I believe her name was Alexis or Alex, I apologize if I'm remembering it incorrectly. The first time I interacted with her, I had a lot of extra baggage, and without hesitation she helped carry it all the way to my rental car. The second time, I was dealing with an issue involving my travel agent and rental reservation, and once again, she went out of her way to help me get everything sorted out. Both times, she was nothing but smiles, positivity, and genuinely great customer service. She made stressful travel situations significantly easier, and experiences like this are the reason I have such a positive impression of National. Employees like her are an incredible asset to the company, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

The only positive experience I had with Fox Rent A Car at Phoenix Sky Harbor was Juan, who was…read morefriendly, helpful, and professional. Honestly, Juan deserves to work for a much better company. When I returned the following day to pick up my rental, I was directed into a line with an employee who looked a Temu Kevin Hart. From the looks and demeanor he was giving me, I could tell the interaction was not going to be pleasant. He opened with, "How can I help you?" I told him I had a reservation, and he responded condescendingly, "Well, you do know I need a driver's license and credit card." That set the tone for the entire interaction. What followed was an extremely frustrating experience involving management, conflicting information, and misinformation regarding their payments policies. When I questioned what I was being told, the manager did not resolve the situation professionally and, in my experience, was not truthful about what had been communicated or what the company's policy actually was. He also made my son late for his baseball game. Juan was the one exception and deserves recognition for actually providing the level of customer service you would expect. Unfortunately, my experience with the other employees and management was enough that I would not recommend Fox Rent A Car at Phoenix Sky Harbor.

The van took us to, what appeared to be a plain bldg w/no signage but multiple cars in the parking lot. We all get off & go inside, only to be told that "THERE ARE NO KEYS TO THE 50 Cars in the parking lot"...WTH None of us (not even the driver) were notified of this situation prior to arrival...there wasn't a manager on site, so we weren't offered any resolution other than to have the driver take us back to the airport and we ALL had to do last minute reservations for cars at one of the other car rental companies!
