Someone claiming he was partial owner of this company (Zac) showed up on my door step today within 20 minutes of our pest control company leaving. I answered even though I was on a conference call because I thought it was just a package delivery. He told me they service one of our neighbors and proceeded to tell me why his company is so much better than the company he saw servicing our home. I was actually intrigued and had he stopped his pitch after I told him the 3rd time that I had to get back to my conference call and that I'd call him later, he might have gotten a new customer. But I ultimately had to shut the door in his face because he was so inconsiderate and would absolutely not respect the fact that I needed to get back to my conference call. He even claimed they had a bunch of excellent reviews online but after checking yelp I can see that's not the case. I absolutely do not recommend this company. read more

Noah and Richard were super professional, personable and easy to work with. They did a great job on our house and we would recommend them in a heartbeat! read more

They send sales people into your neighborhood on foot. Promise a 1 year contract, then turns out it is for 2 year contract, won't release you from the contract. Products not Eco friendly if you have to leave your house for 6 hours. Avoid this business. I have filed a complaint with State of Texas on unethical business practice. read more

Noah and Richard were 100% professional and attentive, loved my service :). Props eco

No no No, these guys maybe part of bigger organization, so professional presentation. However the Dallas group is a startup. High pressure sales and folks assuring they with "knock it out of the park" for us (only tried because my wife was begging for mosquito control). Bonus'd techs begging for a review so they can get a spiff. Tech's currently have VERY limited experience, and very limited people skills, at least that was my experience. Sales guys maybe out selling hard, but if you cannot deliver, and you make your customers feel uncomfortable, your business will die. Crawl, walk, then run. read more

Mo was the most personable and professional technician we've had visit our home. He took time to listen to my concerns, and clearly communicated his plan for treatment. He then meticulously followed through with his stated plan, taking time to make sure that all wasp nests and hidden hiding places were covered. He then - quite literally - went into the middle of the wasp swarm to treat and remove the wasp nest that was the source of our problem. I asked him if he was scared of getting stung... "Of course! ! But it's also just part of the job, and my bigger concern is making sure that we take care of your wasp problem". I can't say enough good things about Mo and the Omnishield team! read more

Fast, professional service All of the guys from OmniShield that we've met have been friendly and professional, doing their job thoroughly and efficiently. I particularly appreciate that they're a "green" pest control company (and their products actually work). Our technician this morning (Emmanuel Brown) was even better than the rest. read more

Attendants have no idea what they are doing. I have had multiple people come by who seem like it is their first day on the job. Sales people refuse to wear masks. BUYER BEWARE read more

Howard Torrance was here today to provide service for my house. He did an awesome/ thourough job and sprayed and wiped and did everything necessary to prevent issues! read more

Unscrupulous pest control company - Omnishield. Be aware of Omnishield Pest control. They were in the Castle Hills area in July. The salesman convinced my wife to try them for a couple of months. He guaranteed we could cancel at anytime, free of charge. ALL LIES !!! We just got off the phone with their staff. They indicated we had signed a 24 month contract and we would be charged almost $200 if we cancel. read more

Justin and Mosies were taking care of one of my neighbor's house, when I went out to move my many bags of leaves to the curb. When they saw me, they jumped out of their truck and asked if they could help me carry all the bags to the curb, even though I was not their customer! It was so kind of them to help me out! It made my day. Thank you guys. They were extremely kind without a sales pitch, I asked Justin about services and he gave me some information about their pest control business. I will give them a call the next time I need a pest control service. Kindness goes a long way! read more

Companies that do not respect the public will not respect their clients either. I have a No Soliciting sign. Two days they ignored it, and also ignored my neighbor's sign and said they didn't see them. They are obvious and attached to the doorbells that they rang -- that was a total lie. I go out of my way to NOT purchase from companies that ignore my sign. Quit disturbing the public that specifically have signs that ask you not to disturb them. This is the same as robocalling people. I had another pest control company do the exact same thing in our neighborhood earlier this year. Pest control companies are themselves the biggest pests! ;) Why would people think ignoring our signs to not disturb us will lead to someone buying their service? The sign is there for a reason. People have jobs, they could be elderly and have great difficulty getting to the door when they think someone knocking is important, small children that might be sleeping, dogs that get upset at the knocking, people that have night jobs and need to sleep during the day... It is disrespectful. Why would anyone buy a service from someone that has already been disrespectful? I find it surprising that I even have to explain this to someone. If you do not have a no solicitors or do not disturb sign then absolutely I agree they can knock and I have no issues with door to door salespeople in that respect. If I have a sign and did answer the door (and I won't) I would be pissed off and make sure to never buy from them... and then spread the word about them like I am right now. read more

