Wow. Perfect for Christmas time. Photo ops are everywhere!! The giant props/decor are soo cute. Wear something nice - perfect for family photos. Book ahead of time to reserve seating. F O O D Food was incredible 10/5 stars. Would definitely come back for the food and a different server Well made up for the meh service (2/5). Pork belly app Escargot x3 Ahi tuna tartare Mussels Steak tartar Caesar salad Mushroom pizza Scallops Trout Burger Chocolat martini Creme brulee S E R V I C E Billy's service was quite lackluster. He was overconfident and seemed overwhelmed. We understood that its holiday season so its busier. He ignored us a few times (he told us later he saw us but was busy so i guess he decided to just overlook us) and I very much was not impressed with his communication skills (a quick - my apologies, give me a moment, let me xyz and ill be right with you - wouldve sufficed). He also tried memorizing our order but had to ask us several times to confirm (i dont care that you memorize. I care that the order is right lol) and then ended up overcharging us. He even told my friend "I told you to tell me if there's anything i'm missing". Rough.

‼PARKING‼ It may be cheaper to just use valet the lot itself it is $8 for the first hour. The waitress also suggested we use valet next time. I give it a 3.5-4 stars. The staff was amazing and very attentive and kind. We had Temicka she was amazing and very friendly and even gave us amazing recommendations on the food! The ambiance was so cute with all of the holiday decor I felt like I was walking into Santa's workshop! I absolutely loved all the nutcrackers and gingerbreads and lights everywhere! It was breathtaking! The food was really good too! We got escargot and mussels for appetizers and bread all very good! The main dishes we had were the duck, chicken breast, and steak dinner all of which were juicy and very flavorful! Then for dessert we had the lemon tarte and a puff pastry. We enjoyed the lemon tarte the best as it was paired with a mandarin ice cream! The puff pastry was a tad dry with the bread part and the ice cream filling was a little off putting with its almost lemon like zest. Overall the food was very good! The only remark I have is the utensils we were handed were dirty we were able to request new ones but that was one minus for me. Overall my experience was very enjoyable that I would come back in the future! If you're looking for a little night out with the girls this is the spot to catch up!

Returned to Bistro to celebrate my son's fourteenth birthday and overheard another server describing numerous specials when our server hadn't offered any. I politely mentioned to manager Ryan I was disappointed that we weren't offered any of the specials the other server offered to her table. He not only apologized but had that server (Georgia, who's wonderful) take care of us for the rest of the evening, and gave us two complimentary desserts with a candle for my son's birthday. A minor hiccup, but was very impressed by how they professionally rebounded. Kudos to Ryan and Georgia!

Another stop on our french tour of the states. My partner and I try to visit in French restaurant in whatever city we are visiting. This was our stop while in ATL. The service, I think, should get special mention. They were all so lovely and attentive! Even servers that weren't taking care of us checked in frequently if we were okay or needed anything! For starters, we had the steak tartare and escargot. We enjoyed both but the escargot was the clear favorite of the table. The garlic butter and the puff pastry tops?! Couldn't get enough of those!l The steak tartare was nice fresh. The entree was the duck breast. This was pretty good as well. The citrus added an extra layer of intrigue on the palate. This entry into this unofficial contest puts ATL in the lead, I fear

We were in Atlanta visiting family and met friends for brunch at Bistro Niko. It was a Saturday around noon, and there were only a few other diners. I ordered the Omelette au Fromage - I chose Gruyère cheese, mushrooms and tomatoes (please note the $3 charge for each item other than the cheese). The omelette was very fluffy and light, filled with a nice filling of cheese and veggies! The potatoes were also very good and the bread was as good as any French loaf I've had! We had the Profiteroles for dessert - a little disappointed, as you can see in the picture, no pastry shell! There was a small layer of pastry on the bottom and top of the dessert, but it was chewy, and not flaky and airy, as the pastry should be.

Went at the beginning of January for a visit to Atlanta and heard about the holiday pop-up at this place. It did NOT DISAPPOINT! The decorations were fabulous. I was seated promptly, and I had the nicest waitress. I got the omelette with duck fat fried potatoes, and everything tasted so good. Even the bread that they brought to the table with butter was amazing. I splurged and got a dessert which was vanilla ice cream with a brownie and fudge sauce. Everything about my entire meal felt warm and cozy. I would highly recommend to go here, especially during the holidays!

