Located currently at Celis brewery, this food trailer is serving Indian style fusion burgers. As a vegetarian I was super happy they offered so many veggie options! They also offer on meat side chicken/lamb/beef/ and turkey. I decided to go with the samosa and veg patty burger and it was delicious! The patty was nice and crispy and held together well and you could definitely taste Indian spices. It wasn't spicy at all and I appreciated how the thick almost brioche style bun held up to the inside. Besides the patty it came with lettuce, red onions and some type of mayo sauce. I do wish the red onions were sliced thinner as they were very thick in my burger so I had to take some out. Because the patty was so flavorful I didn't need any ketchup or sauces. Masala fries wise they are super flavorful but they do have a kick! So if you don't like spicy I wouldn't recommend, but I do so I appreciated it. The fries were nice and crispy with pillowy center. Wait wise it didn't take too long to get my food on a Saturday night about 10 minutes at most? Price wise burgers ranged from $11.99- $15.99. For burgers and fries with tip my total did come out to close to $24 which I guess is the price of meal these days! Parking easy and free at Celis brewery

I highly recommend that you try this food truck! I was left hungry from a party at Celis and this was the place to go! I ordered the butter chicken burger and the masala curly fries. The butter chicken was delicious and mildly spicy. The curly fries were perfect in every way.

Masala fries, samosas, and French fries.

Besides the 5 stars, we noticed that many people passed us just to enter at the Culinary Dropout. That was our sign to just enter. For our first time, we noticed the environment was very welcoming and the food was amazing! Our server Zelda was just always attentive of us and always kept great communication with what drinks were the best. He recommended the drink 'El Matador'. It was one of the best drinks we've ever had and kept it rotating for more. Zelda 10/10 as a server. Our only problem would be with a young female waiter with long curly hair and web tights. We asked her if she was a server, as she passed by our table, and she said "no" and left. I understand if she wasn't a server but she worked for the restaurant and could've helped us find our server, but didn't. Besides that, we will definitely be back for the Brussels Sprouts and 'El Matador'. 10/10 Restaurant

Wow! What an incredible experience at Sixty Vines in The Domain!…read more We made our reservation through OpenTable and mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. When we arrived at our table, we were surprised with a handwritten Happy Anniversary postcard and a beautifully presented gift--such a thoughtful touch that immediately made the evening feel special. Our server, Polina, was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to learn what styles of wine we enjoy and brought us a few samples before helping us choose an amazing wine flight. Her recommendations were spot-on! We also enjoyed a custom charcuterie board and the prosciutto & fig pizza, both of which were outstanding. To top it all off, Andrew, the manager, stopped by our table to make sure everything was perfect. We loved learning about Sixty Vines' unique wine-on-tap program and appreciated their commitment to sustainability, including composting food scraps. (They didn't have much to compost from our table--maybe a bite or two of pizza crust! ) The only disappointing part of the evening was that we had tickets to a show and couldn't stay longer to explore more of their incredible wine selection. That's just another reason we'll definitely be back!

When we arrived, our table was ready right away this time and it was a great table. It wasn't packed this time. It was busy still, but overall the place and environment is great. Our waiter was amazing. He was very attentive knew what to recommend and was very nice and a fun person also. This time we started off with a golden beats and let me tell you they were delicious and the cheese that they use at the bottom is just phenomenal. This is definitely something you need to get. We also started off with the muscles and they were delicious. The broth that they were in was so good. You could literally drink it and you just wanted to submerge your bread in it. I also got an espresso martini to wake up because I've been so jetlagged and it was perfect. it was a good balance of the espresso and not sweet. I love that they don't use milk here unlike other places. My mother got the opera spritz and it was delicious. Very well balanced. It was not Avril heavy like some places tend to do. My mother got the Braised pork pasta, and it was divine. This was full of flavor a good amount of sauce not salty. We also got the chefs butcher pizza and it was amazing. I loved that you can tell they make all the ingredients there and the bread is just so good. Also had some kind of sauce on there with some piece of cheese that just balanced it so good. Definitely thanks to this experience. I will say I will keep going back. I'm thinking maybe when I first swim they were just having an off day but now trying the rest of these dishes. They did really good and definitely a place to enjoy when you're at the domain.