I've always been skeptical of people soliciting in my neighborhood however Jon changed my mind. He was courteous professional and very knowledgeable about his service. We have been having problems with ants and mosquitoes, we've now been treated twice both times by Kyle and our problems are now gone! So happy to have signed up with this company! I highly recommend them to all my neighbors. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. The account manager and branch manager continue to ignor my request for a phone call to go over the overbilling and non-return of money they took from my account after I had cancelled their services. If they don't reply within the next few days I will alert my bank of their fraudulent charges and the better business bureau. I would rate OmniShield a zero if that were possible. read more

This company is a SCAM!!!!! They showed up on my doorstep, and I told them I had a pest control company I had used for 20 years and was not interested. He was very persistent and said he would remove all the mudobbers that my current company was not removing etc... UnfortunateIy, told him I would give him a try. He did a horrible job, did not get the mudobbers off the wall, and the service did not actually include anything I needed- rat boxes filled etc...I paid him for the day, but told him I did not want to switch to their service, and now I am receiving collection notices from a collection agency for their yearly service. Listen to these reviews!!! read more

I hate hate hate door to door sales people. I don't care if you're "in the area" and just finished a contract with neighbor so and so. If I come to the door in my pajamas, tell you I just got home from the hospital after my wife had a baby and now is not a good time. Go away. I was on the phone with my wife the whole time and the guy would just not stop even after I stated multiple times that I already had a service, was not interested, and go away. I will do the research before I get a service. Not randomly from some yahoo who invades my space. Please coach your people to respect boundaries more. read more

Initial treatment--went great. Kalvin was on time, courteous, quick and thorough. Looking forward to seeing the results.

We've had Omnishield for about 8 months now and always very happy with the service. Anytime we have an issue they come out and respray right away. Roderick has done our past two services and he's always very thorough and friendly. Definitely would recommend. read more

Zero Stars!! I am fed up.. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I have had to call them 3 times to get pests removed. I was on hold for 45 minutes TWICE only for them to tell me they could not come out to fix the situation (come out for the 4th time) for 3-6 days read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I never write reviews, but this company is a complete scam designed to screw you over. They say "no contract, cancel anytime" when they knock door to door. My wife agreed to a trial, and they showed up around 9pm for the first service. When we tried to cancel, they ignored all correspondence and when we didn't pay for services that they did NOT perform, they send our account to a collections agency, which significantly dinged our credit reports. I cannot stress enough how horrible their business practices are. They are not a part of BBB either, so you're basically on your own when (and they will) screw you over too. read more

Bad customer experience. They came knocking on our door and advertised a low introductory price. I was reluctant to try but the guy was persistent. I asked repeatedly if I was obligated to continue service and he stated no. It happened to rain during that initial visit so they said they would come back to complete. They said I wouldn't be charged because they couldn't finish the service. I ended up getting charged anyway. They did come out to finish after a couple of calls but we saw more bugs in our house than before they sprayed!!! I had to go buy Home Defense and do the work myself. I don't want them in our house anymore and now they want to charge me an extra $217! I wish I had never let them in. read more

The door to door salesman Mr. Jett used high pressure tactics and asked me for information about my family and my home that I did not feel comfortable sharing with a stranger. He would not take no for an answer. I saw one of my neighbors turn down his sales pitch and the salesman shouted at my neighbor. Then the salesman accosted me and my family while we were walking the dog later that morning. I called to see if the manager was aware of theses kinds of issues with this salesman, but I never received a call back. I know times are tough but this kind of salesmanship makes me feel like I would not want to trust this company on my property. The salesman in his pitch said to review the website and judge them based on their bad reviews as well as their good ones--my honest review is that this company should reconsider on their sales strategies. read more

Service was great! Adoni was really nice.

The tech, G-Money, was very gracious and professional! The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars, was because, this was only the second treatment I received from Omnishied. Once we've built a history of great customer service, at least 2 years, then I'll give a 5 star review! read more