Bestie turned 40 and after a weekend of celebrating, it was time for the official Birthday Dinner. As my bestfriend is very picky, Bistro Niko was the restaurant of choice. Bistro Niko was very easy to find as it sits on the main strip. Parking is ample as there is Valet as well as Paid Lots. Walking into Bistro Niko, the ambiance is still. The noise level is minimum, the lighting is intimate, and the decor is eye-catching. As you get lost in the visual design, the use of space is perfect for the size and makes walking and navigating an ease. The table settings were pristine along with the service provided by Nicki, our server. Nicki greeted us with a huge smile, warm greeting, and an abundance of love and joy. Nicki truly took my Bistro Niko experience from a 10 to a 100. LoL!!! As we engaged in conversation, we placed our orders and everything flowed smoothly. From the delivery of the drinks, to the bread, to refills, and finally the food. Bistro Niko didn't skip a beat when it came to providing superior quality and Nicki matched the tone by providing superior customer service. I decided to order the Mushroom Burger and it was impeccable. The beef was high quality. The meat was well rested and the flavor profile shined alongside the mushroom encrustment and toasted bun. Though it was a burger, it was of such high quality that it can't be called a burger. It was a beef led foodtastic experience. Ha!! Once dinner concluded, the birthday song was executed and the night concluded. Bistro Niko was an amazing experience from beginning to end. Nicki was great. The manager who checked in on us was great. The food was great. The night was great. If you're in the area and wanting a great meal and experience, stop in for the Bistro Niko experience.

So French. So cute. I'm obsessed. This Buckhead cafe is like a little escape to Paris but we're in Atlanta folks. I got the traditional tuna Niçoise salad, and I'm in love. Fresh, crisp, balanced and everything you want in a cafe lunch. Superb and friendly service. I can't get over the decor. Perfect spot to feel fancy without trying too hard. Tres chic. J'adore beaucoup.

In preparing for a Paris trip, experiencing the food was interesting. It was butter heavy but tasty. Service was so so. They were pretty busy but someone managed to come by and refill the sparkling water which made me more full. The food here will put you in a food coma. The hubs and I had to literally take a nap right after getting home. It was a must! For a Valentine's Day's lunch that weekend, there was a ton of people. Surprisingly there was a lot of people with their young kids so there was a mixture of people of different phases of life. The food breakdown -- Pommes frites: Don't get the fries, they are the most plain and lackluster. We thought there would be pazazz because this is a nice place. No. There're kind of like Steak n Shake fries to be honest. Sausage maison: The sausage was surprisingly pretty tasty. It's not like the salt heavy ones or sweet flavored ones like the Jimmy Dean brand. There was a nice texture and meaty bite. It's the subtle difference that makes everything else seem inferior. House cold smoke salmon tarte : This thing was superbly delicious and had a nice visual when it was brought out. It was the different textures and colors: the white creme fraiche and green capers were subtle in their flavor but added that nice pop of color. The minced red onion pieces on the other hand made up for the flavor. And the salmon laying atop the thin flatbread crisp had the opposing textures and flavors. Georgia Mountain trout meuniere: The skin on the fish was thin and crisp. The fish itself was flavorful with a hint of nuttiness. And it was wonderful on the pomme puree. It was like butter in your mouth, though there was an apparent layer of butter at the bottom. Haha. The thin green beans were a complimentary choice. It just goes well with mashed potatoes you know?! Crisp duck confit: The duck's skin was crispy. The meat was moist and fatty. It's prepared differently than the Asian variations. I really enjoyed the bed of frisee salad; it made things more fresh and healthy. The potatoes cooked in duck fat was indeed fatty and had a nice bite. Parking is sadly not validated. We paid like $12 or $14 for the 1.5 while we waited and dined in. And that parking structure was confusing as heck. I kid you not that I had 3 rounds while trying to find the correct exit. And on top of all that, I existed from the resident exit and was essentially stuck. It was a disaster!

Went for brunch. Was seated fast, liked how they have valet parking for $2. Very convenient. Their bread and butter were delicious to start the meal off with. Water tastes atrocious like pool water. Got the omelette which was decent with the potatoes which I really liked how crispy they were on the outside. Tried the mustard crusted pork and the pork was sooo tender and delicious. Highly recommend that one.

