The Acron squash was delicious! The additional items were good but not out of this world wow. The service was fantastic for a large party

Burrata was fresh and bright and like eating art.

Demetrich was awesome!!! Knowledgeable, fast, kind and professional. Highly recommend the fried goat cheese balls and local greens salad. Restaurant is formal but relaxed, I've gone twice and it's been exceptional both times.

I was visiting Atlanta, the Phipps area and the weather was terrible. Raining and cold but the Ecco was super convenient, next to my hotel. The service was impeccable and the atmosphere was very warm and sexy. The menu was limited and I didn't feel as if there were enough meatless options, but everything was great. I got the crab pasta and it was super rich! I would come back for an intimate occasion.

The ambiance gets a 10/10 as soon as you walk in. The lighting had a good balance of not being too dark but not obnoxiously bright either. Really sets the tone for a nice evening. What really set the tone was my server Leonardo. It was my first time dining, and I love when servers take the time to walk you through the menu, informing you of the best options and food/drink pairings. His patience, kindness and guidance was much appreciated. And with that being said! Let's get to our starters..... I ordered the Pink Panther, it was good!! Sometimes drinks with tequila can either be too strong or not enough, so this had a good balance to it. (Yes the ice is pink! See pics :))) I ordered the fried goat cheese (yummm)! The honey pairing is a great touch. I also ordered the stuffed piquillo peppers and this was probably my favorite out of the starters. The beef was tender, and seasoned well. In the midst of all this, they brought out complimentary bread that is oh so buttery soft, paired with some olive oil. So now for dinner, I ordered the 14 oz NY strip, I was going to order it with frites , but Leonardo suggested to pair it with the Patatas Bravas, and what a good recommendation that was. At this point I was beyond full, I had asked for a to-go container because I "thought" I was done....until..... Leonardo recommended a dessert that had Italian rainbow cookies. Me who sat there with my stomach about to pop, said YES, I will have that. A cappuccino too? Sure! As full as I was the dessert did not disappoint! It was called a "Pots de Créme" it was a chocolate mousse with cocoa nibs and the cookies on top. I would return here being that my nosey eyes were lurking at other people's plates, and saw the pasta dishes peaked my interest. Kudos to the owners/ management of this location. Their entire staff was warm, and it's always refreshing to see good customer service isn't lost. Cheers!

Beautiful restaurant behind Phipps Plaza. We sat at the bar for a nightcap after dinner at another restaurant and I'm so glad that we decided to stop here. It was conveniently located next to our hotel. I tried the Dreams of Amalfi cocktail and it was perfect. It was a busy night for the bartenders but they made sure to check in with the bar patrons frequently. Although I did not have an entree, I'm looking forward to coming back because the plates that I saw looked amazing.

    Fried Goat Cheese

Fish was burnt to begin with (black crust in photo and no it is definitely not Maillard reaction). Some people say "the fried goat cheese are to die for" but in my opinion it was mediocre at best. Artichokes were at the point of beyond savory as it was way too salty. Normally I would ask for a dessert menu but didn't bother to ask for one. Overall the waiting staff and the atmosphere were nice but the food was disappointing.

The ambience was modern, upscale, and romantic. The staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. I ordered an appetizer and side salad because I wasn't too hungry. This Mediterranean style restaurant is located in a convenient location adjacent to AC Hotel by Marriott Atlanta Buckhead at Phipps Plaza. There was no moscato on the menu, so I ordered a sidecar. The sidecar was delicious. I recommend this restaurant. Bartenders Joseph and Brian were outstanding, and worked well together.

    Charcuterie board

Was truly a great way to spend our anniversary and husband's birthday dinner. We tried the charcuterie board, champagne, duck and NY Strip. Service was spectacular and the management was hands on. Ambiance was clean and well balanced. Would absolutely love to come again and recommend to friends and family.

