Mongolian Grill with chicken

The 4 stars are for my tea and the Mongolian grill!!! Get your food freshly made here!! Don't waste your time on the buffet!!! It socks rocks!!! The food is very bland. We tried baked seafood, ribs, catfish, crawfish. It basically all sucked. The Mongolian Grill has got it going on tho!!!

I haven't been to a buffet like this in years. It's kind of exactly what you'd expect. Groups of all ages coming to get an easy meal for all the picky eaters and children piling their plates high. I liked the variety of dishes to choose from. The peppered squid was a test outside what I'd normally trust at a buffet. Unfortunately, it was a bit crunchy from being dried out under heat lamps. Some of the thicker tentacles were gummy and delicious. I'd probably go back to try other dishes.

This is near my office, but we mostly been going to Uno as it's slightly bigger with maybe little more selection? Anyway, with the post pandemic, seemed like everything has gone up in price. My last weekday lunch at Uno was something like $14+, so decided to come back to East as it's been maybe couple of years since my last visit Today, I had to make a trip to Ft worth to pickup something with my son, so decided to stop by for lunch. It was $14.95 for all day Sunday, which was fair. I always like to start with Mongolian, and that was perfect as expected. The sushi, well, those were not as good as the rice used is just plain old rice and not even close to the real thing, even for a sushi at a Chinese restaurant, so don't bother. Aside from that, I've tried a little of everything else and they were all good and fresh. The fried shrimp especially were tasty, made a mess of myself but we'll worth it. Service as expected was decent for Chinese restaurant as I had low expectations, but the 2 waitresses kept coming back to clear our plates and refill the water at least 3 or 4 times. Aside from the pretend sushi, this was a good experience and deserves a 4 star. Keep in mind, I'm only comparing this to other Chinese buffet I had in the past.

What came out of my mouth. I cropped it so that y'all won't see my vomit.

Their food isn't fresh and they got little white worms in their chicken or could've been the eggroll . I tried to call up there and explain to them what I experienced earlier in my car and they couldn't understand me she asked me if I spoke Korean because she can't hear me. I told her no, she said okay you can call back....I kept feeling something in the back of my mouth and I got nauseous so I paid for my plate and got in my car...I looked in the mirror with my mouth wide open to see a skinny little white worm in the crease of my throat....I threw up instantly.....This is not okay...SO IM TELLING YAAAALLLLLLL They food not fresh. crazy I used to go there all the time now it's just not good anymore. No this is not a bean sprout, bean sprouts don't move.

Much worse than average Chinese buffet. Bad quality meats, really nothing enjoyable on the entire buffet. Wont be back.

As a former fan of "all you can eat" buffets, I noticed as I've gotten older, I'm no longer a fan of "all ya can eat", but hangin' out with da fellas is fun. What can I say about Japan House? 1. The restaurant had an extensive sushi menu for all you can eat. 2. Exceptional service! Our waitress was very attentive, she kept checking up on us and placed our food orders quickly. After placing the food order, the food came out quickly. 3. This restaurant was one of the first restaurants that used an electronic robot. The robot machine brought out the simple items, and I even saw the robot sing "Happy Birthday" to a restaurant patron. 4. The restaurant is casual, and pretty dark inside. 5. The sushi quality is about middle of the road, not the best, but far from bad. What do you expect for all you can eat? Check out my pics..... And if ya gotta ask, YES......all that food pics I took, I actually ate all that food. I swear when I got back to the hotel, I was in total kanak attack (Hawaiian Paralysis). Lol!

It was pretty quiet and I was able to pick a few items and watch the Olympics on a TV. They had lots of sushi options, as well as hot food items. I picked the tuna tower and the scallop butteryaki appetizer. Both were enjoyable. The server was friendly and helpful, and the food came out quickly. I also felt the prices were quite reasonable!

Arrived at 7 pm on a Saturday night and about half the tables were filled…read more I ordered: - The Spicy Tuna Tower $10.50: Beautiful presentation, however the rice on the bottom was stale. Spicy tuna was just ok. - Sushi Burrito: $7.99: fried california rolls with a teriyaki glaze? I guess I should have read the description better. I've never had a fried burrito, so what showed up threw me off. Very salty. - Beef teriyaki and shrimp/vegtable tempura, with potstickers $16.99: Served with 4 shrimp! Also served on a plastic to go tray, which is weird, but maybe this reduces waste if most people end up with leftovers? It is a lot of food! Beef was a small portion but good flavor. I definitely ordered too much food for one person, but I wanted to try a few different things. Overall, the tempura was my favorite, but you can get that at a lot of places. The Spicy Tuna Tower was prettier than it tasted. Unfortunately, my standards are higher, coming from the Bay Area. Everything was just really salty and I ended up drinking a lot of water. On the bright side, the ambiance is nice and the service was excellent.

She's beginning to make a turn, and when I said, "Let's eat something different," she responded with.." How about Chinese?" I live in California and hay no clue which one to pick and I waited a little late to ask her, I had to research quickly. I landed on the top 3 using chat gbt, and then I used Yelp to research them individually. I added additional instructions on each item I ordered in hopes that I covered my bases. After placing my order with various selections (Mom's super picky) for alternate options, the restaurant called me and asked a couple of questions for additional clarity and even made recommendations. She was beyond kind and warm spirited. I ordered at least one option from all menu categories. My total was a little over $100 for just the 2 of us, and delivery tip, etc. Note: My mother's residence is very challenging with parking and delivery when it's the first time. The grub hub driver was confused, but we communicated well The packaging was better than most. I stopped using delivery due to the drivers ability to get into the fix and sample items. They packed it so well that I could tell nothing was tampered. The food was DELICIOUS!!! The freshest Chinese food I've had in at least 15 years. Especially with delivery. We were beyond pleased. Every single item from the two types of egg rolls, pot stickers, wonton soup, beef and broccoli, shrimp fried rice, and the kung pao chicken/beef/shrimp chef's combination was fantastic. We didn't taste too much sodium (Mom's fear), and the homemade mustard was good but didn't give us the extra kick we're used to. The homemade red pepper sauce was well made. We love spicy. We're not into fortune cookies, but I decided to try one. I could tell they were not old at all. They reminded me of a very thin vanilla wafer.