Have been there twice. Both seafood and service were great. The restaurant sits next to the Buckhead station and just 0.5 Mi from Buckhead shopping mall so it is very convenient to have a meal there. It features French cuisine with beautiful dining rooms and a casual atmosphere. The first time I tried this restaurant was on Christmas holiday and I did a walk-in. The restaurant was full of lovely decor and happy diners. I ordered skate wing as my entree and a side of sautéed spinach. I never tried skate wing before but it was lightly crispy outside and very juicy inside. Paired well with the capers. Service was not slow even if the restaurant was packed with people. Then I had my second meal there today after shopping at Macy. I ordered the sea bass substitute creamed spinach for green beans and jumbo asparagus. The fish was grilled to perfection: skin was crispy and meat was tender. I also liked the way they cook the asparagus--it seemed to be boiled or steamed, which retained the sweetness of the veggie. Service was quick. My server was very friendly and polite! So in general this is a perfect place to have some French cuisine alone, with friends or for a family gathering. Will come back to try more dishes.

I recently went to Bistro Niko for my birthday and it was absolutely amazing. First and foremost, this restaurant was recommended to me by my employer's concierge service Circles. Shoutout to them for giving a 5-star recommendation. Bistro Niko is a restaurant located in Buckhead that serves French cuisine. You can get valet parking here for $2, take advantage because if you know Buckhead you know parking is non-existent. The restaurant ambiance is fancy and upscale, with cute Parisian theme decor everywhere. The menu has great variety and made it hard for me to make a decision. I was stuck between the Kobe beef bourguignon and their 3-course meal for $50. I went to why the 3-course meal so that I could get an appetizer, entree and dessert! I ended up getting the Coq Au Vin for my entree and it was absolutely to die for! However, I will be back to try the beef bourguignon sometime. Also, the crème brûlée was absolutely delicious. I absolutely recommend Bistro Niko if you're ever in the area or looking for a nice place for a date night or a birthday dinner.

The bartenders were very attentive; even with the busyness of the bar because of happy hour. I didn't order any food items from the HH menu but I did order a cocktail which was the limoncello spritz. It was good. A little tart for my palette. I tend to venture more on the sweet side but decided to order the spritz since it's springtime. The star of my visit was the Caesar salad which they call the grilled gems. There's 3 whole wedges of lettuce, grilled and drizzled with Caesar dressing and a hemp of Parmesan cheese. And they did not skimp on the cheese. And honestly that's how you're a Caesar salad is supposed to be. I would've LOVED to have croutons or maybe almonds just for the crunch but it was still good. I'd definitely come back just for that. I didn't order a full on entree but I did get dessert. The Crème Fraiche gelato to be exact. The olive oil drizzle sold me. While I don't think this is gelato, it was still good. To me, the texture gave regular vanilla ice cream. The olive oil gelato at Iberian pig is still number one in my book. I definitely want to try their garden menu which is exclusive to the patio area and the bread pudding. I hear it doesn't have raisins.

We arrived 15 minutes before our reservation, but were told our table was already ready, so we were seated. (The restaurant tables are very close together, so be aware that if anyone in your party is wheelchair bound, it may be difficult for them to maneuver around.) The restaurant is kept very warm inside, and I'm usually someone who feels cold easily, but even I was rather hot. A woman brought water glasses and a water carafe to our table and said, "If you want something besides water, just let me know," and then walked off. So, in my mind, that woman was a food assistant or a food runner. Turned out, she was our waitress! She later stopped by, didn't introduce herself and didn't ask if we'd ever been there before, but did ask if we wanted an appetizer. We ordered Potato Pancakes. She also asked if we wanted bread service, so we said yes. We did notice from other conversations at the very close tables near ours, that many of the customers are regulars and have their favorite waitstaff. The manager had stopped by a table to regrettably inform a couple that their favorite waiter was out for 2 weeks. So, that did give us hope that if they have regulars, it must be good. The Potato Pancakes were delicious! (I didn't even stop to snap a picture because we were very hungry!) My husband ordered the "Bier" + Cheese Burger ($16.95), and I ordered the Pork Shank "Schwweinehaxe" ($34). The waitress said she had to check the availability of the Pork Shank, so I told her that if it wasn't available, to put in Chicken Wienerschnitzel. Then she didn't come back to let us know what the kitchen said. My husband flagged her down to find out if the pork shank was available, and she said she'd forgotten to come back, but that it was. He also told her that it was my birthday, so she brought out a cute birthday tea light for the table. The food was absolutely delicious, and for the price point, you can easily see why people are regulars there! The pork shank was enormous! (We ate off of it 2 more times after we took it home. The restaurant gave us extra gravy at no charge, too.) The rosemary mashed potatoes were very good! The presentation was lovely! My husband really enjoyed his burger. Then for dessert, our waitress brought out a slice of tiramisu with a wedge of chocolate cake over it, berries, whipped cream, and a little birthday candle in it. Turned out really wonderful! Will definitely go back to this unique spot!

