I was supposed to be called to pick up the following Monday however nobody from the company reached out to me. Because of this I decided to go up to the location myself to which they acted surprised that the manager and owner had not contacted me because they damaged my belongings despite the specific instructions given. For weeks I tried to get in contact with the owner John, even though that's his job to get in contact with me, and once I finally got a hold of him he promised that there would be a submission to insurance for my items and I would be reimbursed. This started back in September, it's December 14 the owner has been dodging my calls, the girls at the store have not passed on my information for anything to be taken care of and I now have to move forward with legal action. Dropped off a dress on Saturday and was told I'd receive a call by Tuesday to let me know if the zipper on my dress could be fixed or it would need to be replaced. Tuesday came around and no one called, I called on my way home from work between 5-6pm. I couldn't say a gentleman answered the phone, because he was everything but a gentleman! He was rude as hell, I let him know that I was waiting to hear from the lady that I dropped my dress off with to update me. His response was, why was she needing to call me. Which I clearly had stated, so she can let me know what needed to be done and the cost; before I decide to move forward. He claims they were so busy all day, and that's why I didn't get a call. He mentioned that I needed a new zipper and sometimes it's not worth the work, but he'd get a price and call me back. When he called me back, he quoted me a price. I asked if it needed to be changed, could they possibly put a gold one on the dress. He got smart and said something rude, and the call wasn't pleasant at all. I told him not to do anything to my dress and that I'd pick it up. So I go to get it, and he tells me it was taken by alterations. I never authorized them to proceed, so now I have to go back the following day to get my dress. I told him I'd do a review on Google, which he didn't seem to care at all. Bragging they've been in business for 40 years, I'm pretty sure his mom is the owner and he can't get a real job so he's working there and driving her customers away. Lastly, he called me a bitch as I drove off. But any man who calls a woman a bitch, is the real bitch. Needless to say, some people do not belong in customer service. I hope they lose customers, horrible place to do business with! Save your time and money!

At the beginning of 2020 I picked up an 800 dollar sweater I got from Nieman Marcus and it was shrunk so small the bottom of it wouldn't go past my belly button. Could barely get it on or over my arms. When I took it back and said they clearly washed it instead of dry cleaned it, or did something else to it, they said they would put it in their stretch machine. I said I would still like to talk to the owner about this and they said I would get a call from the owner and I never did. Well then Covid hit and then I got stuck overseas as well so I couldn't pick it up until early fall. I finally got back, tried it on, and it was still two sizes too small and they said too much time had passed. I reminded them that the situation was remedied in time, it was already put through the stretcher within days of them shrinking it, I just couldn't pick it up until later because of Covid and being stuck overseas. They told me the owner would definitely call me and I have never received a call. I was going to go back in there and complain but now I'm just going to have to deal with the fact that they ruined an $800 sweater and have no care to fix it. I'll be telling all my friends who use this place to beware. What they did was just plain wrong. Very unfortunate and it really angers me.

I dropped off a suit to get dry cleaned and was told the turn around time would be a day. Sound good right? Well, they did have the suit cleaned and did a good job with the cleaning process. The only thing is that they lost a button and I desperately needed that suit for an event the next morning. I understand that suit buttons are lost all the time. However, I really wish they were more upfront and proactive about this. The clothes were not inspected. And the worst part was that the suit was folded/packed in a way to conceal the button. When I pointed this out, the lady mentioned that they sent out all their dry cleaning. The place they sent it out to apparently does not do inspections and she didn't know about the damage. She offered to send it to a tailor to get the suit fixed and tried calling the place they send out to. They lost the original button. She offered to send the suit to a tailor to get it fixed. However, since it took 2-3 days to get it fixed (and I didn't have the time), I tried to find a replacement for my event. Well, she offered to let me bring it back to get it properly taken care of after a few days. When I did bring it back, they somehow managed to find the button and tightened up every button and even dry cleaned it again for free. I do appreciate their efforts to fix this. I wish they would have just inspected this before sending the suit back. It would have made this whole experience much better and prevented the stress I had to go through right before my event.
