case that trust has been lost. I hope REI improves the transparency and fairness of its customer account review process.
