Don't be confused when the address leads you to a house - Sal works on computers and whatnot from his home. I'd recommend giving Sal a call before swinging by. I have an external hard-drive that bit the dust, and I was hoping to be able to recover the data inside. I brought it to Sal after finding him with all of the positive reviews. He found out that I have lots of viruses on my computer he took care of it for 3 days in a row running scans and cleaning it up of any viruses. Wow. Hole in the wall: yes. Quality service: most definitely! I couldn't believe how good of a deal I got on my computer repair for the wonderful service I received. Sal was very helpful and diagnosed my computer as soon as I brought it in. My hard drive had to be completely reformatted because it had been so badly corrupted and he charged me just $45 to back everything up and reformat, and on top of that he gave me a ton of software. In a few days I was back in business with a better computer. He even stayed late to get the job done before I had to go out of town. I would recommend this place 1000 times!!! My daughter's laptop gave a warning that the cooling fan was not functioning. We called a large computer store that does repairs and they quoted $69.95 just to diagnose. My laptop was running extremely slow and after one frustrating Saturday afternoon I called Sal. I described my issue and he told me to bring my laptop to him a few hours later. Sal is amazing! My cat barfed onto (and into) my computer through the fan vent. I disassembled it, cleaned it, dried it out, and hoped for the best. I was able to reboot the computer and it promptly died after a few minutes. I brought it to Sal to see if he could troubleshoot and he was able to save it. I was convinced I needed a new motherboard (in the best case) and a whole new computer (in the worst case). But it was returned to me in working order. He even cleaned it up a bit so it would run faster. Prices are extremely reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to contact Sal for any future computer needs. Sal worked on my desktop pc a week ago and did an excellent job. I found his business through yelp because of the 5 star rating and decided to go with him because of the close proximity. I dropped off my pc at his place because the hardrive was an issue and I needed for him to retrieve all my important documents and pics. Great IT experience with Sal today. I called and left a message, which he promptly returned (off to a great start already). I told him the problem and to my surprise he told me the solution--over the phone. I pushed two buttons, restarted my computer and Viola! it was fixed (insert Happy Dance here)!! He could have easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge and had me bring it in, charge a service fee for his time, etc, etc. But he didn't.