This was my second time going to Ecco, and it did not disappoint. I went for a date night with my fiancé on a Sunday night. We made a reservation for 6:30 and were promptly seated as soon as we came in. For food, we got two appetizers, and each got our own main course. We started with some bread for the table, nothing special here really. Just your standard toasted bread with olive oil. For starters, we got the fried goat cheese and the yellowfin tuna. The goat cheese is HEAVENLY. It's so creamy inside, but has a nice subtle crisp on the outside. You have to get these. The yellowfin tuna was good, but not great. It didn't come with too much tuna, and it was paired with some thin pieces of apple, which in my opinion, didn't go too well together. For the mains, I got the Pappardelle, and my fiancé got the Blue Crab Casarecce. My Pappardelle was really good. It was a lamb based dish, so it had some decent pieces of shredded lamb in there. Lamb is my favorite meat, so I had to get this dish. I tried the Blue Crab dish, but it was just too fishy for me. I am not a fan of seafood in pasta, so I did not like it. My fiancé enjoyed it, but she also said it was very crabby, in the sense, that the crab just over-powered the entire dish. For drinks, we both got a glass of Prosecco and then each got our own individual drink. She got the Dreams of Amalfi and I got the Pink Panther. My drink was a tequila based drink, and it was good. Nothing too special there. Her drink was very strong. It had vodka and limoncello in it, so definitely very strong. I don't recommend it. Ecco has a nice ambience to it. It's dimly lit, so it can be quite intimate. We went on a Sunday night, so it wasn't too busy. The time I had gone before, it was on a Friday night, and it was quite loud. But that happens when it's Friday night. The service was a little slow, which I was quite confused with, since it was a Sunday. But our server was really nice. He was knowledgeable about the menu as well. The food is not expensive, but it's not cheap either. Somewhere kind of right in the middle. I would definitely come back here and I do recommend Ecco to anyone in the mood for an Italian date night kind of vibe.

Was not too impressed with the food. I did like the Pappardelle that I had to go so no pictures of it. We tried pretty much every cocktail on the menu and they were all not bad. Too sweet for some of them. Portion sizes are very small for the price. The staff was very kind.

We arrived 15 minutes before our reservation, but were told our table was already ready, so we were seated. (The restaurant tables are very close together, so be aware that if anyone in your party is wheelchair bound, it may be difficult for them to maneuver around.) The restaurant is kept very warm inside, and I'm usually someone who feels cold easily, but even I was rather hot. A woman brought water glasses and a water carafe to our table and said, "If you want something besides water, just let me know," and then walked off. So, in my mind, that woman was a food assistant or a food runner. Turned out, she was our waitress! She later stopped by, didn't introduce herself and didn't ask if we'd ever been there before, but did ask if we wanted an appetizer. We ordered Potato Pancakes. She also asked if we wanted bread service, so we said yes. We did notice from other conversations at the very close tables near ours, that many of the customers are regulars and have their favorite waitstaff. The manager had stopped by a table to regrettably inform a couple that their favorite waiter was out for 2 weeks. So, that did give us hope that if they have regulars, it must be good. The Potato Pancakes were delicious! (I didn't even stop to snap a picture because we were very hungry!) My husband ordered the "Bier" + Cheese Burger ($16.95), and I ordered the Pork Shank "Schwweinehaxe" ($34). The waitress said she had to check the availability of the Pork Shank, so I told her that if it wasn't available, to put in Chicken Wienerschnitzel. Then she didn't come back to let us know what the kitchen said. My husband flagged her down to find out if the pork shank was available, and she said she'd forgotten to come back, but that it was. He also told her that it was my birthday, so she brought out a cute birthday tea light for the table. The food was absolutely delicious, and for the price point, you can easily see why people are regulars there! The pork shank was enormous! (We ate off of it 2 more times after we took it home. The restaurant gave us extra gravy at no charge, too.) The rosemary mashed potatoes were very good! The presentation was lovely! My husband really enjoyed his burger. Then for dessert, our waitress brought out a slice of tiramisu with a wedge of chocolate cake over it, berries, whipped cream, and a little birthday candle in it. Turned out really wonderful! Will definitely go back to this unique spot!

