I have passed by this store so many times but my son saw something that caught his eye so we went it. And wow, aloha shirt HEAVEN!!!! They have a wonderful selection of aloha shirts in all sizes and prices. There is also an area with a few vintage hawaiian dresses as well. Great place to stop by if you are in need of an aloha shirt. And February IS aloha shirt month so stop by here is you need one!

Wow! What a cool place to shop! And the customer service is exceptional! We were treated amazingly! You can get some great pieces there from regular fashion to high end stuff! Wait when you see all the goodies they have there! I scored two pairs of nice shoes there! They unfortunately don't offer much for things you want to sell so I am a little surprised why some of the stuff is so expensive. Still like the store but thought would be offered a fair price for trying to sell some brand stuff

I was looking for a unique Hawaiian Aloha Shirt to wear to a wedding to match with my wife's dress. And I found it at Eco Town Select at the Ala Moana Shopping Center. A unique "thrift store" specifically stocked with men's aloha shirts and other designer products that are gently used. Very friendly service and the products are displayed in a very organized fashion. Most of the prices are very reasonable, especially the aloha shirts. Check out their website for exclusive designer goods.

I was reading through some of these reviews about the associates being rude, and I don't get it. They two men working there were nothing but nice. We didn't need our hands held while surveying the goods, but asked to see a number of items, and they were helpful, honest and fully disclosed any imperfections in the products. We found an amazing LV bag in really good condition, Prada and Chanel heels, and a pair of shades. You have to hunt a little to find the treasures and bargains, but that's all part of the fun! All in all, we are stoked about our purchases and the experience! I suspect if you're asking about return policy, warranted etc they might get annoyed since you're in a second hand store, but overall these guys were great! We will definitely be back and hope to find some more amazing items!

Omg! I don't even want to review because I don't want the people to know about this hidden gem lol. Stumbled on this place. By chance we happened to walk in that direction of the mall and am so glad we did. Something in the window caught my eye and end of story. Came in about 15-20 minutes before they were about to close and that was definitely not enough time. A total thrifter's paradise without having to dig. The store is so clean and the items are pretty well kept. The staff are all super sweet. No food or drink for good reason but there's a tray by the door where you can leave your goods. Unfortunately we came late but we literally came back the next day when they opened. So glad we did because I found so many more great finds! I love it here. Go support them. I recently went to Japan and this store is really similar to their thrift stores there. Something for everyone. Happy hunting! I can't wait to come back! They also buy your goods but I didn't get the details on that.

As a seller, I would take my business elsewhere, the price they offer for your stuff is way beyond laughable even for new items.

I've been following DeStash Hawaii on Instagram for a while now but haven't been able to visit…read moreuntil my recent Oahu trip and boy was it worth the wait. I've been a Vintage Mu'u collector for 10-15+ years and I was super excited to see their selection of Vintage Mu'u! I took a Lyft to get to South Street from Ala Moana and I was dropped off across the street so I was a bit disoriented at first lol. I had to make sure I was walking in the right direction since there wasn't a big flashy sign. I love the humble lit up sign that said "Alterations" in the window and once I saw a mannequin in window dressed with beautiful Vintage Mu'u, I knew I hit the vintage jackpot lol! It was an adorable store with vintage Knick knacks, accessories, jewelry in glass cases, an alteration station with fabric as you walk through the door, then another section filled with racks of Vintage Mu'u of every size, along with Tops, Palaka Shorts and I also noticed some Outerwear too. I was so excited that I hit the ground running and checked out every rack with my size and collected a good 8-10 or so Mu'u to try on. (I mean I am from Maui so I can't frequent this place much lol!) There were 2 humble dressing rooms with a small basket in the corner for your shoes and belongings. I loved the selection and most of all: the prices. They had vintage 80's-90's to maybe 60's-70's. I did see some rare vintage priced at $150-200+ but for the most part, reasonably priced for carefully curated vintage. I found 3 Mu'u at the end of my Vintage Haul. I scored a Black and Red Manuheali'i Dress (which aunty said everyone adored when it came in so that was definitely a score!) for $110 and 2 other Mu'u's, one was a Made in Hawaii with front bib detail in a cream color for maybe $40 and another Blue Andrade Mu'u for $45. This was definitely worth coming down from Maui. I will definitely be back on my next Oahu trip! The Aunty Owner and her daughter were the sweetest!

'Ola helped me today with choosing a mu'umu'u that fit the criteria required by my kumu hula, and she was very knowledgeable. The store also had a variety of fabrics and sewing tools. The parking was great! There's a lot in the front.

If you're serious about finding an aloha shirt you think you'll wear when you get back home, you…read moremight be looking for something that doesn't exist. You can find aloha shirts just about anywhere on Oahu, whether at expensive boutiques in Waikiki or in the nearest ABC store. However, the visual appeal of the shirt depends completely the eye of the beholder. With that in mind, there probably isn't any other store on the island that offers a broader selection. It's pretty overwhelming. The drawback is that the massive inventory is packed in a retail space so constrained that it can be a challenge to navigate. It took me a while to realize the shirts on the central racks are the priciest, some costing hundreds and (gasp) even thousands of dollars. There are used shirts along the wall that sell as low as $9. I wasn't particularly clear on the difference in quality, but I'll give you one guess which racks I was rifling through. The clerk explained that there were a couple racks of new shirts and the rest are vintage. Many of the shirts were produced in Hawaii. In addition to shirts, they carry an assorted collection of Hawaiian themed vintage souvenirs, antiques and knick knacks. Some of the items are pretty dusty, and had me thinking that they hadn't been moved in a long time. The prices are pretty hefty (except the shirts were reasonable). There were a number of customers scooping up shirts. I was a little claustrophobic to be honest in the tight quarters. There is no dedicated parking. Street parking is available if you're lucky.

Unfortunately, I found the store closed at 1pm which gave me about 20 minutes to find the store, park, and shop. Based on reviewers feedback, parking was great (once you pull into the right driveway). Following the sign on the door, I knocked, and was greeted by a sweet volunteer who had me sign in, then gave me the '411' on the shop. The section by the door was full of sale items (3/$2), while the rest of the items in the store were priced as marked. Now I had 15 minutes! What wonderful stuff - home decor, household items, and a small shoe and clothing section. I found a brand new Harrod's backpack for $17 (on Mercari for $80); the volunteers were both excited and impressed that I found something great in the short time in the store. Put this shop on your list - clean, nice stuff, good prices, sweet volunteers, and a great cause!
