They will offer expert advise reguarding repairs to your vehicle and they won't jocky you around suggesting repairs that aren't absolutely necessary. Alex helped me replace the master cylinder and slave cylinder in my 2006 Toyota Tacoma when I was having trouble with the clutch. He also helped replace my brakes, rotors and front calipers after I had worn them down beyond repair. He stayed late after the shop's scheduled hours to help get the job done in a timely fashion and get me back on the road. The bottom line is all the work was completed for about one quarter of the cost that LaFontaine Toyota in Dearbron quoted me and the quality of the service preformed is unrivaled; It has been over a year since the service was completed and I have not had any addtional problems since! David apologized and cleared my check engine light and asked me to call back. In the meantime the check engine light came on again confirming I had a bad oxygen sensor. I had purchased my own parts and was ready for the installation. When David and I next talked he offered to come to my house pick up my car and take it back to the shop to fix the problem. David came to my house and repaired the car and brought it back. Wow what service! The price he charged me for the labor was very fair and lower than any other bids I had obtained. Despite the early appointment issue David more than made up for it with his kind offer. The car runs fine and David gave me the old parts verifying the replacement. I would definitely use this clinic again for any auto repair issues. Thank you David!!

My husband had Mr. Muffler do his brakes a few years ago and loved them. Somewhere in the beginning…read moreof the Pandemic, the exhaust on my beloved Hector got loud. Knowing that it wasn't the worst thing (and having dual exhaust so that in my uninformed mind that meant 2x the problems) I elected to wait a bit to have it addressed. A couple weeks ago, my brakes decided they'd sing their swan song and contribute to the cacophony. Being a safety issue, I made my appointment to Mr. Muffler. I dropped it off and scurried home dreading the call. It came. Very quickly. The gentlemen was informative, and not even a little bit patronizing as he explained my need for brakes, some exhaust parts (less than I thought) and lo and behold some front end work. (in my caution about my muffler falling off and ensuring the car would stop, I admittedly ignored the hopping of my tire that I noticed now and then.) The man between me and my beloved Hector gently quoted me a price that was higher than I hoped, but very reasonable given the work they had ahead of them. I advised him to go ahead and make him safe and quiet, while silently cursing all the potholes that contributed to this unanticipated repair I desperately needed. In a flash, I received a second call. The car was done. I rushed over to be reunited with my car, and almost tried to start it twice. It was so quiet. No rattles. No rumbles. No squeaks. I drove home happily anticipating celebrating with my poor neighbors that were forced to endure Hector's roar for way too long. Alas, none were outside. I know they'll appreciate it on the next cold morning. Thank you so much!