The second I saw it, I didn't care about the price -- I knew I wanted it, so I planned us a date night. When we arrived, there was a birthday party going on, and I asked the maître d' if they were limiting seating because of the event. He didn't quite understand me, so my fiancée just asked for a table for two, and we were seated quickly. The setup was nice, although I'm personally not a fan of pre-set plates and glasses on tables (you never know how long they've been sitting there). Still, our server was fantastic -- attentive, helpful, and made the night smooth. We came for the famous Piraye Kebab Tray. At first, we were looking at the $165 option (Chef Tray + 1 Meze Board + Shepherd Salad + 4 Orders of Piraye Kebab with rice, all baked inside the dough). When we mentioned the price, our server kindly told us about the smaller 2-order option for $85 -- perfect! And let me tell you, Lord above, when I say I would do some things to eat this food again... words cannot describe how incredible it was. It has been three days since, and I'm still thinking about it. I even posted it on my stories, and over 10 people have messaged me asking about it. Chef Tray: Overflowing with juicy, flavorful meat, perfectly seasoned rice with chickpeas (I swear it was made with veal stock), and that roasted pepper and cheese-stuffed dough on top -- divine. Meze Board: The hummus was creamy and rich, paired perfectly with fresh pita. Shepherd Salad: Fresh, crisp, and balanced. My only small regret was that our server misunderstood when we asked for the dough crust to-go -- I realized the next day it wasn't packed up. Honestly though, I couldn't even be upset, because the food was just that good. For drinks and dessert: Turkish Coffee - small but strong, beautifully presented with a piece of Turkish delight on the side that was everything I had ever imagined a Turkish sweet to be: chewy, fragrant, and delicately sweet. Künefe - a dream come true! A warm, crunchy pastry with gooey melted cheese inside, topped with sweet syrup and pistachios. It was rich, nutty, and sweet without being overwhelming -- the perfect ending. Turkish Martini - decent, but not nearly as memorable as the food. All together, including tip, it was about $140. For the amount and quality of food, the attentive service, and the one-of-a-kind experience, it was absolutely worth every single cent. Piraye Kitchen isn't just dinner -- it's an experience. This is a must-try-before-you-die type of place. Oh, and happy birthday, Amy!

The service was amazing, especially María, who truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly kind and made us feel at home the entire time. It felt like no matter what we needed, she was genuinely happy to help, and that's something you really appreciate when dining out. The restaurant itself is beautiful and has a great atmosphere, especially at night. It's perfect for celebrating a birthday or going with a group because they have a QR code system where everyone can pay for their own items. No splitting checks, no awkward math, just super easy and convenient, especially for larger parties. Food wise, everything we ordered was delicious. I shared a charcuterie board with three friends and it was really good. We also ordered the tuna carpaccio, which was amazing and came with natural potato chips that were honestly a 10 out of 10. We ordered a pizza as well, I don't remember the name but it had mushrooms and it was so good. For drinks, my go to cocktail is an espresso martini and even though it wasn't on the menu, they were able to make it for me. It was perfect, with a strong coffee flavor, which I personally love in an espresso martini. Overall, Ecco Midtown was an incredible experience. Amazing food, amazing service, and a great atmosphere. If you're looking for a great place to celebrate with friends and enjoy good food and cocktails, this is definitely a great option.

First time dining here, so we parked at Colony Square and walked to the restaurant. We used Google…read moreMaps and didn't realize the restaurant is located right inside the High Museum of Art area. Parking around this area is always expensive and hectic, especially on weekends. The place definitely has an "old money" aesthetic with velvet seating, curtains, and white tablecloths. Their logo and menu are also very well designed. We made reservations in advance for a birthday dinner. Somehow, the receptionist took quite a while to find our reservation, and even after we were halfway inside, he stopped us again and asked us to wait while he double-checked. Aside from that small hiccup at the beginning, everything else was good. The highlight of my experience was definitely our server, Luke. She was very knowledgeable about the menu, super friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. She made sure I had a good birthday experience by offering to remake my mocktail when she noticed I didn't enjoy the honey syrup in it, even though I was too shy to ask for a change myself. We ordered: - Sourdough and Cornbread: not complimentary, this is a menu item by itself, and it tasted good. - Smoked oysters: The oysters were fresh with no shell fragments, and they tasted good. - Anchovies & sherry butter: The anchovies were a bit too salty and sour for my taste, and the bread was slightly soggy instead of toasty and crisp. This dish didn't suit my preference. If you've ever had Thai canned sardines in tomato sauce, the anchovies tasted similar, just without the tomato sauce. - Steelhead trout: The fish itself was good, but I wasn't a fan of the black-eyed pea sauce. The caviar was mixed in, so I couldn't really taste it either. This was my second time having steelhead trout, and it really looks a lot like salmon. - Roast chicken: A solid roast chicken, simple and well done. - Chocolate mousse: The mousse itself was good, but it had za'atar on top, which tasted like black pepper to me. It gave the chocolate a slightly strange flavor, not bad, just not our preference. If we had known beforehand, we probably wouldn't have ordered it. - Lemon tart: I liked the meringue, but the tart filling was a bit too sour for me. The flavor itself was good; I'm just not very used to strongly lemon-forward desserts. The savory food was good, but the desserts were a bit of a miss for us. Luke kindly offered to replace the dessert, but we were already planning to leave. Overall, it was a lovely experience. Highly recommended.