The second I saw it, I didn't care about the price -- I knew I wanted it, so I planned us a date night. When we arrived, there was a birthday party going on, and I asked the maître d' if they were limiting seating because of the event. He didn't quite understand me, so my fiancée just asked for a table for two, and we were seated quickly. The setup was nice, although I'm personally not a fan of pre-set plates and glasses on tables (you never know how long they've been sitting there). Still, our server was fantastic -- attentive, helpful, and made the night smooth. We came for the famous Piraye Kebab Tray. At first, we were looking at the $165 option (Chef Tray + 1 Meze Board + Shepherd Salad + 4 Orders of Piraye Kebab with rice, all baked inside the dough). When we mentioned the price, our server kindly told us about the smaller 2-order option for $85 -- perfect! And let me tell you, Lord above, when I say I would do some things to eat this food again... words cannot describe how incredible it was. It has been three days since, and I'm still thinking about it. I even posted it on my stories, and over 10 people have messaged me asking about it. Chef Tray: Overflowing with juicy, flavorful meat, perfectly seasoned rice with chickpeas (I swear it was made with veal stock), and that roasted pepper and cheese-stuffed dough on top -- divine. Meze Board: The hummus was creamy and rich, paired perfectly with fresh pita. Shepherd Salad: Fresh, crisp, and balanced. My only small regret was that our server misunderstood when we asked for the dough crust to-go -- I realized the next day it wasn't packed up. Honestly though, I couldn't even be upset, because the food was just that good. For drinks and dessert: Turkish Coffee - small but strong, beautifully presented with a piece of Turkish delight on the side that was everything I had ever imagined a Turkish sweet to be: chewy, fragrant, and delicately sweet. Künefe - a dream come true! A warm, crunchy pastry with gooey melted cheese inside, topped with sweet syrup and pistachios. It was rich, nutty, and sweet without being overwhelming -- the perfect ending. Turkish Martini - decent, but not nearly as memorable as the food. All together, including tip, it was about $140. For the amount and quality of food, the attentive service, and the one-of-a-kind experience, it was absolutely worth every single cent. Piraye Kitchen isn't just dinner -- it's an experience. This is a must-try-before-you-die type of place. Oh, and happy birthday, Amy!

The restaurant itself is beautiful and has a great atmosphere, especially at night. It's perfect for celebrating a birthday or going with a group because they have a QR code system where everyone can pay for their own items. No splitting checks, no awkward math, just super easy and convenient, especially for larger parties. Food wise, everything we ordered was delicious. The place definitely has an "old money" aesthetic with velvet seating, curtains, and white tablecloths. Their logo and menu are also very well designed. We made reservations in advance for a birthday dinner. Somehow, the receptionist took quite a while to find our reservation, and even after we were halfway inside, he stopped us again and asked us to wait while he double-checked. Aside from that small hiccup at the beginning, everything else was good. The highlight of my experience was definitely our server, Luke. She was very knowledgeable about the menu, super friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. She made sure I had a good birthday experience by offering to remake my mocktail when she noticed I didn't enjoy the honey syrup in it, even though I was too shy to ask for a change myself. We ordered: - Sourdough and Cornbread: not complimentary, this is a menu item by itself, and it tasted good. - Smoked oysters: The oysters were fresh with no shell fragments, and they tasted good. - Anchovies & sherry butter: The anchovies were a bit too salty and sour for my taste, and the bread was slightly soggy instead of toasty and crisp. This dish didn't suit my preference. If you've ever had Thai canned sardines in tomato sauce, the anchovies tasted similar, just without the tomato sauce. - Steelhead trout: The fish itself was good, but I wasn't a fan of the black-eyed pea sauce. The caviar was mixed in, so I couldn't really taste it either. This was my second time having steelhead trout, and it really looks a lot like salmon. - Roast chicken: A solid roast chicken, simple and well done. - Chocolate mousse: The mousse itself was good, but it had za'atar on top, which tasted like black pepper to me. It gave the chocolate a slightly strange flavor, not bad, just not our preference. If we had known beforehand, we probably wouldn't have ordered it. - Lemon tart: I liked the meringue, but the tart filling was a bit too sour for me. The flavor itself was good; I'm just not very used to strongly lemon-forward desserts. The savory food was good, but the desserts were a bit of a miss for us. Luke kindly offered to replace the dessert, but we were already planning to leave. Overall, it was a lovely experience. Highly recommended.