Then upon entering the establishment, the ambiance is set with a fire steel emblem flown in from Spain on warm dark mahogany wood walls. As you stand with the hostess, you hear the sounds of a playful piano and cool tunes echoing in the foyer and inviting you inside. The chic seating to your left catches your eyes in a quiet room where business deals are closed or the stress of the day silently drips away onto plush club chairs pulled up to hard wood tables. As you are seated, the young bartender feverishly shaking the next best cocktail offers a warm smile as the dim lighting and low murmur of happy patrons set the mood. His mere existence demands the room and the team's respect and reverence for "the bull" are apparent; providing quiet direction as the staff whispers "Yes Chef" before hurriedly taking on the mission. Then as if being pampered (and what feels like being waited on hand and foot) by the service team is not enough, the quiet strength of the Chef appears at your table side in order to assure your food, drinks and overall experience from the moment you arrive are Michelin level. When you are here, you are transported to another world. The offerings are beyond and exceed any and all expectations. The sparkling water obviously tapped from a snow cap mountaintop spring, a tapestry of goat cheese, kalamata olives, thinly sliced beats, fresh crisp miniature cucumbers, sweet cherry tomatoes and fresh baked bread with an herb garlic drizzle. A mocktail that literally danced a slow sultry breeze across my palette. Smokey, charred roasted Brussels with a balsamic vinaigrette reduction to create the contrast of sweet yet savory. A Valencian Paella brimming with authenticity, fresh shrimp, clams and mussels atop luscious saffron rice. Tender juicy, charred lamb chops sliced with ease and served with pure love of the gift of food. Be warned before you arrive here, you will absolutely, positively, unapologetically fall in love with this establishment. It is not a restaurant. It is a life changing experience.

Couldn't have been happier with our choice. Reviews I'd seen online mentioned parking is a bit limited and that the restaurant is frequently busy. So we were prepared for that even though we were going on a Thursday mid morning. I think there was an influx of people celebrating graduations because it was in fact very busy. However we got very lucky with parking and happened to come in right as someone was leaving. I was sure we would have a wait for a table, which of course would have been fine, but actually we were seated immediately! Which was super nice and unexpected. The atmosphere is bustling but not in a bad way. The restaurant itself is adorable and has a lot of character. It feels like you're having breakfast at an old friend's house. The service was great and our food came out in a very reasonable amount of time. I ordered a specialty coffee, I believe it was the almond joy cold brew, and it was delicious. Strong, which is how I like it and not overly sweet. I ordered the chicken biscuit on the waiter's recommendation and it was absolutely the best fried chicken I've ever had. Juicy and crispy. My husband ordered the pimento cheese omelette and was very happy with it, the bacon was thick cut and smoky and flavorful. The pimento cheese grits that came on the side for me were also a stand out, such great flavor. The biscuits are fantastic and the blueberry basil jam that came with my husband's meal was such a nice touch. We will absolutely make a point to come back to Buttermilk Kitchen next time we visit the Atlanta area.

First things first: the Chicken Biscuit. Buttermilk Kitchen's biscuit is on the crunchy, honey-flavored side. I personally prefer fluffier, more buttery biscuits, so this one wasn't my favorite. That aside, the chicken was crispy and well-seasoned and paired well with the cheese grits. If you ever wanted a dry, crunchy version of Homegrown's Comfy Chicken Biscuit, come give this a shot. I also tried the Hash Bowl, which was a bit underwhelming. It was a *lot* of potatoes compared to the eggs and bacon bits, and there wasn't a lot of seasoning other than the bacon. Would rather recommend one of the other options if you end up visiting. The drinks are good as well, would recommend the matcha latte (not too sweet!) and the French Press coffee.
